Russell Talbert: One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. The staff has clearly checked out. I ordered a pickup in-store and when I got there, the doors were both locked. There were people eating inside and none of the staff came to the door to let me in or explain why it’s locked. There was no sign on the door indicating they were closed. When a customer finally let me in, the woman at the counter didn’t even greet me as I walked right up to her even though she just watched me the whole time with the locked door. They had forgotten my drink with the order so I was getting that as another customer approached the locked doors. The same customer who let me in was going to let the other customer in, but then the woman at the counter asked him not to because they were “closed”. It was very strange. They also dumped my cinnamon twists in my bag upside down and forgot all my sauce. Won’t be coming here anymore. If I could give it a lower rating, I would.
Manikandan Somasundaram: Ordered food through drive-through for my family and kids. Missed a few items so couple of them cannot have food. Also, when I call to ask for a refund, they asked me to come back to the store for a refund, and I did not see politeness. I strongly believe it’s the Taco Bell team responsibility to check whether they have put all the ordered items in the bag before they had it over to the drive-through.(esspecially in drive-through.)

Ava Chevrier: It took us 20 minutes to get our order taken while waiting at the mic, thought about leaving multiple times but when we put the car in drive he finally said something. He took our order and it looked correct in the screen. We went up and the guy with the headset on was twiddling his thumbs when there was a line of cars out the door and customers visibly upset and annoyed. We get to where they give us our food and the order is completely wrong besides the two chicken sandwiches. I thought they gave us the nuggets we orders too but they didn’t.. I’m beyond upset for waiting that long alone. After that I should’ve gotten a correct order. Get better organization and training for the employees.

JuCee Couture: Anna was the front counter cashier last night on June 3 2023 at about 8pm . We walked in my cousin and I to try the strawberry creme and apple pies, she upselled by suggesting 2 of each and also made sure they were hot and fresh along with my large coke. Her friendly personality and smile made our visit enjoyable and kind of brought back the magic Mcdonalds experience of dine in service from the old days. Great job Anna, the Detroit girls loved you

Mike Reviews: I'm not convinced this Taco Bell branch is even running at night since I have never been able to order. The doors are usually locked if you try to walk in, and if you use the drive thru they claim they're out of meat. There are people inside, they're just choosing not to serve people.Edit: If you want to laugh, I tried coming here again months later out of morbid curiosity. The lobby was actually unlocked, but the manager straight up refused to serve me to my face. At this point it's more funny than anything, I've never been to a place that fails to deliver basic service this consistently. At least it's better for my waistline this way

Cody Rossman: Went to dine-in on my lunch break, after placing my order and receiving my food I was informed from the heavier set employee that there were other Taco Bells I should go too. He then stated not to come back and that he isn't in control of other lobbies being opened or closed.
Amaya Hall: I am vegan and Taco Bell has a lot of customizable options for me, so I love going here. I always order things Fresco style, which means no cheese or sour cream. Sometimes the workers get it mixed up or do regular meat instead of beans, but they are always very kind about fixing my order. Recently, I ordered a blackbean crunchwrap before a flight and it came with meat. I was unable to go back to get another one because I didn't have enough time, but I went back a week later after I was back and explained the situation to the manager and she was very happy to remake it for me. I showed her the receipt and apologized for not having proof or anything, but she was adamant that it was okay. The 2 workers who remade it for me were outside when I pulled around the drive thru to leave and they both waved to me—it made my day!All the bad reviews on here (and for all fast food restaurants) have to remember that the workers here are real people with real lives, and real people make mistakes. Things won't be 100% perfect every time, and if that's the case, just go through again and ask them to fix it for you nicely.
Coleman LaBarr: Absolutely terrible. Employees are extremely rude and they never can fulfill an order. Just close the store if you can’t order 90% of the menu or even get the order right. This isn’t just a one time thing. Look at their other reviews and they all say the same thing. Employees at the drive thru will threaten you if you get upset or just call the cops on you if you ask for a refund. If you hate your job that much, just do us all a favor and leave. Avoid this location at all costs, it’s not worth your time or effort. Stop using “the whole world is short staffed” as an excuse. It’s not 2020 anymore.
C L: Absolutely terrible customer service and food quality. I know it sounds absurd to even review a fast food restaurant but this location deserves 0 stars. Their management is the problem. They close their store hours early every night, so why not just change your hours?? They forget items all of the time, they’re rude on every occasion they get and they refuse to make certain items at certain times because it’s inconvenient for them. I’ve seen their employees doing drugs outside of the store and even had a manager admit to it once. This store needs to be shut down or completely replace the management staff. It’s absurd that the Taco Bell franchise has let it get this bad. You can’t blame COVID forever. Do better

Kelsey Tingley: A fabulous experience from the second I walked in the door! I was greated by the fabulous lady behind the register and she had the most excellent customer service. I was wearing a name tag and she greated me by name and took my order with accuracy. I placed a to go order which she walked out into the lobby and handed to me. The food was fresh and hot! Amanda Ruffin: I've been to 3 different shake shack locations that had really great food and service. We ordered and chose the text me when done option. The employee walked around the restaurant with our food before the text arrived, and when he found us, he told us how we should have typed the table number next to the first name. If this is true, give some type of instructions next to your ordering screens. This location the buns were different than the others. They were like a pocket of bread, not grilled at all. The chicken my son wanted had breading that fell off when you touched it. The meat was an odd brown color and weird flavor and texture as if it were old and soggy. We were not impressed and definitely won't be stopping back anytime soon.!
Emily Haugen: I can understand the hype around this restaurant. The food is filling and well made. The burgers are delicious with the cherry peppers. The fries are nice and crispy, and the root beer float ties it all together. It was definitely a wonderful experience for some folks who came from the west side of the state. They should definitely think about opening one in Grand Rapids 😉

Claudiu Harta: Place has gone downhill. Rude employees, slower than a sit down restaurant, sad soggy burgers and for $20 for a burger and fries? Would rather eat at McDonald's for a week straight than come here again.They have always been slow but this last time takes the cake. I waited almost half an hour for my food even though I called the order in beforehand. At 9pm. Employees were just standing around talking most of the time. I finally went up to ask what was taking so long, and one of the cooks noticed my burger was sitting in a bag on top of the fry warmer and said my order was waiting on fries (as he proceeds to drop a basket of fries in the fryer). They just forgot about my order. Then I asked them to make me a new burger because that one had been sitting there for half an hour and was cold. The employee was visibly upset by my request but made a new burger begrudgingly. I got home and the burger was soggy, falling apart, and the fries were overcooked and oversalted. Last time I come to Five Guys.

Overall it is way way to expensive for what it is. Almost $23 for a burger, fries and a drink 😕 I may go back just for a burger but that $12.95 price tag for the burger may keep me away.

Kelly Hart: I didn’t know fast food chain locations were now just picking their hours at random.And from the past reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence for this location.I understand being short staffed is a problem right now, but you have designated hours for a reason, either change them to be open when you have staff available or don’t even bother opening at all till you get the available staff you need to run it properly.I’ve gone to the Burger King off 12 and platt and commonly there is only 2 associates working and doing everything. But they arnt just closed or making you wait randomly without a note on the door or drive thru kiosk.What a terrible way to run a store. Eventually you won’t have customers when you are able to make it work cause they won’t even care to see if you’re open.
