Jamie M: Our Server was great! She was very attentive. Our food was hot. The atmosphere was good. The crispy green beans were a bit greasy, but our main issue was the portion sizes. At 8pm, our entrées looked like lunch portions. We brought that to the manager's attention, but was told it was accurate. For that reason, I highly doubt we will visit this location again. We regularly eat at PF Chang's, but this was our first time at this location.

Sherry M: The restaurant needs to be cleaner. The ground at the front entrance has dried bird droppings everywhere. The first table we sat at had long blonde hair all over the table. The second table had a few strands of hair. Had I been alone I would have left. The food was ok; not hot. The rib appetizer had a delicious sauce on it but absolutely no meat on the bones. This was not a very good experience for me considering how much we spent. However we did have a good waiter.

Carter Starr (Carter Starr): Only point is because my first date was here 2 years ago- otherwise, most recently, the food was extremely subpar-worse than the Panda Express located down the hall. Prices are high, service is average. You can get much better elsewhere. DONT GET THE CALAMARI.
Sierra clark: I went for the first time for a late lunch and wasn’t that impressed with the food. Everyone said it was amazing but it tasted like the regular Chinese takeout that I’m able to get at almost half the price. I got the wok spicy chicken bowl and I was expecting a lot more since it said fire roasted but I felt the portion could have had more chicken and instead of fluffy rice have a little crisp to the rice so I felt like I was eating better quality Chinese. Other than that my server was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was good during the between lunch and dinner hours.

brenda Sanderson: This used to be one of my favorite places. However. This past year I have been disappointed in the quality of the food, the staff and cleanness. We used to stop by at lunch and sit at the bar. The past few times the bar was dirty. Had to ask for a cloth to clean my own area. Bar staff did nothing to clean the rest of the bar area. Too busy chatting or on her phone. Prices of food have increased, while quality decreased. And why do they charge $5.50 for a 12 ounce bottle of domestic beer? The ladies restroom has had the same stall "Temporarily Out Of Order" for the last year. Nope. Not going back. 😕

Jennifer Blacke: Chia Shiang did an amazing job with our large catering order yesterday. They were super helpful when I placed the order a couple weeks ago, taking the time to help me select dishes and figure out how much to get for our crowd of ten. All the food was ready on time and they helped me load it into the car. And it was so good! Truly delicious. Everyone loved it, especially the zucchini stir fry with egg.

And the owner doesn’t want to believe it even though everyone said “the old Chia Shiang” is gone. If you cannot carry the name and reputation of Chia Shiang, please just change the name you are insulting it, which an “you-called amateur” chef have built.

Small businesses can't cater to everyone so there are other options if you don't wanna eat animals in Ann Arbor. I'm sure the menu is lovely if you don't care about that.

Wenbo Du: This place definitely used to be better when it was Asia City. The buffet is not the worst ever, but it’s also not good. My main gripe is with the really slow service when trying to pay the bill. I came here with my two young kids and as kids often do they started making a fuss after eating. Staff here showed zero awareness and I had to repeatedly try to get their attention for 30 minutes just to pay so we could leave. Oh yeah what the others said about being confronted for not tipping is true.
