Wanted to especially note that very recently, after my father-in-law‘s passing, we were in a rush to get his wedding ring polished and buffed for his burial. Lewis not only took on the job but did it within a day and a half so that we could have it in time. All of the staff are so kind and friendly and helpful. I will always be forever grateful to them for their kindness and speedy service.

Devin Day: Do not service your pieces here unless you want them to come back damaged. I brought two quartz watches in for battery replacements, and the person who serviced them scratched both case backs in multiple places. I brought them back in to address the scratches, and they brushed the machine finish on one to a point that it is now very dull and scratched-looking. Moreover, there are now smaller though more apparent scratches on the sides of the watch case, and my leather band was additionally damaged--no doubt when someone was trying to rub out the original scratches. Very dissatisfied.You're better off sending your watches back to the manufacturers or buying the tools to do them yourself.

Korean Pig: The tall black lady assisted me and she was extremely rude. I was getting some gifts for my friends and she said why would I get rings if I didn’t know the sizes. I specifically told her the estimated sizes and price range I was looking for and she just pulled out a collection of rings and basically dropped it on the glass shelf. She didn’t give me any recommendations or which rings were in the right price range. I asked her if something I saw online was in stock and she didn’t even say a word - she just shook her head and continued to have her arms crossed. Then she went on with the blonde lady next to her saying that she wants to get pretzels so much. I really didn’t have time but I was so upset that I ended up buying 300 dollars worth of rings at a different Pandora location. It may not seem that big, but I really don’t want to get anything from the Briarwood Pandora from now on.

The salesperson Ashley said that I had too many charms on the bracelet and that the one I had could not accommodate all the charms and suggested another one that my boyfriend ended up purchasing along with 2 clamp charms to hold in place. I didn't want to wear the bracelet out so she put it in the bag and I had to remind her to put my broken one in there as well. I got home and realized that half of my bracelet was missing. When they took the charms off the broken one to put on the new one something must of happened and the part where you put the charms on is missing. I called up to the store and called corporate and they said it was nothing that they could do about it. I was so upset because my boyfriend purchased it for my very 1st mothers day and I felt like they didn't do all that they could have done.

I called the store the next morning and they said my order wasn't there. An hour later (the next day) I finally got a "your order is ready" email.I got to the store and they had packed a plain gold chain instead of rose gold. After pointing out the error they searched the store for 20 minutes while I waited (so much for order online and pickup). After 20 minutes they said they couldn't find it in rose gold even though their "system" said there were 4 of them in stock.Customer service was terrible. The store was a mess. At the end they offered a 10% discount on a chain that was 2x more expensive. Really?

However I bought a ring yesterday and changed my mind on the color and came in to exchange it today just like I’ve done with past purchases I’ve changed my mind about. When I went in I asked about it and she grabbed it looked at it for a few seconds and said she can’t take it back because there’s a scratch. I had multiple other people look and there’s no scratch. Also I’ve had rings for a couple months that look brand new. How would I scratch it within a day of having it. I’ve very disappointed with how the lady acted about my ring when any other times I’ve wanted to exchange something I’ve had longer than one day I had no problem.

I called on a Tuesday and expressed my frustration with our current (online) jeweler, we had been completely let down and were a week and a half away from engagement photos and still hadn't had my ring back. I went in that Thursday and discussed options for getting my ring properly done (correct band and size), Ryan and Victoria went over my options with me - I didn't even have the ring back but they were able to get moving on the process. In less than a week they designed a new (very similar) ring, got me in the correct size, and had it back to me days before my engagement pictures. My fiance and I are forever grateful for the empathy, kindness, and reliability Abracadabra has offered us and we will never go to another jeweler again!

I had a collection of heirloom stones and little clue what I wanted (but knew what I didn't want). Amanda Vogelsang: I was looking for a jeweler to set some side stones in my engagement ring and I visited several jewelers for quotes. Abracadabra was far and away the best. The staff were so welcoming, gave me several options, and were very transparent with how they priced it (prices were very reasonable). Other jewelers were very sales-y, gave me high prices with no explanation, and were a bit judgy that my ring was moissanite, not diamonds. Abracadabra was also the most responsive in their communications. I just picked up my ring and they did a perfect job, I wouldn't go anywhere else! And the fact that they support so many amazing causes is a great bonus.Everyone there is so friendly, but special shout-out to Vittoria for all your help and advice!!

Jessica Carroll: We had such an amazing experience with Abracadabra and would definitely recommend! We went in back in January, just to check it out. I was thinking I would want a custom made engagement ring, but didn't know at all what I wanted, as I'm not a jewelry person. Vittoria and Courtney were amazing! They spent so many hours with us. The first day we checked out rings, and I was pretty overwhelmed with all the different decisions that would need to be made. They were so good about letting us take a break and come back. When I came back, I told them about an idea I had for an engagement ring. They spent another couple hours talking it out and sketching some quick designs to get an idea. After that, they sent us our sketches, and a couple weeks later we went back in to check out stones. And again, they spent a couple hours with us playing with a bunch of different stones to get the right look. Through the shutdown, they kept in contact with us, and although the mold was done, was happy to let us wait until we could see it in person, at which point their safety protocols were on point! They kept in communication until the ring was done in August. Again, an amazing experience, wonderful staff, and would highly recommend and will go back myself!

Prices are competitive with jewelry franchises, and the quality is 100x superior to anything a person would settle for at any other place. They will be the only jeweler I will ever go to for jewelry.

K C: My husband and 5 year old hatched a plan to get her ears pierced..I wasn't ready. The staff here was great. They were patient and explained everything to her and to us (it's been many years since I got mine done). She got to hold the Claire bear as a distraction. We got specific care instructions. They had 2 team members do both ears at once so it was easier and less traumatic. I was nervous about a mall store getting her ears pierced but they did a great job.

Amaya Smith: A lot of people hate on Claire’s, and say not to go there. But it has great things for younger children. Nice jewelry, and if you get your ears pierced and they get infected it’s just because you don’t know how to take care of them. I’ve gotten both my piercings from there, and they’re fine. But personally wouldn’t go to get piercing other than lobes and upper lobes, because they use a piercing gun.

Charlie Moon: This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to! I was at Briarwood mall looking for an engagement ring. After going to a couple stores and not having any luck I went into the Diamond Factory. When I walked in I was greeted by Victor. After showing him a few pictures of the style ring I was looking for not only did he have the style ring at the store he also told me that they could modify it any way it needed to be modified. The ring was perfect exactly how it was. I just had one small problem, I knew my future wife's finger was small then a size 7. He put an adjustable clip on the ring so she could wear it until we could come back to have it sized. When we came back to have it sized we were greeted by Victor and his friendly smile. He congratulated us on our engagement and we could both tell he was genuinely happy for us during this exciting time in our life. He told us it would take around a week to get it size, less then three days later he was calling us to let us know it was done. I think what I am most impressed with is that Victor and the rest of the team at the Diamond Factory are not your typical jewelry store that is trying to make a sale. They are trying to help people make a special moment as special as possible. Now that I know of the Diamond Factory I will not even think of going anywhere else.
