Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel: what do users think?
Tim Peck: I needed a decent place to stay overnight while at the children’s hospital. I chose her based on location/cost and desire for breakfast. The room was nice and I didn’t notice anything that appeared dirty. It was as seen in photos. The main reason I will be back is for the breakfast. For a $10 upgrade I had an omelette made for me and a plethora of other options. Added benefit was a noon check out time instead of earlier in the AM. The market place was nice added benefit as well. I also liked the idea that Wendy’s basically shares the same parking lot so it’s definitely in walking distance for most anyone.
Diana Wasaanung'gokwe Seales: Came her for a conference that was in the hotel and stayed over night. Wondeful staff and accomidations! Highly recommend for buainess. Plus they have plenty of EV chargers! Perfeft for my new bolt.Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Katie Elizabeth: Pet friendly hotel that has clean rooms. 2 stars because of my experience in the breakfast area. There is no sign or any person waiting near the breakfast area to inform guests that the buffet is $20. I had a plate of 4 pieces of bacon and I was yelled at across the hotel lobby in front of other guests and staff by the buffet staff member that her buffet was $20. I handed her the plate of bacon and said she could have it back and she aggressively took it from me and threw it in the trash. I told her that there should be a sign that says the buffet costs $20 for hotel guests, and she snapped back at me “yea, I’ve told them that a lot”. Typically a breakfast buffet is free for hotel guests, or there is clear indication that there is a separate breakfast restaurant in a hotel. This interaction with this buffet employee did not make me feel like a valued guest of this hotel and definitely made what would have been a 5 star review this 2 star review. And we discussed how much we were enjoying our experience here and would be repeat customers, but not after this experience.
Christine S: The staff is courteous, rooms are clean and spacious. Accessible rooms with roll-in showers are available but limited, Conveniently located just off I94, Briarwood Mall & plenty of restaurants. Buffalo Wild Wings is within walking distance.Food & drinks: The Sheraton has an on-site bar.
Chris Harper: Nice employees, great propertyRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tre D: Love staying @ Marriot for the style...and this hotel puts the sí in desígn. Loved the look of this hotel lobby.....really sets the bar high for the room. I didnt have time to enjoy the lounge on my brief & busy stay, but it looked very inviting. Gym were also on par with the lobby lots of good working equpment, well lit room, and spare warer/towels avail. Roo. Was spacious and clean. My only issue here is the same issue I have with most hotels...How difficult is it to install self-close/soft_close toilet lids?? Lets make it happen across the board, once & for all.
Bryan Stewart: Awsom hotel In ann arbor Michigan would highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kayla Hurst: Beautiful hotel and REALLY incredible staff!! A little bit older hotel but still super nice - and made better than some of the newer hotels being built. The front desk went above and beyond to be sure our stay was A+. Also in a super great location, no parking charge and plenty of parking and brightly lit. The beds were also super comfy. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again!Rooms: Not super big, but big enough. Our room had an extra chair besides the desk chair that I actually really liked lol and had a huge deskNearby activities: Close enough to Detroit and super close to downtown Ann Arbor. Great little area with lots of restaurants and things nearby.Safety: We felt super safe here and with parking our car here. Plus all the staff was great.
jason jason: Great trip and great serviceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More
Colleen M. McNiff: Excellent hotel. Clean, updated rooms. Friendly restaurant in lobby with excellent food. Great location near University of Michigan. Five stars!
Andrés Escárraga: Everything great with the service and rooms but with this price they should include basic breakfast at least.
Robert Garrett: Brian was an amazing host. I will certainly be back in the future.
Kelly Reynolds: Rooms: Clean, updated, nice furnishings but need a larger or another trashcanHotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Krystal: Karan or Kathy (I'm so sorry I don't remember which) at the bar was amazing. So nice, made great drinks and seemed to really like her job she even remembered usbthe next night. The only downside about the stay, we booked club level, the lounge was closed due to covid. Had I known, I would have saved some money and not booked that level. The walls were. Bit thin or our neighbor was just that loud. The hotel was clean with kind staff always working to keep it so.
dawn tindall: Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and it is updated well. I prefer a well renovated hotel to a new one. The construction makes them much quieter. It is about a 5 minute drive to kerrytown.

Quality Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Hwy 23: what do users think?
Jmayc: The first room they gave us here had rips in the sheets like an animal ripped it up and a bite taken out of the plastic protector on the box spring. The second room we were given wasn’t in great shape either. There’s a mirror missing from the bathroom door with chunks of the mirror’s frame still there, there’s screws on the wall for a missing picture frame, someone stole the landline phone, the curtains are broken, and there’s cracks in the tub. The hall ways smell like someone was smoking cigarets in them. We tried to get a refund to go elsewhere and they don’t offer refunds. I would not recommend going here.Rooms: Like I said in my main review things are broken, missing or stolen, and nothing feels clean.
Desiree Gray: The rooms are decent and fairly clean for the price, but the staff is practically non-existent. When I walked into the lobby, there wasn't an employee standing behind the counter. I had to wait a while before he came from the back room to help me get checked in.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Charles Jones: Hotel was over booked and people who paid for rooms were turned away without refunds. Our room didn't have functioning plumbing and was dirty.Front desh clerk was uncaring and antagonistic toward guests. Stay away until it gets new management.Rooms: Dirty and not maintained
David Paladino: It was alright. Room was clean. Ice machine upstairs didn't work. Soda machine down stairs took my money and my drink got stuck. Vending machine upstairs wouldn't take dollars. Other than that it was a good place to stay since the Marriott was fully booked.Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Jeff Smith: If you care about your privacy and the safety of your belongings, do not go here at all! They will force their way into your rooms before your checkout to steal anything you have of value. Management will play games with you, but at the end of the day switch up and act like they aren't responsible for anything. This place needs new employees that don't extort and steal from guests.Noteworthy details: Also, there is no real customer service to go through for help with any of your concerns. It'll get filed and forgotten, no response whatsoever after a week of constant follow-up....
George Sanders: All of the employees are rude thieves, they will rush you out of your room before the checkout time to take your personal belongings. They will act like they will check for items in their lost and found, but never actually do anything. 0 out of five stars, don't go here unless you want to be treated like trash.Noteworthy details: If you have anything important don't even take it to this place, it will be stolen.
Evan Schut: Locked me out of my room over a $10 pet fee. Go somewhere else unless you hate yourself.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Alex Parent: As with others the staff is rarely at the front desk and nobody is in uniform so good luck finding anyone to help. You can find the maintenance guy but he smells like booze and seems to be responding to few of the many problems clearly present in the rooms. A sheet was on the front desk which shows requests to change rooms. One couple found blood on their sheets. Our room was actually clean, but the rudeness of the staff and the overall threatening atmosphere of a place like this is below the hospitality industry. Below the standards of quality inn and Choice Hotels the group that owns the brand.Eric Temple the General Manager is especially a problem. Besides the words he called my wife, the obvious racism in his bringing up her skin color, he was purely rude and it looks like from the other reviews that he has an "on/off" switch for hospitality. He was purely rude and insulting and refused to help in any way. The only thing he did right was not charge us for the room he refused to give us after we brought some of our complaints to him in hopes of changing rooms and getting a better rate for one more night.I expected them to try and charge it anyway. The place just feels like a trap and a con. Plenty of people had valid reasons for wanting refunds and or a change of room and they would disappear and just brush everything off. It was just a gross run down hotel with nobody in it interested in helping, or doing anything besides shrug you off. The maids were in uniform, but they also peek into rooms through the peephole instead of knocking. If there was a redeemable quality to speak of. There was one person at the front desk the first day who was decent. But that was one fraction of this particular employees day and based on everything else we saw and experienced it's just very unlikely that he was innocent of the same kind of rudeness that seemed to be present in every person who identified themselves as an employee. I wouldn't return here if it was the only warm bed left on the planet. Not after the way the GM spoke to my wife and then the way he spoke to me. If we had gotten one shred of help or understanding maybe I'd feel a little different, but it was pure resistance from the beginning. We should have trusted the reviews and avoided what they all seem to point to is a guaranteed terrible stay at a dreadful hotel.Quality Inn has some work to do as far as oversight and quality control. Shouldn't be hard when it's in the name, but it is clear this sight isn't visited much by any oversight.Noteworthy details: It seems that no matter the complaint or how valid it is that these folks will still try to keep your money and they will be as rude and threatening as they have to be to make you leave.
Robert Lee: The location was the only saving grace. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was in smelled like pot smoke. Yea, it's Michigan, but still. The front desk staff or lack thereof really didn't care about what was going on. When I got to my room, there were no blankets or sheets. I went to the front desk to get sheets, No blankets were available. I went to Meijer to get one. The shower curtain was mounted too high up. Water flooded the bathroom. Somebody could slip, or worse. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. Fortunately, I didn't need light to get sleep. To call this place a roach motel would be an insult to pesticides. Spend an extra ten or twenty bucks and go elsewhere. The only thing that could make this place worse was if they started renting beds by the hour.
Sara Lorenz: If I could give zero stars I would. This facility is not clean, staff is not friendly and they tell you, you can cancel your room but you won’t get your money back…even when it’s an emergency medical situation.Rooms: Not clean.
Gio Thompkins: When we arrived they gave us a room that was still dirty and looked occupied so Our room was charged with no problem, but once in this room the curtains were coming down and the TV did not work so I went to call the front desk and guess what? No phone. Waiting for maintenance. SMHRooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ypsi Guy: This place has gone down hill. I was there and the front desk worker is very rude. My neice was walking the dog and stopped by the room and the front desk worker told her that if the dog steps in the room he was going to charge her room as well for a pet fee. The shower in the room looked like the ceiling was gonna fall through and patches everywhere in the bathroom. I seen a bug on the door that lead to an ajoinong room. I took a pic then image searched it. It was a cockroach or bedbug. I grabbed all our belongings and we checked out of the Hotel.
Heidi Ornalik: From the moment I walked in hotel, dirty, carpet filthy, paint chipping off walls everywhere ceiling leaking in entry way, when I cked out with buckets on floorRooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
monforus: place was dirty.. there was insects and roaches. doors damaged and missing handles everywhere, stains, paint missing, broken tvs. breakfast buffet was not up kept food was old, staff was not there to assist and then rude when we found forks and papertowel refills ourselfs in the cabinet. most rooms smelled of stale cigarettes despite being told it was non smoking.
Tina Taylor: One of the worst hotels so far soooooo dirty everything towels that looked like they have bin sitting by the pool for months dirty bottoms in the hot tub hot tub closed (no wonder) just so bad don't evan waist your money
Cadance House: this place was very misleading. the hot tub was under construction, the online pictures were very misleading
Maddy Dorton: it was very bad , the toilet didn’t work in the first room , then they switched our room, but when we first got here the front desk staff weren’t here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
W Bryan Jackson: Late check in, gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond. Hot water for shower took awhile to get hot but over all, not bad.Rooms: Had a single room with a king bed, very spacious.

Clare Dewhurst: Overall a good experience, however we needed to check out a day early because my son got sick. Nobody was available at the front desk and I waited for 15 minutes for them to return. Finally housekeeping saw me waiting and called for the desk person but they couldn't find him. They called him and he rudely said I'm busy checking rooms and you can tell her she still has to pay for the night because it's after noon. I already knew that I would be expected to pay for the second night I was just giving the courtesy so that they could possibly get the room turned around that day. There was absolutely no need for the rudeness.
Justin Preston: Staff was great! Location is great! Pool was green🤔. Hot tub is no longer there😐. handicapped pool lift did not work... or even have a remote to control it. Carpet was duct taped together at the seams on the 1st and 2nd floor that I saw🙄. It seems like every hotel in the area took out the hot tub to make room for a fitness center. Still trying to find a decent family friendly hotel to stay at near the children's hospital. And also the breakfast served in jail I'm sure is better than the breakfast served here.

Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and well-appointed with everything I could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and each person working the front-desk was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated the late check-out and the fitness center. Sometimes the little things add up to a great stay, and that’s definitely the case here! As a Hilton Diamond member, I was very pleased with my stay. Great work everyone.

Matthew Rian: Had to stay here for family health issues. They gave me a shuttle to and from the U of M university Hospital. Drivers are excellent front desk ladies were great and breakfast woman made sure you started your day off great and housekeeping made sure the room was clean! I will definitely be staying here again if I need to! Thank you again everyone!Food & drinks: Red lobster across the street, Bob Evans next door, palm palace just down the road, other places to eat with Uber!

Rebecca Grody: Amazing staffI accidentally left my bathing suit and had to call and ask the hotel if it was found in my room a d could they please ship it to me. The staff was excellent. They found my suit and had it fed exed the next day. The room itself was very comfortable and inviting. The locations was perfect and the amenities were exceptional.
Alain Chautard: An old-fashioned hotel with board games, foosball table and a pool table. It was very quiet and the staff was super accommodating. The breakfast area is a bit small and its layout makes it difficult ton have more than 3-4 people help themselves at any given time, but it wasn't too busy when I got there.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Erica Reist Bass: We lost power due to the recent power outages in the area and needed a place to stay. They were able to take us day of and make us feel very welcome and at home. KRISTEN L: Stayed one night during mediation visit. The room was clean and looked recently redecorated. The pool and hot tub area looked nice and clean, though we did not use. The work out room had 2 treadmills, a bike and an elliptical: all of which were... useable but entry level/old. The work out room was HOT and small, mentioned the temp to the front desk, so hopefully that will be adjusted. Breakfast was free with a variety of selection. Had to ask for decaf coffee, the attendant was friendly and immediately offered to make some, but she never brought it out. Plenty of parking during our midweek stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Bethany “Bett” Benisch: I would not visit this hotel again. The bed has a divot and the showers had peeling wallpaper. The rooms were clean, however.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
L Beebe: The rooms were not clean and were out of date. Caroline was very rude all around. She had offered my daughter chocolate-covered strawberries stating a guest they were for had canceled then once she had realized she had made a mistake quickly took them back very unhygienic. Our reservations we made earlier in the day and we watched several other guests get the card to their room while we had to wait in the lobby for over an hr and a half. Just based on Caroline alone I would never recommend anyone staying at this location.
Christina Daniels: I stayed here for three days during an ice storm. The hotel was sold out. Every employee was kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank the breakfast attendants. While the space is very small, they worked diligently to keep items stocked and were helpful and polite while doing so.Very impressed.
Stephanie Bundy: Michelle was a life saver when we were looking for a last minute room for our daughters appointment at the U of M Cancer Center when our previous hotel fell threw. The hotel was beautiful, staff incredibly helpful and friendly and the shuttle server is such an added bonus!!! As soon as we find out her surgery date, we will be back!!! Thank you for making taking some of the stress off of a stressful situation.

Royal House Media: This place is nice. It’s in a good location not far from The University of Michigan. Breakfast was on point, gym was good and staff was cool.
Dolly D: Love this Hyatt. The location is central to all major attractions, the staff is very professional, courteous and helpful and the rooms are clean. One of my favorite locations!
Rachel S: Highly disappointed with the way the sales team handled my room block for my wedding. If you are having your wedding in Chelsea & thinking about using this hotel I would steer away. Unresolved issues with both Richard Letko and Erin Hill. Ended up having to get a block at a completely different hotel to accommodate all guests. People in sales very unfriendly and uncaring. I will say the property was very clean and people at front desk were super nice...but that would not be enough to make me come back & stay here.
Yoon Choi: The hotel was fairly new so the rooms were very clean and modern. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool on the first floor that are very spacious, as well as a bar in the lobby.I took out a star off Service because the front desk was less responsive compared to other hotels of the same grade. For example, I was told that they provide housekeeping only upon request. However, a housekeeper barged into my colleague's room when he was in the restroom when he didn't request the service. When I told the front desk about it to make sure they don't do that again, they were quite indifferent. They just said 'Okay. I will take a note.' and that was it.Overall, I recommend the hotel.
Stacy Thunder Camara: One of my favorite hotels in the Ann Arbor area! Love staying there but my next visit I am staying somewhere else due to them raising the rooms from $180 to $604…yes it’s Graduation weekend…Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Hayley Braun: We couldn’t be happier to have chosen Hyatt Place Ann Arbor as our wedding hotel. Nearly all of our wedding guests stayed there as well, and the first-floor breakfast/bar/restaurant/lounge area was the perfect place for us to see everyone and relax and chat. All our guests were really grateful for the free and really delicious breakfast that was included with the room and the rooms themselves were really nice too! We were also so happy that the hotel shuttle was able to transport a lot of our guests to our wedding venue. The staff was also super kind and were nice enough to give my fiancé and I a little wedding gift bag when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here for all our future Ann Arbor visits!
Rebecca Webb: Very nice hotel, the view from our room was nice, the staff were very friendly and we loved that they offered breakfast in the morning. Very good selection of food. We got burgers from the bar in the hotel and they were delicious as well! Also very convenient that it's right across the street from the mall.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Zach Kuhn: Great room, tons of amenities, excellent service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Derek Getman: We enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable rooms with decent accomodations throughout the hotel. Note the pool is pretty cold (but the room it's in is warm).
Vishnu Thankachan: I have stayed at Hyatt place's across the country and this is by far the best Hyatt Place. Brand new infrastructure with great service.Rooms: New rooms.
Kevin Gardner: Very nice location. The road out front is a bit squirrelly to get around but once you figure it out, it's not too bad. The rooms are superb with Chromecast on the TV units so you can stream whatever you want. They actually have good shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Overall super clean. Service could be a little better but the staff are friendly and do a good job overall.

Graduate Ann Arbor: what do users think?
joshua tsai: Great place to stay
Michelle Erikson: DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible/non-existent customer service. Loud rooms. Low quality rooms. This past weekend my husband and I stayed Saturday night. Our room on the third floor seemed fine at first, albeit dark. I soon noticed the floors were dirty and there was hair all over the two small area rugs next to the bed. The bathroom is also oddly designed in such a way that you cannot close the “salon style” doors from the inside of the bathroom (how dumb).I was looking forward to getting a good nights sleep in the comfy bed, however the room has absolutely ZERO sound proofing or insulation and there was a TV on and blasting sound LITERALLY all night long. I never really got to sleep. The TV was still blasting when housekeeping woke us up the next morning to ask when we were checking out (more on that later). We finally called down to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the TV noise and while they said they would contact the room, they never did. We never heard them come to the room nor the phone ring in the adjacent room. And the TV noise never stopped. To make matters worse, the next morning around 9:30am, housekeeping knocks to ask what time we are checking out. I was confused and asked to confirm that checkout was 11am and we were planning to check out by 11am and she confirmed yes, check out was 11 or 12. A 4-star hotel should not bother guests before the checkout time! When checking out I very nicely (when asked how my stay was) shared the part about the bathroom doors and loud tv with the woman and the front desk and she didn’t even apologize.I was looking forward to this iconic Ann Arbor hotel, but I certainly won’t ever be returning and I don’t recommend you stay here either.
Sheila Ritchie: Great people to work with :)
Josh Goodman: A nice hotel styled after the UM Law Library that is a short walk to campus/downtown. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Wifi signal was strong in my room and conference rooms. Parking is limited to valet for $30 a day.Walkability: Very walkable to downtown and campus.
Nutri Steph: Loved the retro vibe and that they are pet friendly wow!! Just a perfect place to enjoy and rest with my little puppy she was so welcome. The view from the bedroom was awesome.I’m very happy to know this place and the friendly service and front desk people.

Eva Hink-Lemke: Such a lovely and cosy hotel. Great beds and fantastic style of the whole interior.Little noise from the street but still could sleep well.Like to come back.
Michelle Silberstein: Noteworthy details: Justin and Kayla were extremely helpful and fast in valet! Bill, Alyssa, Lexi, Jazmine, at the Braxton were awesome at the front desk! Paris in housekeeping was great as well! Thank you all!Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Rebekah Duhaime: Pros: beautiful aesthetics, absolutely wonderful valets, and nice front desk staff.Cons: elevators shake and make loud sounds like they’re about to break, you aren’t made aware at check-in where to park if not using the valet, marks, scuffs, and stains on the walls, cheap looking plastic drop ceiling in the bathroom, dirty windows, no microwave, and scratchy sheets and blankets.
Maura S: I loved the vibe of this hotel when I looked at it online and was not disappointed. visually beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Their restaurant suggestion was fabulous and we had a beautiful night. I had an issue and Lexi the front desk manager took excellent care of us, truly outstanding customer service. Beautiful place, excellent location. The coffee shop was excellent and the bar was just stunning and such a great place to relax. overall a major treat and great location.
Carrie M Gordon: Shyiyn was one of our valets and took excellent care of our luggage and vehicle. The weather was cold and windy. So glad for warm accommodations so close to campusWalkability: Close to campus 😀Food & drinks: Enjoyed a glass of wine in the bar in the evening
jkgmoss: Great lobby for hanging out. — long library table or upholstered seating areas. Small coffee shop right in lobby. Or walking distance to Zingerman’s. Super convenient to campus.Rooms are nicely decorated — sophisticated, slightly kitschy college theme. Love the toiletry products. Comfortable mattress.

Days Inn by Wyndham Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Corey Amison: I love the manger Eric. He’s turn this place around completely. Helping people who truly don’t have . Y’all are a blessing from god things that y’all do for people and I’m honored to call you a friend.
Theresa Heichel: Rooms: Under renovations, However the new rooms are nice, welcoming colorfully chosen decor matches the Day's Inn color scheme 👍Safety: Cameras 📸 everywhereSo safety is NO ISSUEWalkability: Across the street from Bob Evans, KFC Red lobster, White Castle a Mediterranean restaurant right next door.
prathik shirolkar: Had my family stay at Days Inn. The staff spoke rudely with my family. The hotel cleans ur room once in a week. The bed sheets and comforter weren't clean when we moved in.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Joseph Liptak: This place is good for a cheap hotel, nothing fancy. Utilitarian! On the add on the third party website the exterior color was unique, we got there and they had repainted it. Kind of a bummer!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Rex Jiang: The wifi is terrible. It's slow and unstable, and connection gets lost very frequently.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Nicole Parsons: We booked a room with 2 queen beds through priceline. When we got there we were but in a room with 2 twin beds, the lights, fridge and tv were all unplugged. When we got everything plugged in, there was no cable in our room. They put us in another room with 2 twin beds, there was a busted mirror in the room in which we told the front desk it was fine since we had been on the road all day and had another long day ahead of us. Room was clean just didn't get what we booked and it's very uncomfortable for 2 adults to sleep on a twin size bed
John Perdue: I’d have to say this has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to stay at. My wife and I drove almost 9 hours and after having some car problems and getting there late was told they don’t allow for people to check in after 12am.Awful customer service truly appalling.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Anthony: No power to tv, fridge & microwave and how am I supposed to figure that out? Second day juice was not working or turned on. The rooms were decent but hallways smell of BO! I guess this is why it’s the cheapest around!
AstroGummi: Breakfast and service was pretty good, but rooms felt pretty sketchy and had no soaps. location was convenient thoughNearby activities: Convention center 10 minutes away
veronica kashaka: I really don't like leave bad reviews, but this hotel was the worst I ever stayed in,the first room we were given was on the ground floor, the hallway smell like weed, the toilet backed and the water spilled on the floor, the tub did not drain, the fridge need a crowbar to open. No coffee, as most hotels provide, they move us to an upstairs, thing got alittle better, I spend 8 days there, My room was cleaned once, I had to provide my own blankets, the tub again wouldn't drain on my last night , Theres no elevators. My sister and I are seniors, and walking up stairs is very difficult for us. The breakfast the hotel provides, is simply nothing, toast, waffles, bagals and some sort sweet, its was a very nasty experience.I am not sure if they employs a cleaning staff, and I ask front desk repeatedly to have my room clean, it was done on the night last night of my stay. Most of the desk clerk were nice and friendly, in particular a young man named Imani, who was very helpful in getting me some blankets. There were times when the front desk not manned, and guests had wait around. I suggest, anyone wanting to stay there, think twice about it. I hope this helps.
Joseph Walton: WORST HOTEL EVER! I asked for a room with two beds and one of the beds did not have it's blanket and the staff couldn't fix it till our third day of being there we had to buy a blanket from the store. If you run out of toilet paper in your room you will need to go to the store and buy it yourself. I will never come back to this place again.
Calyn Favise: The room was so dirty. Dried blood stains on the carpet and in the bathroom, whole place reeked of cigarettes, dirty bathroom. One roll of toilet paper and two towels, when we asked for more the worker was very rude. Both beds didn’t have blankets, when we asked for more toilet paper, towels and blankets he said “can I do anything more? Do you guys want a cocktail too” very passive aggressive and rude. Don’t stay here y’all.
Coleen Nichols: Rooms: Room was very nice clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hardly any TV channels TV was very fuzzy. No Internet connection.Walkability: Can walk to restaurants very close.Noteworthy details: Not many TV channels No internet connection.
Hugo Cinco: Worst place to stay. First room stank, clearly smoked in. The second room had an open slider door with no Latch or lock. Third room had huge blood stains on the floor between the beds. Fourth room had a wide open slider door as well. I don't feel safe here. We opted just to stay in the first room, but we're not getting any sleep. My 6 year old son with autism was crying for a few hours about having seen all that blood, crying to go home. Looks like they don't even check the rooms between rentals. Stay literally anywhere else.Safety: UNSAFE. doors with no locks and blood stains all over one of the rooms. We are literally unable to sleep in here. We are just sitting here until the morning. My kids can't sleep. Wife can't sleep.

Helena Ruiz: Food & drinks: I recently had the pleasure of visiting with a friend, and I have to say, I have zero complaints. The food was pretty good and the drinks were great! What really stood out to me was the incredible service provided by our bartender, Jamie.First off, let's talk about the food. We ordered a couple dishes to share, and every single one was delicious! The appetizers were crispy and flavorful, and the entrees were cooked perfectly! I especially enjoyed the burger, which was juicy and piled high with toppings. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal. Now, on to the drinks. The bar had a great selection, but what really impressed me were the cocktails made by our bartender, Jamie. She took the time to ask us about our preferences and made some fantastic drinks based on our tastes. I tried a few different cocktails throughout the night, and each one was better than the last. I particularly enjoyed the spicy margarita she made, just the right amount of kick! But what really made our night was Jamie herself. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and she had us laughing and chatting throughout the night. She was attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure that both my friend and I were having a great time. Her good energy was infectious, and I can honestly say that she made our night even more memorable.Overall, I would definitely recommend this little bar to anyone looking for great food, fantastic drinks, and amazing service. And if you're lucky enough to have Jamie as your bartender, you're in for a real treat!
Carrie Hill: Clean rooms; small. Common spaces were nice.Nearby activities: Briarwood mall is adjacent.Food & drinks: Breakfast is very expensive.
