Best Domino's Pizza Ann Arbor Near Me

Jessica Nelson: Was a very loyal customer to Domino’s, and then I got an order that was subpar that we didn’t even eat except for the chicken. The cheesy bread had very little cheese, when you pull it apart, there should be strong ones and there was none. You could see the bread from the top where typically you see predominantly cheese, I order it because I love cheese and this one was disappointing and basically bread sticks with some cheese sprinkled on top.The pizza was similar, we ordered extra cheese and the crust came through the cheese and you could tell that it was not extra cheese, it tasted mostly like crust, the sauce was also not covering the parts where the crust came through to the top.I emailed, filled out the survey, asked to be contacted by management and two weeks later, still nothing.I will not be ordering from Domino’s again until I get a response.Poor management and customer response is sad. I know there isn’t a lot of good pizza in Ann Arbor, but I’ll stick to Red Baron now and continue to tell my friends and peers to order elsewhere.

She looked at me bold faced and said… We don’t have anything under that order and walked away. This was her childish pay back because I ended our conversation after telling her that… that was all and thank you. I will be contacting their corporate office or franchise first thing Monday morning because at the end of the day I confirmed order I confirmed pick up I gave my name but she got her feelings involved and Deleted my order

As usual I had already paid delivery fee and a 20% tip and I usually tip again in cash because I know the drivers appreciate cash. When I called to complain the manager tried to use Covid as an excuse for poor customer service I am tired of that excuse. I am triple vaccinated and wear a mask most of the time so I understand the seriousness of Covid so I find it offensive for companies to try and blame Covid for there incompetence. I enjoy dominoes jalapeño bacon bread and there chicken wings but I will never order from this location again.

The cheese bread was YUMMY ALL by itself. It did not need RANCH Dipping Sauce like the one from home 🤫🤭. The food was hot and the delivery driver was kind and on time, even confirmed he had the correct address before delivering. Hopefully we can order again before leaving the area. Never have I ever meet any problems with the place, until this year. Months ago during the summertime I ordered a pizza for delivery. They always come in clutch for dinner, so I ordered one like regularly to my complex. This was done over phone, because the website was occurring an error at the time. Time passes and I don't receive any notifications if it's coming or not, therefore I call the establishment for the pizza. Not only did they not receive the order, but they also explained that they no longer deliver to my location because of problems in the neighborhood. Now I wouldn't see that as a problem, I could've drove to the place as it's only 5 mins away I only ordered delivery because I was too tired to do so. But no, they told me this AFTER, not when ordering, so I was pretty mad they wasted my time. Now, whenever I order from them the pizza is either sloppy, messed up, overcooked, missing toppings, and not cut. I remember their pizza was good, tasty even but nowadays is just not hitting. They make Little Ceasers taste fantastic in comparison. It's sad, Domino's used to be great place but that was long ago.

D. Rapley: I've been ordering the Italian Sandwich approx 3 times a week for almost a year. I like the sandwich when it's made properly. Every sandwich is made different, the employees should all be trained to make the food with some kind of consistency. My other complaint is the sandwich is rarely cut in 1/2. One end would be larger than the other (this makes it really difficult if you're splitting the sandwich with someone. All of the sandwiches are never cut completely through so I have to cut it again. Don't get me wrong, love the sandwich when it's made properly.

I called the store and the person told me that I ordered on the wrong dominos. I checked the phone and everything and match the phone number. I ordered on the dominos app. Not happy at all. Something that should be a nice experience gets ruined. I really hope they get better.

I’ll not order from Whitmore Lake dominoes pizza again. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed, just have had enough letting things go.

TheJuuster: WOWZA!!!! I must say, this place is a MUST TRY!!! The staff are AWESOME, a big bearded man helped me with my order, he was so friendy (and cute 😍). Anyway, the food only took 10 minutes and was fresh, hot, and delicious! Bon apetit!!!! My only complaint is that I asked bearded man his phone number and he declined 😢😢. Other than my heart break this experience was top notch! And way better than those Marcos or hungry howies dumps. I will now only be eating dominos every meal. THANKS DOMINOS!!!!!!! Yum!!!!

Even though they are short staffed due to unemployment lovers they have great customer service. Talk about FREAKY FAST delivery ....
