A JC: I know a couple people who go here and although it can take hours to be seen and you can't call to make an appointment unless they're open (2 days a week) it's still a great service they're doing for people without insurance! Good job U of M.*Make sure you REMIND them to refill your prescriptions before you leave or you'll end up like my family member who never got a refill and now it's the holidays 😬🤷‍♀️ Luckily, I think he'll be OK without it for a week.

Christopher Demetriou: I can appreciate what you’re trying to do. However, four deliveries from your location on doordash translates to four deliveries I was stuffed on. Not to mention you called for all deliveries to be completed at once meaning there were multiple drivers waiting in line to pick up orders. Doordash base pay is next to nothing. The end result was multiple people in your community just unknowingly drive around the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area for very little pay. If you would like to help the part of the community that is trying to be productive, please understand that getting your orders delivered through doordash doesn’t help.

Elle Porta: It's been 13 years since I was here. By them providing free medical care I was able to see a dr, who got an mri scheduled for me. They kept me and did a spinal fusion which allowed me to be able to walk, stay walking and saved me from a lifetime in a bed or wheelchair. Praise God! Changed my whole life direction and walk with God! For the absolute best. God bless you Hope Clinic! Jesus! Thank You!!! I never even thought of this place until now when I'm seeking more help. Thank God for His mercy!

huey Cassell: Don't go to this clinic. I came to this clinicwhen I was feeling sick on two occasions. I described my symptoms to the health care provider that saw me. I was told to wait a week for lab test. So I spent a week in pain and the provider called me a week later and said nothing was wrong with me. I explained I still had symptoms and was in pain. The lady responded "well I don't know what to tell you." And kept giving me silent treatment. Then I was sent a bill for lab tests. I had to go somewhere else for a proper diagnosis and treatment. I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again. There are better clinics in the area. Hope Clinic should change it's name to Despair Clinic.

Purba: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! 😡😡😡 BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING TO HELLO-MED!! In January, I needed a covid test result for travel that needed to be done within 48 hours. Right before my flight, this test came out INVALID and I had to run around the whole night to get another covid test last minute (I was traveling to get married!!) Then, recently about 10 months after this incident, they kept calling me about my mother’s bill but she lives in New York (never been to Hellomed). They even emailed me to pay them $410 for my mother. Then I kept calling them and they cannot tell me why I have to pay or any information on this. Apparently, they out source their billing department and the “Billing guy” is never in the office (they don’t even know when this billing guy comes in and out). Then, today they emailed me saying that the patient was me instead of my mother and I have to pay them $410 for that invalid covid result. At the end, I found a number that a guy gave me who I luckily found through the emails (he was even confused how i found him 😑) and the guy confirmed that I don’t have to pay for this. I still am not sure what is going on, but the whole situation is a mess (It’s been a whole YEAR!!). I cannot even be relieved thinking I might have to pay for this stupid test. I regret ever going in, this place caused me so much time and anxiety, it’s out of control. They should pay me instead for going in there and taking all these hassles.

Christina Thieu: I had a really great experience being seen by the staff here. It was quick, clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Can’t recommend it enough my best urgent care experience.

Andie Hames-Frazier: On Saturday, the nurse practitioner, while very nice, prescribed an antibiotic for my child’s ear infection that no pharmacist had ever heard of let alone carried. Urgent Med had closed for the day so I ended up calling 8 pharmacies that Saturday afternoon, all of them could not help me. I ended up having to take my child to another urgent care 20 miles away that evening just so we could get her a new prescription! It was an expensive and extremely irritating day.I called Urgent Med later when they opened back up and explained what happened and didn’t get any sort of apology, instead they laughed at me and the struggle we had to go through due to this nurse’s failure in prescribing a normal antibiotic.

Darcy Ward: The NP was committed to doing a great job and saving us as much time and expense as possible. Thorough discharge instructions and explanations. Office was new and nice and front desk staff were easy to work with. We hope not to need urgent care, but if we do this is where we’re going.

Seong Won Choi: Great customer services! Our family visited here for the PCR test. They advised me about my insurance coverage. It was extremely easy and fast service. We needed the result next morning and they promptly helped us to get the result less than 24 hours. Thank you so much!

Haiping Sun: I really appreciate Dr. Lee's great service and responsibility for patient during the pandemic time especially in 2020. It was fast to schedule appointment for the Covid-19 test for my parents who need the result urgently before their international flight. Dr. Lee helped in many different ways and even reply email at night. It seems he was doing everything in the clinic, greeting at the front desk, answer phone call, reply email, do the test, and even the flue shot, all by himself. He is a great doctor and put heart at work and at patients!

Xiting Yang: Great service, great staff and doctors. However the receptionist Brandon, was the rudest and most aggressive people I have ever talked on the phone. The clinic should seriously consider getting rid of someone like that or else the business will suffer from his lack of respect.

Yosuke Kanii: Hands down the best experience with an urgent care facility. Making an appoint was very easy through the online form, and wait time was very short. The staff is polite and helpful. I hope many other urgent care facilities make HELLOMED a model of how an urgent care facility should operate.

BombTheDodongo: Was a bit nervous as it was the first time I actually had a real physical, but the doctor was very calming and honest. She didn't hide away her computer, so I could see everything that was going on and had no problem explaining everything. The website was easy to use and so was setting an appointment.

Cissy Qu: I had to help my mom with refill of her prescription thyroid medication, and needed a quick doctor’s visit. I spotted this HelloMed when I picked up my food from a Chinese restaurant nearby, and this turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The gentleman who took us in was very considerate and kind. Doctor Jin who checked on my mom was very gentle and warm. She gave her a complete physical and some very useful suggestions on her thyroid and weight management. Highly recommend HelloMed!

Angie H.: Although she was not able to help me due to state restrictions, the doctor was very caring. Took the time to share personal experiences with me to help make me feel better. Talked through all the best options to recieve the best care, and offered, rather then pushed, certain medication options. They were able to get me in quickly. I had a one year old and two year old with me and rather then acting annoyed, they were pleasant to the kids and offered a helping hand.

Ruchi Aggarwal: Super quick and easy to get a PCR Covid test here! They took my insurance and I got my results back in 24 hours, via UM Health. The nasal swabs they use are slightly smaller than the County test sites use, so it doesn't hurt!

Sean Sutton: Did not hold to appointment times. Set up flu vaccine appointments for my kids. Arrived and checked in on time. Half an hour after the first appointment time, it still said another 20 minute wait for the first and 30 minutes for the second.

Stephanie Yablonsky: My fiance and I just had what we both described as the best medical visit on record, which is saying a lot since I have an extreme aversion to needles and received four vaccines. Pamela Olmstead was a pleasure to talk to and had a great sense of humor (and saved us money on a redundant consultation). I'd stop short of saying that I'm looking forward to the next travel vaccine in my series.

Bryan Adato: Very smooth experience! I needed X-rays for an injury on a Saturday afternoon, so I checked online and called a few urgent cares. All of them (except Prognify!) were closed, don’t do X-rays, or never picked up the phone. Everyone was friendly and professional there. I didn’t have to wait long wait, and was in and out in and hour or so.

Matthew Lightman: I was seen very quickly and they were able to address my problem. Equipment seems modern and everyone is friendly and helpful.

precious love: My first encounter there was lovely no problems or issues HOWEVER my second encounter with them will have me never coming back I feel discriminated against,embarrassed and annoyed, I came in because my finger is cut open and needs sutures which any urgent Care should be capable of doing if not too deep which it wasn't, after ther ladies behind the counter began to speak under their mask and proceed to laugh and me they came to the counter and said that the physician was sick ALL OF A SUDDEN (their words) and couldn't help me. I then went to Ann arbor urgent care and they helped me with no issues, the way I was treated is more than. Unfair and no patient should be treated that way and I 1000 precent deserve an apology I don't recommend waisting your time here

They need to just turn the lights off and close this location! This isn't the first time I've been turned away while they sit inside and do absolutely nothing! This place is A joke and I'd rather drive to domino farms urgent Care anyway!

Andrea Nagorski: Save yourself hundreds of dollars and don't bother going here. I got a strep throat test and saw an NP for 5 minutes, was billed for $286, only $150 of it covered by insurance. Absolutely insane.

Jenna Lopez: I had made an appointment online that I was actually a little late for, but they were still able to get me in quick, which was very nice! I like that they're open late because usually everything is closed by time I get out of work!! But they were still open, and all of the employees that I came into contact with were very pleasant and made me feel welcomed, and weren't the slightest bit rude or unhappy with my being there so late in the day! The nurse and also the physician that I was seen by were both very helpful and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and like i had come to the right place!! And usually other nurses at different hospitals and doctors offices have trouble drawing my blood, but the nurse here hit it first try and I only needed 1 bandaid-- which rarely happens! usually I have at least 3 pokes of not more when I get my blood drawn!!! But anywho, over all it was a good experience, 5 star rating from me! I would recommend them to anybody needing medical treatment spur of the moment, and I will definitely return if I have an issue arise where i needed to be seen asap..... 👍

Chelsea Shaw: My bf was very sick and said he wanted to go to urgent care. It was 8:36 on a Thursday night when we arrived. The first one we went to closed at 8 so we were happy this was one open until 9. The receptionist greeted us and let us know it might be too late to be seen but she would ask the provider. She came back a moment later and said they told her it was too late…So why are you open until 9 if someone cannot get medical attention at 8:30? She was nice and I know it wasn’t her fault but I was disgusted at the providers disregard for a patient seeking help during business hours.

Otherwise, staff was pleasant, and I'd go here again if needed. This was on a Friday early afternoon.

That is only after calling them multiple times and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes each time and being assured I would get a call back. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE HEALCARE THEY ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT.

Courtney Cade: I went in for a hip injury i only saw the Dr for probably less then a minute he didn't even look at it and just ordered an x Ray, the tech who did the x Ray took horrible pictures and radiology couldn't even diagnose what is wrong with my hip because the pictures were so bad, it also took a week to get the results and I had to walk into the urgent care to get my results 6 days later! No one cared to even call or give Me a call back. Now I have to find another place to go to get a new xray

David Smith: I didn't know I could make an appointment. So people were coming in After I got there. And going before me. It took an hour and a 1/2. For a simple. Drug test for work.

Lighthawk: Easy to make an immediate appointment for Covid testing. Fairly short wait time at clinic. A PA interpreted results. Medicare covered the visit 100%.
