Bill Niester: I generally would give this 5 stars for excellent trading pizza... But today I used rewards points to get a pre and it had to be the worst tasting crust... Chewy and hard all at the same time with undercooked toppings. Don't know what happened other than they rushed it through on a too hot oven.. so disappointed wish I could get my points back
Carla Morabito: The guys at this Cottage Inn location knock it out of the park every time! I have ordered a pizza from here on average probably once a month for the last year or so. I have been helped by a handful of different staff members and I’m always impressed at the quality service I receive. They’re such a genuine group and I always feel well taken care of from being greeted when I arrive to quickly being serviced. The care they take in preparing the pizzas is far better than any other pizza chain in the area. I highly recommend the app! It makes ordering and paying a breeze and you earn points to redeem for delicious menu items. I always get the same thing, (the Spinach Alfredo Gourmet Pizza — YUM!) and I thank these guys so much for helping me to feed my pizza craving time & time again. The homemade ranch is SO good too. If I ever have extra I enjoy it on my salads for the rest of the week! Thank you! I appreciate you all for making my pizzas so delicious every time!
Joe K: Driver refused to bring the DELIVERY inside the bar because he was afraid his car would get stolen lol. In Ann arbor. Last I checked you could turn your car off and bring your key/fab inside but what do i know? I only delivered for 13 years.

Damon Bowman: “Maverick” the supposed manager who answered the phone was extremely rude when I called in asking about a delivery that was never received. The email receipt said that a jason delivered the pizza however when I questioned maverick about the delivery he said that he was the one who dropped it off and that we accept a risk of losing our pizza. When I asked for a refund he claimed that “they” already processed one without explaining or adding any context. Once I asked for the manager he claimed that he was the manager and processed the refund. I will not being going back somewhere that employs shady people like this.
Tod Little: With much to offer and at affordable prices, is no loss of great quality. This is the pizza choice you want to make.
Truth Teller: Good food but remember, 20 minute pick up means 40 minutes. A bit ridiculous when you’re on a scheduled lunch. It only seems to happen during the days the girl is working.

eric duckett: i was in the area, thought id pop-in. i had a gift card, thought id use that. ordered a sandwich and cheesebread. sandwich was not good. cheesebread was BURNT badly, like, black-burned. i didnt realize it until i got home. oh, and when i attempted to use the gift card the pay machine wouldnt take it, tried about 4-5 times, then the staff had to manually put it in. then it worked. it's just not worth complaining over. i DON'T recommend this dominoe's. i dont recommend any dominoes in the ann arbor, ypsilanti area at all.

(Or any sub, because the crusty bread is the best) I would give them 5 stars, but I have had a couple of "hiccups" with them recently. One time they sent me a sub where the bread hadn't risen properly around the time they were moving. When I called to complain the guy that made the sub said, "Yeah... I thought it looked kind of odd" and then said they had new staff. My point is, if he thought it looked bad why did he send it to me? Still one of my local favorites.

Zoila Lulu: I ordered the calzone and the side salad. The calzone was burnt and it was mostly bread; very little filling. The salad was placed in a cheap cardboard container with cling wrap over it and was the wrong temperature and pretty flavorless. Overall, a bad experience with bad quality food.

D'Ann Schneider: This is one of our favorites in Ann Arbor, and this is the first time I ordered from them online. It was very easy to use their app, and the food was delicious as always! I highly recommend ordering any food, but their Chipati's are my favorite, from Pizza Bob's!!

Nicolas Witkowski: Stopped in for my 7 year old, who is particular (a crust connoisseur if you will) about his cheesy bread. The friendly staff asked me if he wanted more doughy or crispy crust—without me mentioning his pickiness. He ended up claiming this his new favorite place, and ate about half a large order sitting outside. We can’t wait to come back soon for more.
Rebecca Crosbie: This is my go-to AA take out place. I especially like their red sauce, which has a little bit of a spicy kick and also tastes to me of fresh red bell peppers. They also now offer vegan cheese, which helps me eat here (because I currently avoid dairy). For a long time, I was GF and I would get their gluten-free crust, and it is one of the better gluten-free crusts I have tasted. But now that I'm back to consuming wheat/gluten, I can say, I really enjoyed their fresh, hand tossed crust.Depending on when I go here, sometimes you can get more or less sauce or more or less cheese/toppings, depending on who makes the pizza - but otherwise, it's fairly consistent.Staff are always polite and friendly.

Lydia Song: What a find! This local pizza place was on our list to try and it is definitely worth the price. They also have specials during the weekday and weekend I believe. But we got two medium think crust pizzas for around 30 ish dollars. One was Chicken Bqq and the other was 4-Topping Pizza. It was super light, crispy l, and delicious. The meat and vegetables tasted amazing. We just wished the chicken Bqq had a little bit more sauce because it tasted so good! Highly recommend!

Rob Baxtresser: My pizzas were ready 40 minutes AFTER the PICKUP time on the app. The app - does it just auto-assign a 20-minute time for every pickup? Without the system taking in how many other orders have come in? That. Is. Ridiculous. Every order I’ve picked up using the app to order has said 20 minutes to pickup. And I’ve picked up after 20 minutes and numerous instances more than 20, and now 40 minutes. I got more accurate info when I used to phone the order in. The pizza was good tonight. Always has been. But it’s not that good that I’ll forget all the waiting. I’m going to start exploring other local pizza options.
CD 54: I ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings. It was really doughy and soggy also had extra grease and combine that with the extra sauce all the toppings just fell off. Really disappointed in the quality and overall experience.
Melody Resnover: Originally ordered food from another restaurant (not cottage inn) that was only a mile down the road from the Hampton Inn South where we are staying and they quoted us at 30 minutes after 45 called to let us know they didn't have a driver and wouldn't for 45 more minutes but would call us if their driver showed up before that we told them no thanks and placed an order at Cottage inn instead in less than 30 minutes we had very good food! They did forget our salad but them being right across the street helped at this point the other place turns up at the door with the food we'd thought we cancelled as Cottage inn brought our salad! Long story short we ended up with two orders from two different places and out of the two we preferred Cottage inn they definitely had the better food and quicker delivery!

(1.5hrs wait is a bit too much) I decided to call to change it to pickup. Needless to say it was wait after wait no one would pick up finally after 10min on hold I get disconnected.

Lynn Jenkinson: Most of the time they're excellent. I have had a few "duds" where the crust wasn't as requested or the pizza arrived cold but for the most part they make very good pizza. The website has the option to add requests such as "well done" crust, and parking instructions for apartment owners. I like their pizza much better than Domino's or other varying brands.
Jason Park: I ordered a pizza to pick up at a scheduled time. I went to pick it up at the time but they said to give them 15 minutes. I checked again later but they said 15-20 more minutes again. The delay is unacceptable.

Jessica Nelson: Was a very loyal customer to Domino’s, and then I got an order that was subpar that we didn’t even eat except for the chicken. The cheesy bread had very little cheese, when you pull it apart, there should be strong ones and there was none. You could see the bread from the top where typically you see predominantly cheese, I order it because I love cheese and this one was disappointing and basically bread sticks with some cheese sprinkled on top.The pizza was similar, we ordered extra cheese and the crust came through the cheese and you could tell that it was not extra cheese, it tasted mostly like crust, the sauce was also not covering the parts where the crust came through to the top.I emailed, filled out the survey, asked to be contacted by management and two weeks later, still nothing.I will not be ordering from Domino’s again until I get a response.Poor management and customer response is sad. I know there isn’t a lot of good pizza in Ann Arbor, but I’ll stick to Red Baron now and continue to tell my friends and peers to order elsewhere.

She looked at me bold faced and said… We don’t have anything under that order and walked away. This was her childish pay back because I ended our conversation after telling her that… that was all and thank you. I will be contacting their corporate office or franchise first thing Monday morning because at the end of the day I confirmed order I confirmed pick up I gave my name but she got her feelings involved and Deleted my order

Franklin Powell: They dropped my food off at the front desk of the hotel I was staying at instead of bringing it to my room even though it was specified to bring it straight to me. As usual I had already paid delivery fee and a 20% tip and I usually tip again in cash because I know the drivers appreciate cash. When I called to complain the manager tried to use Covid as an excuse for poor customer service I am tired of that excuse. I am triple vaccinated and wear a mask most of the time so I understand the seriousness of Covid so I find it offensive for companies to try and blame Covid for there incompetence. I enjoy dominoes jalapeño bacon bread and there chicken wings but I will never order from this location again.

Shelby Wood: I love cottage inn the restaurant itself but everytime I order from this location specifically the food is so under cooked and undone I get sick every time I can’t always tell if it’s undone till I try it and then boom my breadsticks are pretty much just raw dough dipped in a pound of butter which makes the box get soggy. I’ve literally only order from this place three times because it’s the closest to my job and everytime I end up having to call off my next day of work because I’m up all night getting sick. I also have to make a comment for whoever my delivery driver was yesterday literally added a tip for himself on the check like literally asked if I wanted to add a tip and said how much and started writing it down on my receipt I was dumbfounded like you were already 20 minutes late and now your pretty much just taking a tip (which I did put one on when I ordered the food)
Sarah Green: Cottage inn Broadway is one of the best for carryout. We live in farmington and I refuse to go to the cottage inn in that city. The drivers (farmington) always drive like they're in Nascar, they always smoke with orders in their car and it's just not good.So why do we get carryout from the Ann Arbor location? Because once again my kid is admitted to U of M and there's only so many "guest trays" a parent can handle.It's ridiculously easy to order online and out of the 5 orders we've placed at this location since 12/22, we've never had a wrong order. Their drivers are fantastic at following the complicated delivery instructions; food delivery is only allowed at a certain entrance and the customer has to go out a certain door to pick up their order. I've never had a driver just leave our order unattended in the lobby (looking at you, door dash!) The drivers are always on time, if not earlier than expected. They are also always so kind and great at communicating and texting to confirm one if us is at the entrance. When you have a kid admitted to the hospital, it's those little things that make each and every order hassle free. The food is always piping hot and we've never not received extra sauces or had any issues with the food.Keep up the great work, cottage inn Broadway!
Jenna: I ordered from the Cottage Inn at Packard street a few days ago and thought ordering from this location would be fine, oh boy was i wrong. Everything looked fine at first, they did forget my garlic drizzle on the pizza. But after I ate one slice I took a bite of the ham on my second slice and the ham was absolutely rancid, slimey, and smelled horrible. They did resend a pizza and (forgot the drizzle again), but that does not makeup for the very severe stomach pain and vomitting i'm expirencing now, I'm staying in the area for U of M doctors and I already feel ill and it sucks that something that could be so simply prevented made me feel more ill.
Allison Forest: Everytime I've ordered from here the pizza's have been ready by the specified pick up time and are always correct. They have a great variety of options including vegan cheese and vegan meats. Price is reasonable for the size of pizzas they offer. Never a wait for pickup even at peak times like Friday and Saturday night.

Macalister Wells: This is the worst cottage inn location I have been to , over 20-21 they were reliable and good pizzas every time , the past 2 visits to this establishment have been very disappointing, they get your order wrong on multiple occasions in the same night , you call and get a re make and the re make is made incorrectly as well , then they give you a credit and you think they are just having a bad night so you get a credit and try again and the next time they don’t put toppings on half the pizza and the ones they do are incorrect. The pizza’s also were very cheesy and dough was raw , don’t recommend this establishment, go to the little ceasers on stadium , they are 1,000 times better
R. Hibbard: I have been getting pizza from Cottage Inn from this corner (It was on the other side of the street when I was younger) for more than 40 years. I am not a fan of the company, but the guys at this store are great. Best pizza in this part of town. One thing I am disappointed about though, they stopped selling brocolli as a topping. I have specifically been going to Cottage Inn to get deep dish pizzas with sesame seed crust, sausage, and brocolli for decades.
Ralphie: Update:Dirty, unkept, unappealing interior. Staff was not inviting, except for one gentleman who was doubling as a delivery driver. No greeting upon entry.Please don't put sauce cups on top of the cheese bread. Better to put them in a bag or other box.On a side note that only deals with the location / area of this business....on my last visit I observed a male walk to the woods adjacent to complex, pull his pants down and squat to defecate.------‐----------------------------4 years ago I wrote....If you can find this location.... The staff is always friendly and they havent messed up our order, to date. We prefer this Cottage Inn vs others in our area. They have perfected the recipes and usually not a long wait. Yes, they deliver. Only suggestion would be an interior makeover. Limited parking. Will continue to get our pizzas from here and drive the extra miles when feasible.

krysten farley: We were just here for the first time in years and it did not disappoint. The food was A-MAZ-ING, but honestly, our server, Sara, made the experience. She had so many tables, it looks like the labor shortage hit them— but she was still super friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely be back sooner than later. Highly recommend The Original and just again want to thank Sara!

Kimberly: Worst Dominos ever! It’s such a shame the Plymouth Rd location is near Dominos corporate headquarters and test kitchen. They need to send someone from corporate to this store to teach them how to make pizza. The pizzas are constantly dry, not topped properly, sloppily made. The cheesy bread only had cheese in the middle of the whole loaf and not end to end. The cheesy dip wasn’t heated properly there were stuck cheese in the pans like it was old. I complain, they say sorry but the problems are never fixed. Order from another store or just go hungry. Not worth wasting your money

When I called the person I spoke with, I asked if I wanted them to deliver another brownie or if I would like a credit on my account. I asked for a credit with the delivery charges refunded, too. The person I was speaking with said everything else was correct in your order, right? I said yes, it was. She then says, " I will just credit your account for the item" I told her, "Never mind that I will just post about the quality items you let leave your restaurant." She thanked me and hung up. I only asked for a credit of 6.99 and 3.99.

David Stone: Cottage Inn has a great crust and excellent gormet pizza specialities. Standouts include the Price Buster, Chicken Mediterranean, and the Cuban. Some locations offer milkshakes and some good cheese bread options. A step above the national chains, especially in the non-Detroit style category. Lots of locations around town. The stadium location is super convenient on the west side of Ann Arbor. This location has a good sized dining area.

Eventually canceled my order tonight after waiting nearly 2 hours. Was never given an honest update when I called to check and see if it was perhaps delivered incorrectly, they suggested I pick it up. Then called back to see if I could still pick it up and they said to expect at least another 40 minutes?
