E: Wow!! I purchased a few products from the Scent of a Sorceress line and I couldn't be happier!! The smell of Lilac and Gooseberries is exactly as I had imagined, and even better.The first thing I smelled was the perfume oil and I was instantly obsessed; you can really smell both the sweet lilac and the tart gooseberries distinctively and you really don't need to put a lot on so it definitely lasts a long time! It's magical and exactly what I wanted.The body wash and lotion both left my body extremely soft and smelling amazing with just a few pumps! The body lotion and the hand/foot cream were just the right consistency, I didn't feel sticky or greasy at all after applying it and it blended into my skin super well and fast.The sugar scrub feels thick, luxurious and works like a dream; it's so easy to spread and rub in. It left my skin exfoliated and soft without being too harsh like most store-bought ones.Being a big chapstick fan, I bought two lip balms and I am so glad I did because it's more hydrating than all the big name brands I usually buy!! It stays on your lips for a really long time and tastes sweet and fresh.The candle burns evenly and slowly and smells very strongly after just a few minutes being lit up. Everything is PERFECT!!I only have good things to say about this purchase, not only because all the products are so amazing, but because of all the love and care Desiree puts into them and into her work. Stefanie Spivak-Birndorf: I started having trouble with acne a few years ago (I’m 37 😏). I’ve been to a dermatologist and have tried numerous products (wasting so much money) and my skin had not improved. I finally decided to go to Lily Grace and try the Darphin Deep Soothing Facial. It was my first facial ever - although I am not new to spa treatments in general - and Zachary went above and beyond. It hasn’t even been a week and already the products he suggested (and the ones he suggested I STOP using) have just about smoothed out the redness and acne problems I’ve lived with for years now. Her staff is just as knowledgeable as she is. I am really enjoying the products I bought. One thing I love is this Silver finishing mist for my hair. I think it is from Spain, and it comes in Gold too. Really ads luster to my silver hair! I could have bought lots more, but I stopped myself.

Carolyn Harvey: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lily Grace! Jena did my wedding hair and Heidi my wedding make-up and they far exceeded my expectations! I called Lily Grace last minute and they were able to accommodate my on-site wedding needs. Jena walked me through the hair extensions process, found me a PERFECT color match, and did a practice run right before my rehearsal dinner, so that I could enjoy the extensions at the Rehearsal AND the wedding. Heidi did my make-up and my mom's make-up and it stayed on all day (even in 90 degree weather).I've never had make-up look that good before! It was light and didn't feel like I was wearing anything on my face. They were such a joy to work with and be around - EVERYONE talked about how beautiful my make-up and hair was! Jena's hair style was PERFECT and stayed in place as I actively danced the night away! Both Jena and Heidi were focused on giving me what I want and need, were so calm and accommodating, and honestly, so fun to have with me as I got ready for my wedding. Mary Lamb: Went today to use a gift card and was immediately reminded why I don’t shop here. From the moment I walked in I was racially profiled and targeted to be followed around the store. Madisyn followed me everywhere I went and made me so uncomfortable the entire time I rushed my purchase. All of the workers should be ashamed of themselves and honestly grow up and stop being racist in 2023. Just a FYI for the black shoppers that may come.
Linda Larese: I had purchased some items here that made my skin breakout terribly. Understanding that I was just outside their 60 day return policy, I was hoping they would issue a store credit to rectify the issue. However, there manager on duty explained that there was nothing she could do. This was extremely frustrating since it was COVID that prevented me from bringing these products in a week and a half earlier, in which I would have been within their 60 day policy. Now, I’m left with defective, inferior products that were far from cheap and a company who is unwilling to make the situation right.

Joseph Vega: Honestly I have been to many ultas. I’ve never felt uncomfortable until I came to this one. There was an older lady working today. There is a difference between asking if a customer needs help and then asking so that you can remind me/the customer that you are watching. She asked if we needed help with such an irritated way. I said “no we are just looking around.” She then continued to stand about 5 feet from us and did not move. If her goal was to make us feel uncomfortable so that we would leave it did work. There were multiple other people there that she could ask but she only pointed us out. Instead of asking others she stood there making us uncomfortable. She then left to talk to another employee and did not ask or attempt to ask other customers. I very much know that this was a problem and I have never had this happen in any other ulta. I hope that the store makes the workers aware of there negative actions. From what I see I am not the only one who has experienced this from the reviews.

Then she proceeded to say well I’m not sure, but you can come back after your appointment as if my time isn’t valuable. Remind you the first appointment I scheduled with these people they canceled the day of, so I was trying to give them another chance, however they failed again. Also, the lady that was to be doing my eyebrows never greeted me. Very unprofessional and will not be shopping at Ultra beauty nor will I be getting any other services at that location, Sephora would never.

Bana?) and maybe she was of another ethnicity but she kept cutting me off when I was talking, threw my receipts at me twice and didn’t appear to want my assistance with the Truly Beauty product. I work in customer service but I don’t need to be subjected to rudeness and unprofessional Jen. Poor quality service and treatment of customers, so my visits here will be limited.

Marieta Petkova: Had an appointment booked at the Ulta salon for a haircut. Called to reschedule. After 3 days of trying to reach someone at the salon, I spoke with a cashier. She transferred the call to the salon where someone finally picked up the phone and helped me move my appointment for a later time. At the day of my appointment, SURPRISE, I am not on the schedule. They can't do anything to help me. I have schedule professional photo shot for a business profile but who cares? Obviously no one at Ulta.

I was helped by Kristen, she did find solutions to my sought out question. Though she came off as fairly rude during one of our interactions. Overall, I do not appreciate the snippy comments made by the staff. If you want adequate customer service I suggest supporting another Ulta.

Asking and offering customers reward cards or credit cards are apparently not enough anymore. Now big corporations, including Ulta of course, are asking for email addresses to send you a receipt, a phone number for exchanges, an address just in case if they need to ship you an item when they don't have it in store, date of birth for whatever reason and of course your full name. The only thing that lady at the counter didn't ask me for was my social security number. This is horrible. The only reason I came in was to buy some foundation but I felt like I was being interegated. I understand that sales people are pressured to do that, so it is not their falt. I am just tired of this whole game of desperate attemps to keep customers.

Only to find out at checkout the in-store price differs from the online price. Fine, except they won’t make a price adjustment. Any other store will make the price adjustment, except Penney’s. Customer service is minimal at best. With customer service like that, an ugly looking store, and unprofessionally dressed staff and management. I can see why they nearly went out of business. Probably will eventually.

David Lutes: Somehow Penny's has managed to survive while other big retailers have not. It has a reasonable selection of menswear. The clerks appear to know absolutely nothing about sizing. I had a very ernest young man explain to me that dress shirts are sized only by sleeve length, and that neck size has nothing to do with sizing a shirt. Poor kid.

bobbie manns: shopped the clearance racks and had good luck with some adorable dresses and shirts at great prices. they have a large selection of clothing in all sizes.

Jennifer Norman: Just waited five minutes in line to return then when I get to the register, it says returns and exchanges are at the south entrance. It would’ve been nice to see that sign before you get in line! Maybe at the entrance, maybe the sign facing the line or where it says line starts here? This place is just going down the drain.
Eve: Store was kind of dirty, looking for men's shoes and it was all close out prices so it was picked over and nothing was in the right box.
