Melissa Nuyda: **Update: After 2 years, they responded to me saying that I lied about my experience. They admitted to me 2 years ago that they put "air dry only" items through a dryer so they could return them in less than 24 hours, and now they're saying they didn't do that. Other reviews corroborate this. If anything, note that it took them 2 years to respond to this review and complain about me in the response. They are not a professional company. Have them wash your stuff if you have only cotton t-shirts.TL;DR - paid for 8 services, used them twice, clothing came back warped, shrunken, and stained. They did not follow washing/drying instructions. They have not refunded anything.A friend of mine purchased this service for me while I was in grad school, based on the reviews that she read. I needed a lot of clothing washed, and I followed the instructions on their website. I separated everything into bags and provided detailed directions for how things needed to be washed. Very few of my things can go in the dryer. When I got back my first load from them, some of my shirts had shrunk, but I shrugged it off as grad school weight gain. When I got my second load back from them, one of my cashmere sweaters had lost about 2 inches off the sleeves and no longer went past my waist line. Some of my peasant shirts (which should not be dried with heat) became warped at the seams. One pair of pants came back stained. Two shirts had elastic bands across the midsection, and they lost their elasticity completely after being washed by this company. Another shirt had warped sleeves (somehow, half of the sleeve shrunk and the other half didn't).I called them and emailed them multiple times, as did the friend who purchased the service for me. They never contacted her back, and they only contacted me back when I left an angry rant on their voicemail. They told me that they followed my instructions directly, and that they take extra care with women's clothes because women are pickier. After talking to them further, they admitted that they heat dried some of the items because without doing that, they wouldn't have made a 24-hour turn around, despite being specifically told to not do that. They offered to stretch out my cashmere sweater, but made no offer for any of my other clothes and offered no refund.I'm writing this review now because this was over 6 months ago, and even though my friend paid for 8 weeks of service, they have not yet refunded her money. I used them twice, and my clothing got ruined during those two washes. They haven't even refunded her for the 6 unused weeks.

Yes, I know I repeated that third one, but it's true and can't be overstated. It is so rare to find a business that meets, let alone exceeds expectations. Yet Adam managed to do so consistently for 1.5 years!My wife or I would have easily spent our Saturday or Sunday at the laundromat had it not been for Campus Laundry on Wheels. Instead, every Thursday at 8pm, we'd leave our dirty laundry outside the door, and ~24 hours later (usually sooner) a bag of neatly folded, sorted, and wrapped laundry appeared back outside our door. We have a service at work that will wash and fold your dirty laundry, but you have to drop it off, pick it up, and it costs ~2.5X more per pound.My sincere recommendation is don't even think of wasting time at a laundromat if you're in a situation without washer and dryer. Text Campus Laundry on Wheels, and Adam will take care of you. If you have a concern, let him know and he will make it right. I can't recommend Campus Laundry on Wheels highly enough.

Annieland: I’ve been scared to leave a review after using them a couple years ago because they seemed like the exact type of people who would doxx me, but I see now others have taken the plunge so I’ll finally come forward with my horrible experience. In short, I separated two large loads, one with jeans and darks, one all pinks and “brights” and put an 8x11” paper in the pinks bag with “BRIGHTS - WASH COLD SEPARATELY” in huge letters written with a black sharpie. Lo and behold, back comes my laundry, all my beautiful pink shirts, nightgowns, underthings, streaked dark blue or grey, at best. I could not understand how this could possibly happen, it was the only “special” request I’d ever made. I texted them very politely to tell them what happened and OMG the responses I got!! Nasty!! Said it’s impossible, they follow all instructions, and if I wanted I could send something back for a “stain removal”. An entire load of laundry was totally ruined, but thanks.Finally, I was told that my laundry was too much work for them, and apparently my family of 5 has set some kind of record for their business. Yeah, I was overwhelmed too, that’s why I hired so-called professionals (and prepaid over $500!).Also, bras with lace will be torn to shreds, but that was just icing on the cake. It’s taken me this long to try a laundry service again because I felt so traumatized and ashamed by this experience and the things they said to me. I’m sure they’ll tell me off again, but I feel better knowing I’m not the only person they were horrible to.Oh yeah, and we would weigh the bags with both a shipping scale and a luggage scale and somehow every load we were told was way over what we calculated. When I sounded surprised the first time he told me the weights, I was told I don’t know how to weigh a bag. I let it go after that.

I planned my day around this, as I don’t want to leave my laundry outside for someone to take. They said they had 100 orders to pick up and wouldn’t be there for a few hours. Why even schedule a pick up time if it means nothing.*edit: I DID give a hour window (TWICE) in which I was available and they told me they wouldn’t be able to come until late at night. And it is not my own roommates I do not trust, it is the multitude of random people constantly walking through my apartment building.Easier to just do your own laundry. 😂

Their reasoning was that they are a small business and can't afford to not charge me full price or give me another type of deal. If you are a small business, shouldn't you provide compensation when a customer isn't satisfied? I would have gladly continued using this service if they were a little more understanding. After I explained how their response was slightly ridiculous, they offered to fix my jacket. At that point, I did not trust it would come back fixed and they probably would have upcharged me.**Update: they texted me to complain about my review. Very unprofessional. (And my review was very respectful) And just read the other responses to reviews to get an idea of the professionalism of this place.

Brendan Blees: Super Helpful, and always very flexible if you run into a conflict when dropping of your laundry. The clothes always come back folded and in great condition. Works perfectly for people with a busy schedule that don't always have time to get all their laundry done. They come to where you live and even your apartment on the 11th floor. I have recommended it to everyone one of my friends on campus and am going to continue using the service for the rest of my college career.

The Pazyamors: Free wifi, offer laundering services, on site coin operated machines. Some of the larger washers and dryers against the walls are not handicap accessible, but can ask attendant for assistance. Wed, Thur, and Fridays offer discounts on some of the larger washers. Very clean and always staffed. Laundry supplies, drinks and snacks available for purchase. Drawback is one time I tried to buy a bag after 10pm, but the till was closed--even though it's open until midnite. ATM also available. Last load at 10pm on regular business days. Would be nice if it went back to being open 24 hours.

E: Customer service sucks......please don't ask for help because you're not getting it. If workers can't do the job because of there own personal flaws they should get something that's MORE suitable for them😑 You have to move from time to time....it's a job.

Catherine Meza: Mr. Stadium was showing its age on a dready Monday afternoon. Some of the washers smelled musty and some equipment was blocked off with masking tape. Their machines don't take cards like newer ones do and one change machine is temperamental. I waited a long time at the counter with nobody there. Still I'll probably keep going there because it's big, has a shady parking lot and other stores in the plaza.

Coins are no longer practical for the price.. 5 dollars to wash a load that is 20 quarters. Two loads and two drying cycles and I was quickly handling 40+ coins.. there are coin machines so finding coins is not the issue..The inconvenience of handling all that metal is a problem for me. Also, tons of people come back because they need to use remaining card balances. Coins can be used anywhere. So cards are also good for business. Hope you take this into account for Mr. Stadium 2.0

She told us, this is not a warming shelter, and we get that, but I felt like we were targeted because of our status. If you're looking for a family friendly, socially aware laundry place, look elsewhere. If you are looking for good service, look elsewhere. If you were looking for a decent laundromat, look elsewhere. And for the record, we were not loitering. The lady just said, "we'll make the boss mad"

I returned on pickup day but without my pickup receipt. After giving them phone number and ID they said there was no such dry cleaning there. I went back the next day and asked them to check again. They were rude and gave same answer. About 6 months later I received a phone call that they recovered my receipt, but my clothes were given away for failure to claim. I lost $450 dollars from this cleaners and got a weak sorry and after visit to see about remedy they said there's nothing they can or would do.They have only one advantage - location. I do not recommend this cleaners they have problems. Go somewhere else.

Jaclyn: I will not be going to this dry cleaner. They tore my shirt and did not mention it. My sweaters came back fuzzy with pulls, looking more worn than when I dropped them off. Other clothes came back stiff with less luster. And my beautiful floor length dress became stiff and darker. I’m not sure what’s going on with their chemicals but something is not ok. I also have red fuzz all over my clothes (none of them are red). I have gone here for two years and had enough bad experiences I’ll not be back

Most recently I had a keepsake jacket dry cleaned that had been badly stained bright pink in some areas, including the white collar. They said it might be a challenge to get it out, but when I picked it up today all the stains were gone! All the stains were removed and wrinkles were gone. Prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. They also offer one of the best tailor services in this town such as shortening pants, sewing any ripped parts of the clothes and etc...Without any further duo, I always had great experience at the Eureka Cleaner and as long as I am staying in AA, this place is only option for me.
