I called on a Tuesday and expressed my frustration with our current (online) jeweler, we had been completely let down and were a week and a half away from engagement photos and still hadn't had my ring back. I went in that Thursday and discussed options for getting my ring properly done (correct band and size), Ryan and Victoria went over my options with me - I didn't even have the ring back but they were able to get moving on the process. In less than a week they designed a new (very similar) ring, got me in the correct size, and had it back to me days before my engagement pictures. The staff were so welcoming, gave me several options, and were very transparent with how they priced it (prices were very reasonable). Other jewelers were very sales-y, gave me high prices with no explanation, and were a bit judgy that my ring was moissanite, not diamonds. Abracadabra was also the most responsive in their communications. I just picked up my ring and they did a perfect job, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Jessica Carroll: We had such an amazing experience with Abracadabra and would definitely recommend! We went in back in January, just to check it out. I was thinking I would want a custom made engagement ring, but didn't know at all what I wanted, as I'm not a jewelry person. Vittoria and Courtney were amazing! They spent so many hours with us. The first day we checked out rings, and I was pretty overwhelmed with all the different decisions that would need to be made. They were so good about letting us take a break and come back. When I came back, I told them about an idea I had for an engagement ring. They spent another couple hours talking it out and sketching some quick designs to get an idea. After that, they sent us our sketches, and a couple weeks later we went back in to check out stones. And again, they spent a couple hours with us playing with a bunch of different stones to get the right look. Through the shutdown, they kept in contact with us, and although the mold was done, was happy to let us wait until we could see it in person, at which point their safety protocols were on point! They kept in communication until the ring was done in August. Again, an amazing experience, wonderful staff, and would highly recommend and will go back myself!

Angela Chen: I had been ordering here for years for classes that I teach and Don has helped me so many times. I went today and kevin refused me service after seeing my list. He had said he was going to go into the back to get some of the items I needed, but as soon as I showed my list of things and saw that I was looking at what CR Hill had in stock and price comparisons. He said he didn’t have anything and refused to sell me anything or work with me saying he was out of stock on everything - even though I could see items behind him that were on my list in the quantity I wanted them. As much as I enjoyed shopping here in the past, I don’t think I will be spending my money or my school’s money here in the future because of the hostility of today’s interaction.

Devin Day: Do not service your pieces here unless you want them to come back damaged. I brought two quartz watches in for battery replacements, and the person who serviced them scratched both case backs in multiple places. I brought them back in to address the scratches, and they brushed the machine finish on one to a point that it is now very dull and scratched-looking. Moreover, there are now smaller though more apparent scratches on the sides of the watch case, and my leather band was additionally damaged--no doubt when someone was trying to rub out the original scratches. Very dissatisfied.You're better off sending your watches back to the manufacturers or buying the tools to do them yourself.

Charlie Moon: This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to! I was at Briarwood mall looking for an engagement ring. After going to a couple stores and not having any luck I went into the Diamond Factory. When I walked in I was greeted by Victor. After showing him a few pictures of the style ring I was looking for not only did he have the style ring at the store he also told me that they could modify it any way it needed to be modified. The ring was perfect exactly how it was. I just had one small problem, I knew my future wife's finger was small then a size 7. He put an adjustable clip on the ring so she could wear it until we could come back to have it sized. When we came back to have it sized we were greeted by Victor and his friendly smile. He congratulated us on our engagement and we could both tell he was genuinely happy for us during this exciting time in our life. He told us it would take around a week to get it size, less then three days later he was calling us to let us know it was done. I think what I am most impressed with is that Victor and the rest of the team at the Diamond Factory are not your typical jewelry store that is trying to make a sale. They are trying to help people make a special moment as special as possible. Now that I know of the Diamond Factory I will not even think of going anywhere else.

I love the ring and will not change jewelers,...I just suggest not mentioning "that doesn't happen" or insist it's the same size...when it's OBVIOUSLY not...or the cost I just apparently saved by them covering cost to size. First, I brought in a ring that needed an uncommon fix and was a little tricky. They did it beautifully. The guy that worked on the ring came out and talked to me. He had definitely done his research and made the ring wearable.Today I brought in pieces of a watch band that is special to me which I though I would be able to fix. Jake took the pieces and the time to do a meticulous, exquisite job sizing and fixing the band, which is now, with the watch, looking great on my wrist.While there for repair work, I often hear the other interactions with customers.. They really enjoy their work, and enjoy helping customers get the right thing for them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. They're honest and know what they're talking about.
