JuCee Couture: Anna was the front counter cashier last night on June 3 2023 at about 8pm . We walked in my cousin and I to try the strawberry creme and apple pies, she upselled by suggesting 2 of each and also made sure they were hot and fresh along with my large coke. Her friendly personality and smile made our visit enjoyable and kind of brought back the magic Mcdonalds experience of dine in service from the old days. Great job Anna, the Detroit girls loved you

I did but no one was over there so I thought I would pay when my order was complete. Wrong ! They do not start your order till they get your cash. The girl that was taking orders on 05/25 was very clearly high and kept saying “oh…..” when I told her 3 times the order was wrong that she put on the screen. The order was still wrong but it wasn’t anyone else’s fault but hers. All the other employees are great though

She respected our concerns, read our receipt and offered sincere options to make sure we were satisfied as customers. We live in times where so much is delivery or rush rush and it feels good when dealing face to face to be treated kindly and welcomed by an establishment's manager/staff. Rachael Reed: I went through the drive-thru at the zeeb road McDonald's, I ordered a double cheeseburger MINUS pickles, and a small fry. The double cheeseburger not only had pickles, but the bun was burnt, the fries were VERY salty, and the drive thru was wayyy to slow. I used to work at McDonald's, and we had to have our customers served within 2 minutes, unless the food wasn't finished. There is NO EXCUSE for this.

Generous amount of grilled onions and sauce made for a great Saturday morning. Those biscuits were so good I had to go back for a couple more on Sunday. I sat for 8 minutes asking if anyone was there and just waiting for someone, ended up leaving so I could get to work. The hours online say 24hrs, stickers in drive thru says 24hrs, all the lights were on, drive thru menus all on, people inside but no one to say if they weren't open for a certain reason. I worked at McDonald's for a few years and the building had every sign of being open but no one clarifying if they were or not.

I never mind if I have to wait in the drive-through for an item - I always know they are making it fresh. They always did a good job of working short-handed.Like many people, I look in the bag as I leave the DT to make sure I have all of the items I ordered. However, the last time I went through the Drive through that was not enough. When I got home, I opened my double cheese burger to find that it had no meat. None. How do you forget to put the burger patties on a cheeseburger? How do you wrap up the burger and not notice that there is no burger on the bun?Never again. I will never go back to that McDonald's location. I might stop going to the whole chain.I also found it odd that for months of businesses showing up in Google maps without fail, this one did not. I had to go looking for the restaurant to write this review. Did management at that location disable the restaurant from automatically appearing in guests' history?This is my first ever one-star rating, of any place, on any platform. I try to be understanding when the workers are doing their best in bad conditions, but don't cheat me.

Kevin Bicknell: Always slow. Today the drive through attendant instructed all patrons to come inside, with no other notice or explanation.I’ve come to this McDonald’s a dozen times. And I’m done. Nick Hairell: Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds. Typically, you know what you're in for the moment you pull up on one. The reason THIS Mcdonalds is by far the best Mcdonalds is that THIS Mcdonalds has Rachel (sorry if I spelled your name wrong; you're the best, girl!!!).Long story short, I put in a special request (it was weird, I'm trying to lose weight), and instead of giving me sass or saying that they can't help me with it, this wonderful person made it happen for me with a smile and above/beyond kindness.Where as I've been to other Mcdonalds and been told there's no way they can help me (losing weight takes time and consistency), this one had someone who not only helped me, but made me feel good about what I was doing.There was even an incredibly rude guy that came in for a free cup of water and, having to wait a full 6 seconds for it, proceeded to yell at my new favorite person that she was slow! A non-customer! Being extremely rude to the best Mcdonalds employee! My only regret in this entire exchange is that I didn't set that selfish fool straight.Ms. Rachel, I hope the rest of your day goes well, I hope you never have rude non-customers again, and I hope this finds you because you deserve it. BNGO USA: Although I am not a big fan of fast food chaines, however i come to this place from time to time bc its near my office for their french fries & coke, which i consider quick snack. The woman working on the cashier is always friendly and helpful. I use the mobile app bc its easy to use and i can redeem my saved points. This MCD location is relatively small one but alyaws busy bc its near 94W highway. Plenty of parking here & their drive through service is quick.

I’m grabbing my food and I’m asking for ranch the manger Tatiana basically told me no go back in the drive threw and order ranch so basically forget my time she was very rude.
