Ava Chevrier: It took us 20 minutes to get our order taken while waiting at the mic, thought about leaving multiple times but when we put the car in drive he finally said something. He took our order and it looked correct in the screen. We went up and the guy with the headset on was twiddling his thumbs when there was a line of cars out the door and customers visibly upset and annoyed. We get to where they give us our food and the order is completely wrong besides the two chicken sandwiches. I thought they gave us the nuggets we orders too but they didn’t.. I’m beyond upset for waiting that long alone. After that I should’ve gotten a correct order. Get better organization and training for the employees.

Jordan Jones: Did a mobile order while I was 6 minutes away from the store. Upon arrival I found out that the lobby is closed and drive thru is the only option even for mobile orders. Ended up waiting 15 minutes in the packed drive thru just to get to the speaker to tell them I have a mobile order to pick up. If you’re going to do away with lobby eating then do away with mobile ordering. Or maybe open the lobby to mobile orders and delivery drivers only, because as a Dasher I would be even more upset about waiting there that long for someone else’s food I’m expected to deliver on time.

Gustav Vaclavek: Refused service because even though they have the fast tap because they refuse to use it. Employee was rude about it, no apology, seemed aggravated, but how am I supposed to know you don't take cards? Oh so I called manager was rude to me and said it's only a temporary thing would have been nice to know. I called corporate to which I was informed that the manager of this location was lying to me saying that the outtage was company wide, to which the corporate official was confused. He said he'd call in three to five days we'll see where that puts us. They did not call back.

Sarah Oboza: This was the experience with Wendy's that I have ever had. For one the girl repeated the order to us a couple times to make sure that she had it correct. She took 4ish minutes to even open the window to greet us. She then handed us our soda's, one which was supposed to be a diet coke and the other was a regular coke. Proceeding to hand us both of the Soda's, none of the buttons were pressed in and we asked her which was which. She told us that they were both diet, and asked if that was okay. We did ask her to give us the correct order, we kept one diet and she took the other back and gave us a "regular coke" but it was still a diet. She gave us the bag that contained our food, which was cold, not even warm. When we got back to work, that is when we realized that the "regular coke" was in fact still a diet and the order wasn't even correct. We did add extras, that we did pay for, that we never received. We also did never receive a receipt for the order to make the necessary complaint to the restaurant or to corporate.

Noble Wade: This Wendy’s is a hit or miss. But as of recently, they’ve been missing, hard. My last time here the woman through the drive-through pay for my meal and someone else’s meal and kept the receipts. Before I could even ask for the receipt, she slammed the sliding door in my face.

Upon arriving to the window, she had a mask over her chin? It was muffling her voice but even more so, what's the purpose if you're wearing it under your chin?3. She wasn't very friendly at all4. When she handed us our two bags, we asked if there was enough sauce for 20 nuggets, and we asked for ketchup (we ordered 4 large fries). SHE ROLLED HER EYES, didn't say a word, just shut the window and walked away. She came back and handed us some sauce and ketchup.5. One fry was missing in our order. We sat at the window waiting for her to come back so we could let her know. When we did, she again didn't say a word, just walked away. A gentleman, who we assume was a manager, came up to the window and treated us like we were criminals trying to steal fries. I tried to hand them the receipt and our bags of food to show them what we received but he continued to try to convince us that we were missing a medium fry, not a large. At that point, we didn't care anymore, just give us a try so we can leave and everyone gets their food. When he came back to the window, he handed a bag out and shut the window. He didn't say one word... no apologies, no have a nice day... nothing. Just shut the window and walked away.6. This location is the most unpleasant and unprofessional location I've ever been to. We definitely won't be back and I hope the owner realizes what's happening in his/her restaurant and makes changes before it's too late.I would give 0 stars for this location. Our experience was awful at best and the food was cold.

The Pazyamors: Orders are usually accurate and fresh. Staff are nice. During this panemic, I especially appreciate commitment to safety & health. The fries were limp and we had to wait for them to fix our order because it wasn't done right last time we were there either.Vegetarian options: Not really vegetarian friendly.

New Phone: Last couple times I got food from here my burgers were overly cooked and dry. Never going to this location again. This was my favorite Wendy's. I think the new people working here don't know how to run it like the old people. Sad.

Wendy's chili does taste like it use to. i give wendys 4 but an super wonderful employee by the name of erie irene, i give her 5 starts if there were 6 id give her that!.. shes genuinely caring friendly helpful, nice and gave mike and i hotel like service! she should be in sales such as real estate or a car sales person,shes that good. or a nurse or docto! bless her heart!

She rudely gave me my total and disconnected the speaker from me. Have a great day I drove off. Mind you there were no customers in front of me in the Drive-Thru or behind me or in the store. So why she was in such a hurry I couldn't tell you. As I pulled out I decided to give the manager a call and let her know why I left. Funny phone rang six seven times. But I guess they were so busy serving those customers with grace that they didn't have time to answer the phone.

ron machus: coldwater Wendy's in a downward spiral for the past few years. I can't believe corporate would aloud this store to stay open. the open hours are a guess at best...you drive up to the ordering speaker and read notes on the hours. the parking lot is a total mess it has more holes then michigan state o-line. my last visit I ordered 2 things the wait was long as it normally is. I ordered family chille and large fries. after I got my order was half way home I went to get a Fri and there wasn't any. I got back to the store and went in. there was no customers...there was a women training another women on the cash register I stood there I don't know how long before this young man told them to help me. So they got my fries never checked to see who did it so they could be talked to about being more careful. this isn't the first time this has happen but will be the last I can assure you

Matthew Kasman: Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Did an online order and selected pick up inside. Arrived ten minutes later to pick it up, all the doors were locked and then someone yelled to go through the drive through. Pulled through the drive through and was told to pull up and wait for my order and someone would bring it out once all the cars in the drive through were gone. Nothing states that the dining room is closed on Google Maps or the locations doors. Waited 28 minutes for my order once I arrived to the location. So yea, that's why this is the worst Wendy's ever.
Tim B: Like zero attempts to give decent service. Waited 10 minutes at speaker with two people ahead of me. Not one word when I paid after the lady talked to the car before me for a long time. Half filled fries, flat soda and forgot my sauce. It is not bad enough that they charge more than other Wendy's around, and then you get treated like a subhuman.

Alex Speakman: This used to be my go-to Wendy's. But lately they close at random hours due to short staffing. I've been in line a few times, waiting for around 10 minutes, and when I finally get to the speaker, they say they have just closed and will not take my order. I get it and don't blame the workers. However I wish they would at least put a sign out, or shorten their hours accordingly and update it. Hire more people and pay them fairly so I can have Wendy's past 7pm!!

MissPam93: They had the worst service ever today. I waited with may others in the drive thru for over 20mins. The line was wrapped across the parking lot. All of a sudden they decided to just shut down during this busy time. After the car in front of me got their food despite of some issues with it, I never got mine. I pulled up to the window and waited. No one came to tell me what was going on. As I continued to wait it sounded like there was some arguing or miscommunication going on. It was very unprofessional. If someone would've just came to the window and told me that I wasn't able to get my food because they had to close , I would've been fine. What a total waste of time. I will continue to go earlier in the day when it's not any chaos.

You ask for one thing and they give you something completely different. This is by far the worst Wendy’s. I understand if you’re short staffed, but getting people the food they ask for is something being short staffed should not affect. Chad Light: Double check your receipt folks. Ordered 2 large chilis for what the menu board said was $3.59 each. Got to the window and my total was $8.03. It's my fault for not noticing it but when I got home, the receipt in the bag said they were $3.79 each. Wasn't going back for 40¢. False advertising? Not going back since there are several other Wendy's nearby that are not trying to rip you off. Makes you wonder what else they are overcharging you for.EDIT: the above post was made 3 weeks ago. I thought I'd try again today but there still was a discrepancy between the menu board and what you are being rang up for. Glad to see that the owners and management don't care enough to fix the prices.

Maxx: Avoid this place at all costs. We were stuck in the drive thru for over an hour tonight. This place clearly doesn't hire enough people and I bet the pay is garbage too. The sign stating they were closing early due to being short staffed was posted in a place you wouldn't see until you were already stuck in the inescapable drive thru lane. Absolutely infuriating.

There's one car ahead of me already at the window and the parking lot is empty so why am I told to wait and then have to wait 5 mins or more before they take my order.
