Molly Mckenna: Absolutely horrible business. I had an appointment with them on a Monday and called to cancel the Friday before. They were closed (apparently not open fridays) I left a voicemail telling them to cancel. Called them that Monday morning to make sure they got it. They told me I will still be charged the full amount $350 because I “didn’t cancel within 48 hrs.” I assumed they would be open on a Friday. Told them if they can’t fill the spot that I will still come in because even though I don’t need the appointment I’m certainly not getting scammed out of $350. Made it VERY CLEAR to call me if they don’t fill the spot. They never called and I just received the $350 bill. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I’m extremely sick, can’t work, can’t even afford groceries and now I have a $350 bill for NOTHING.
