Bartolomeo S: Used this cleaners 3 times for shirt laundry (~15 shirts) and every time ALL the shirts came back wrinkled from being ‘stuffed’ into the racks. I disliked having to iron my shirts at home after picking them up and paying full price.I attempted to work with the owners who offered no ownership of the issue, simply stating “sorry, our racks are too full from people not picking their clothes up on time”.Very disappointing experience and I voted with my wallet to go elsewhere to be treated like a valued customer.

Gregory Eschenauer: I sent them a very expensive jacket and asked them to protect it during cleaning (I have extensive experience working in a dry cleaner and aware of the process). I was very upset that the stitching was ruined and a button was ripped off the jacket. This was not cleaned as I asked. I am very upset and will not come back.

Rollin Bellfi: Stopped going there after they 'lost' my entire load of cleaning. Had some rare expensive irreplaceable flannel shirts and tailored dress pants. I returned on pickup day but without my pickup receipt. After giving them phone number and ID they said there was no such dry cleaning there. I went back the next day and asked them to check again. They were rude and gave same answer. About 6 months later I received a phone call that they recovered my receipt, but my clothes were given away for failure to claim. I lost $450 dollars from this cleaners and got a weak sorry and after visit to see about remedy they said there's nothing they can or would do.They have only one advantage - location. I do not recommend this cleaners they have problems. Go somewhere else.

Alexander Weiss: The best way I could describe Iris Cleaners: they treat each customer as if their life depends on making the customer happy. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. If you need your dry cleaning done by a certain time, they initiate that offer and have always been able to fulfill it for me. They fixed a torn sleeve on my shirt for no extra charge. Honestly, every time I walk out of the cleaners, I feel as if I was undercharged considering the level of great service I received. I highly recommend this business to everyone and have always had a positive experience.

Emma Abed: I have been going to Eureka for around a year now for alterations (hemming, etc) and cleaning that I can’t manage myself. They are always quick, very reasonably priced, and nice! Most recently I had a keepsake jacket dry cleaned that had been badly stained bright pink in some areas, including the white collar. They said it might be a challenge to get it out, but when I picked it up today all the stains were gone! I’m very grateful for their work and will keep coming here for all my future dry cleaning and alterations. Thank you!!

All the stains were removed and wrinkles were gone. Prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. They also offer one of the best tailor services in this town such as shortening pants, sewing any ripped parts of the clothes and etc...Without any further duo, I always had great experience at the Eureka Cleaner and as long as I am staying in AA, this place is only option for me.

Henry Jackson: Brought in a Canada Goose jacket that Martinizing failed to clean/remove a pop stain from stating the jacket would be damaged if they tried to remove it any better after attempting to clean it twice. After picking it up from Martinizing, I drove straight over to Stadium Cleaners who assured me the stain should be no problem so I took my chances and left it with them. When I returned Voila, the stain was gone without any damage to the jacket as Martinizing claimed there would be. If anyone should have a chain of cleaners in the area it should be Stadium Cleaners as they pay much more attention to detail than Martinizing and actually get the job done. Not to mention, they charge less than Martinizing as well. Thank YOU!

I wouldn’t recommend this place of business to anyone dude couldn’t even look me in the eye I should have known it would be bad business smh very disappointed. I also later went home and removed the stain using a bleach, water, and baking soda mixture so I gave him money to clean my own clothes at home nice.....

A friend of mine says that she is always rude and ignorant to any minorities who call. I would definitely urge no one to go to this place unless they were planning on having white sheets with cut out eye holes cleaned. TGAP4: Stumbled upon this place when I first had the need to start getting things dry-cleaned. They're always fast, do a great job, the gentleman that is usually working there is very polite, and I'm always surprised at how cheap it is. Just got my suit back, and it looks brand new (which is crazy considering it's almost ten-years-old)
CL F: I have been using this cleaners for some time and the gentleman who works there is wonderful and friendly. But on a recent phone call to find out if I forgotten 2 shirts, a women was extremely rude, she talked over me and when I said Iwanted to talk to the owner she claimed I was threatening her. I said perhaps I'll have to take my business elsewhere and she said " go for it"! I'm appalled. I've been going there for some time and don't know why an employee would insult a customer for no reason. Maybe having a bad day but shouldn't take it out on the business. I won't return and will pass this message into as many people as possible. Rudeness is unacceptable!I gave one star because it is required or there would be no star.

I was VERY impressed with their high-quality workmanship, organization, and ability to clean out stains from fabrics that were so bad I initially thought I would need to replace. Isn’t the first rule of ironing clothes not having double lines?I understand that if you have double lines, it’s not easy to make them disappear completely at once. Since I got double lines from their pressing, I asked whether they can improve it by making the second line lighter so that it is not as obvious and outwards, but I was told that their employee (who worked for 40 years) can’t fix it after trying a few times. AD: This business is wonderful. I do not have a need to come often, but when I do, I always feel very well taken care of. Yes, as others have said, they are on the high end with prices. However, their work is impeccable. They stitched a blazer for me, and it was done with so much care and skill, the price was well worth it.Also, this place is 100% non toxic dry cleaner. That is not common. More work and money goes into that process. Be mindful of that the next time you complain about the price.To the guy complaining about his kilt; you could have just called the place and explained what you needed, instead of writing a bad review. Not everyone knows what a kilt is, let alone how to properly press one. That was your responsibility to either tell them, or assure they knew to press your kilt.I have been coming here for years, every piece of clothing has been perfect, skillfully done, and giving back timely.This business is incredible. Dennis Carmichael: Disappointed. Went to them with an unusual item due to the good reviews. They did fine with the normal things - jackets & slacks - but the kilt & fly plaid have to be redone. For the $60 or so it cost, I expected them to spend a minute or two just lining up the stitched pleats before pressing. Instead I got it back with a multiple bad creases & pressed-in wrinkles. It wouldn't have taken much care to do it right.

Laura Chatterton: They shrunk my favorite wool coat, apparently they didn't realize you shouldn't use heat on wool. I took it to a tailor to have it fixed, as soon as I put it on the tailor could see how it was shrunk from heat and said they couldn't fix it. After they nearly ruined my husbands suit in a past visit and then argued and refused to give a refund for about 10 minutes, I decided it wasn't worth my going back to complain and be treated poorly over their mistake again. I got lazy and took my coat here even after the fight over the suit because its by my house, so that was my mistake. Don't take anything you value here.

Jaclyn: I will not be going to this dry cleaner. They tore my shirt and did not mention it. My sweaters came back fuzzy with pulls, looking more worn than when I dropped them off. Other clothes came back stiff with less luster. And my beautiful floor length dress became stiff and darker. I’m not sure what’s going on with their chemicals but something is not ok. I also have red fuzz all over my clothes (none of them are red). I have gone here for two years and had enough bad experiences I’ll not be back
