Carson S: As I wanted to support a local business during the pandemic, I chose Three Chairs Co. to place my order for a Herman Miller chair. They gave me an estimate of a month for it to arrive, no worries. A month has passed since and I called to get a status update only to find out the stock order already arrived earlier and nobody reached out to let me know. Now, I'm being told to wait an additional three weeks (on top of the 4 that has already passed) for the next batch to arrive and this is completely unacceptable. Will update review as they figure out how to resolve this issue.Update: Order has been picked up and taken home. Happy with the chair and is exactly what I ordered. They did keep their word and applied the discount but it took 37 days since being ordered to finally bring the chair home. Ellen was very helpful and friendly when assisting with this issue.
