It's a local, ethical, gorgeous shop. Working with Dani for my wedding was genuinely one of my favorite parts of planning my wedding. The details and love that they put into our wedding day was a huge piece in creating the magical day that it was. Would recommend 10/10 for any floral needs of any size.

Nicole Milne: My grandma turned 90 this weekend, and I was not able to attend her party, but the folks at University Flower Shop still helped me share my love for my grandma from afar! The online ordering process was easy, and on the day of delivery, they didn't just take them to her door, they saw the signs for her drive-thru party happening just down the street and delivered them into her arms! Our family who were present with grandma were so delighted by the delivery person and told me over and over how beautiful the bouquet is. I asked for some tulips to be included to honor our Dutch heritage which they did beautifully! We are such happy customers, and my family plan to use this shop again in the future! Thank you!
Vanessa Holmes: Ordered flowers on Monday am. Told they could not deliver until next day. I was ok with that, but they didn’t disclose they were not going to deliver till close to 5pm! This was to a hospital. So when they got there she was discharged. They left me a msg saying call back in the am. Now 3 days out… I call, her home was outside of their service area, and I was told, “This is good your card was not charged yet so we can just keep the flowers”. Leaving me to go thru the process to find another florist 3 days after I ordered from them. Very poor customer service for an issue they caused.

University Business Center: I needed flowers delivered to a memorial service the following day, by 2pm.Unfortunately, I was calling the Friday before Mother's Day, and the first three florists I called were no longer taking any orders for the weekend. Chelsea Flower Shop was able to fit me in, and the lovely flowers were delivered in plenty of time the next day. I'm deeply appreciative.
Margie Peterson: I purchased two $140 arrangements for deliver over the past 2 months to friends. The first was lovely. The second was a thoroughly bizarre composition- they attempted to do a contemporary arrangement and it missed the mark entirely. I never thought a flower arrangement could be ugly, but they managed to do just that. I emailed them to discuss (rather than publicly rating them) - no response. Won’t use them again. Don’t recommend.

Julia Dennis-Norman: I ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day to give to my daughter. I understand strawberries and pineapple aren't exactly in season right now, but if you cant produce an $80 product then don't sell one. The fruit was not fresh at all and honestly didn't taste good. The chocolate was waxy and only covered half of the berries. I would not waste my money here. I sent my husband to pick it up, but if it were me I would have asked for my money back.
Ma Ya: Very poor service today. If you are going to be in the customer service industry then you should treat your customers nicely and at the very least say Happy Birthday if they tell you their birthday is the same day they are talking with you.
Emily: Unhappy w/this location. I picked up my order (curbside) got back to work & it was incorrect. I called, the manager told me I could come back &they'd remake it. I explained that I came on my lunch break & worked until 5pm (time they closed) her only solution was to give me a $10 credit for my next purchase. This isn't something you order regularly, so I really wasn't thrilled with the offer. I called them back to see if I got there right at 5pm, if they would remake it as she said. She said yes, they'd have it ready for me. When I arrived they were closed! 😡 I left work early to pick it up and they didn't wait like they said. I called customer service & the store was supposed to call within 24 hrs. That was over a week ago. They never called me.

I will not ever use this flower place again. When someone pays that type of money for roses, at least deliver them when you are asked to deliver them. I feel like I’ve been ripped off $400. It was the gesture that I paid for, not so much the roses.

CHRISTIE CAPRIOTTI: This is the go to florist in Plymouth . They have insanely talented designers who do breathtaking designs at any price point you ask . I have never been even slightly unimpressed with an arrangement I have received . The flowers bloom rather large and their hydrangeas seem to last much longer for me than other shops i have used in the past .

Riley King: My husband and I worked with Sunburst Blooms for our spring wedding reception, and had an amazing experience start to finish. Sophia was kind, helpful and responsive the entire time. We gave them creative freedom with some inspiration pictures/words and Sophia/the team executed it perfectly!Sophia came day of and set everything up so efficiently. Of many headaches through the day, Sophia and the flowers were not one of them! It was a relief to have such a reliable vendor working day of for set-up and tear down. An added bonus is that they source their flowers locally! I’m so grateful for them and highly recommend them!

Carol Miselem: Good florist — was able to make a fairly last minute delivery for a bouquet of all cat-safe flowers that turned out beautiful.Their store hours and delivery hours are separate, so don’t panic if your delivery is scheduled outside of the business hours listed on google maps.I rated 4 instead of 5 stars because it’s really odd that they don’t have a phone number. The owner answers email super fast though, so it’s not a huge deal.I think if the website was clearer about their hours and the ordering process, there might be less confusion.

I recently attended a wedding for which Sunburst Blooms provided flowers and they were so creative, tasteful, and absolutely stunning - the bride and her mother were thrilled! I love supporting a local, woman owned business, especially one whose owner works hard at offering the highest quality flowers (and houseplants) and provides wonderful customer service.
