Mary Lamb: Went today to use a gift card and was immediately reminded why I don’t shop here. From the moment I walked in I was racially profiled and targeted to be followed around the store. Madisyn followed me everywhere I went and made me so uncomfortable the entire time I rushed my purchase. All of the workers should be ashamed of themselves and honestly grow up and stop being racist in 2023. Just a FYI for the black shoppers that may come.
Linda Larese: I had purchased some items here that made my skin breakout terribly. Understanding that I was just outside their 60 day return policy, I was hoping they would issue a store credit to rectify the issue. However, there manager on duty explained that there was nothing she could do. This was extremely frustrating since it was COVID that prevented me from bringing these products in a week and a half earlier, in which I would have been within their 60 day policy. Now, I’m left with defective, inferior products that were far from cheap and a company who is unwilling to make the situation right.
Abdullah Naseer: Great experience staff there was extremely helpful, love that they have a wide variety of Tom Ford perfumes for sampling!

Kay Thompson: Store was well stocked. Lots of variety. Prices were reasonable, not dirt cheap, reasonable.
Timothy Sabo: I just made my last purchase at Penney’s. I found an item I needed online. The price was right, so I drove to the mall to make the purchase. Only to find out at checkout the in-store price differs from the online price. Fine, except they won’t make a price adjustment. Any other store will make the price adjustment, except Penney’s. Customer service is minimal at best. With customer service like that, an ugly looking store, and unprofessionally dressed staff and management. I can see why they nearly went out of business. Probably will eventually.
Detroit Fordite: I pretty sure no one works here. Makes shopping hard when there is no one to check you out
Jay R “Jramatik”: No wonder why malls and stores are closing down. Their deals are buy 1 get 1 50% off... Which sounds okay until you realize they want $80 for a pair of pants or a shirt. Which should be closer to $40 anyway. Went to Marshall and got everything for the price of a pair of pants here.

David Lutes: Somehow Penny's has managed to survive while other big retailers have not. It has a reasonable selection of menswear. The clerks appear to know absolutely nothing about sizing. I had a very ernest young man explain to me that dress shirts are sized only by sleeve length, and that neck size has nothing to do with sizing a shirt. Poor kid.

A great alternatives to cotton swabs)She took the time to get to know everyone in the store, which is why no one minded the waiting time. It wasn't that long, plus she was the only one at store during that time slot (but was such a good sport about it).I sniffed and tried too many products today. But my hands smell fabulous & the bath is ready to go with bubble bars & a bath bomb.
Abhorable Connection: I love this Lush! I don't have a Lush store very close to home, so coming in every couple months is a journey.Most other Lush stores I've been to make me feel like the staff are constantly breathing down my neck. The staff here are always friendly, but not constantly interrupting browsing.Twice now, I've been given small free samples as well. Yesterday, didn't even know that soap had been slipped into my bag.I'm unsure of their name because the print is very small on my receipt; but, if their name is Eigen, thank you very much!

Incredibly professional, she took the time to answer every question I had, provide education, and assisted me with procuring the perfect tinted moisturizer/coverage for my skin. She even gave me a sample to try for several days before I had to commit to purchasing. I will definitely return.

Elizabeth Davila-Ferrall: I just had my first Blue Mercury facial with Elena. It was the BEST facial I have ever received. Elena was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredible with her hands. The massage is a slice of heaven and I left with my skin glowing, hydrated, and clear.I opted for the $95 facial and will definitely be getting my next facial with Elena at Blue Mercury! I also want to mention that the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome!
Karen Godwin: Yes, Bluemercury has a great line of products. However, the best part about this Ann Arbor location is Shakiba. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the products, creates a no-pressure environment to find the right solutions and has been helpful with personalized gift recommendations. She's even helped my husband navigate the complexities of their offerings when he was looking to surprise me with a gift. She always remembers him, me, my son and offers the most incredible customer service. She is the reason I offer five stars!
