NAPA Auto Parts - Ann Arbor Auto Parts: what do users think?
Kyle Newmeyer: Lots of knowledgeable assistance and quick in and out.
Bruce Popejoy: Stopped in as my mechanic ordered me a part. Friendly staff, answered my questions and a good price.
Roger The Tinker: Had what I was looking for.
Ken Siegner: Mask Nazis. Used aggressive tones immediately when I walked in, they would not accept any explanations of written exceptions, as always I was cordial and used a normal tone of voice. I was rudely pointed towards the door, hand in my face, told to get out, they called the police.
John Tyrrell: Great shop when i need something for my Jeep. Always courteous service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I needed an adapter for my water pump and they gladly pulled one off the shelf for me to verify fitment before purchasing.
K. Rutherford Thomas: Better quality and lower prices??? I am thrilled. NAPA is crushing it! Counter staff actually know about vehicle repair/maintenance! Order via the app, pick up in store. Most of the time, same day.-1 star: limited store hours can be challenging and the app is kludgy.
Kimberly McAughey: Called a store on Carpenter first.Even though they had said they would install my wiper blades if I bought them there, "boss" said NO.Went to Napa. Best idea ever!Took the friendly man exactly 3 minutes to install new blades.Thank you Chuck for the great co worker and the wonderful customer service unlike the "big guys".You'll get all my future business.
AndyZ Shoultz: Helpful and efficient
Sir Frederick Mercado: Friendly, but limited on supplies and parts
Thomas Shinkle: They generally have it or can get it in a few hours
Valerie Shinabarger: Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service! Easy to spot from the road and plenty of parking. I was buying fluids for a new (to me) car and had to know the color of the coolant that I currently had in my vehicle and the staff person generously came out to my car to help me find it quickly. Above and beyond customer service.
Andy Stewart: Friendly and had what I needed that 2 other parts stors did not. I will be coming here first next time.
Lyle Mulholland: Helpful but over priced, stick to the corporate stores much better pricing
Mike Maloney: Nice people.
Trel Nadal: Great guys, helped me get what I needed and got me going quickly.
Bryan Garlington: Best of best in terms of local auto part shops. Buy L. Moly oil here religiously. Appreciate the workers at NAPA AA.
MJ Maloney: Good people...Bes the owner is terrific.
John Brock: Good staff, very fast check-out.
Steven Wilberding: Second time out of stock for basic part
Sensei Sage: I was truly given A1 Service today
ScorponicDragon M.P.T.: My job had parts delivered today and the driver was not only knowledgeable but super polite. Unfortunately i didn't catch her name but she wields the universe on her arm lol. Thanks again for your help.✌

O'Reilly Auto Parts: what do users think?
Cal Munson: needed to recharge my 2008 Accord A/C but had never tried before. One of the employees went to shelf and handed me a can with a gauge for $48. Got home and 3 weeks later watched a youtube video and to my relief saw he'd nailed the correct product R-134a Thanks!!
Shailesh Saigal: The best auto parts store in a2 hands down and upVery helpful and always give great advice
Rich Tanzini: Salted well fir safe entry in a nasty ice storm. Had the part I needed. Good price. Good store
Mark zieg: It's an OK auto store. They were out or didn't stock 3 of the 5 of the tools I came in for. I needed an 8mm brake flare, 6mm brake flare, and something else. Import direct calipers had a really nice box and packaging for the price point.
Victoria Poole: Brad and Parker were a great help!
Roger Tyras: While they do not always have the lowest prices, they certainly have premium service ethics!
Cooperative Investments: Very rude young female manager I believe. Will never be going back to this store.
Wilson Cardona: Buen lugar
horsestew: Always more than helpful
Suzoar: Dan here is the best! Knows what he is doing and makes sure everything works before you leave. O’Reilly should give this guy a bonus for his helpful work! Thank you Dan!
G L: Freon is a crazy ripoff. 12 oz for $30 at Oreillys. Their competition is WAY cheaper! Autozone is 11.99 Walmart 9.83 advance auto 11.50. What a scam!I asked the guy at the counter if they had any that was less expensive and he said no but they had some that was more expensive.
Andy Tanguay: Nice people working here. Not always the case at an auto parts store. Very friendly and try to help. What else can you say…they have parts for your car. If I had one complaint is they should have at least automatic exit doors. You’re often leaving there with your hands full of heavy stuff. Give a brother a break. Both directions would be great when you’re hauling a battery or something. But exit would be best. Could probably get that together with a windshield wiper motor and some handiwork.
Andy B: Good selection. Well staffed
Meg West: Unfortunately this was a very bad experience for me. I was trying to find a specific paint color and called twice to follow up then was told in a specific call that they had in stock. When I came to pick it up, no one in the store could find it and had no record of my order. What a waste of time. I don't want to order everything off Amazon but when service is this bad what am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just order it from Amazon since they made it impossible to get locally.
Michael Bell: O'Reilly had what I wanted at an acceptable price. It was quick & easy.I picked up a container of McGuires Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer for detailing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The associate that helped was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.
Bill Horner: Even though with something very simple with wiper blades being placed on the car ray and the other employee working on Thursday at 11:30 aM did an excellent job. They greeted everyone coming into the store and they were very helpful in getting my blades switched out without any issues or complaints. Nice job guys.
George McAtee: 1st time there. The Manger, a very nice well informed young woman helped me with every thing I needed. One thing especially impressed me, when I asked about a part, she didn't point and say it's in isle #6....she quickly went and got it for me. Good service. The store was well stocked but she made the difference on my experience.
Cleo Major: Love O 'really auto parts
Joy P.: Dan at this location was super helpful and knowledgeable!
Holly Burns: Very kind customer service. Very helpful. Thank you.
Joe Niman: I guess it's hit or miss. Sometimes I call and it's obvious the parts clerk just wants to get off the phone as soon as possible. Other times, they're very helpful. It's the same experience when I go in person. Just like anywhere else, you have good, mediocre and lousy employees. My experience at this store is 50% mediocre 25% lousy 25% excellent.Overall, meh!

Auto Value Auto Parts: what do users think?
Dave Hinkle: I needed a steering knuckle for my Mazda B4000 and Tom went out of his way to find a part no one else could. I can keep a vehicle on the road that I can't afford to replace. Thanks Tom for all your help!!
Christina D: Tom at Auto Value is amazing. I somehow ran over one of the snow stick which got lodged under my car and would not come out. Even though he was busy trying to help clients he took the time to fix my car. .He could have told me to go elsewhere and have it fixed. It’s nice to know there are good, kind people that will help other’s in need.Thank you Tom. You are the best!!!
Garage Moreno: First rate auto parts store, been a happy customer for 20+ years. Helpful knowledgeable staff and quick turn around on parts not stocked in store.
shawn zavicar: Great place for parts!
Dona Rivas-Olsen: Nice employees. They were all wearing masks too!
Emma Smith: Great service! Installed the part for me and were very helpful. Highly recommend.
E dontask: Wow what a hard working group of guys!! I felt really welcome and safe there. They went out of their way to really help me out. I appreciate it!! Very impressed!!
Cori Aina: It's really difficult to support a local business when they blatantly disregard the science regarding the covid-19 pandemic. I was very happy with the help they provided in finding the correct trans fluid for my Mazda's manual transmission, and the ability to have it in by the next morning. But walking into a business where not a single person was wearing a mask makes me feel unsafe, and regrettable about my decision to shop there. I work with dozens of other people, in close proximity, and I don't appreciate myself or, in turn, my colleagues, being subjected to such unnecessary risk by my visiting another establishment. Please wise up people. You're risking not only yourselves, but everyone who walks in your doors.
Joe Sine: Love these guys they know "what's up" when it comes to car parts.YOU GUYS ROCK
Brad STOUFFER: Excellent service and solution collaboration. Full of ideas.
Charlie Magiera: Wasn't really there as a customer. I worked there. The store is out of the way a bit, but has a huge inventory of import parts, and an increasing inventory of domestic parts. This isn't your Big Box auto parts store. If you want actual parts vs. a dashboard hula girl, come here.
Nick Higham: Super friendly staff, good selection and prices, can't ask for much more from a car part store
Cymen Vig: It's a bit hard to find the first time but keep your eyes peeled for the sign as the store is far back from the road. Quick service, looks like good selection, I'll definitely be back.
Brian Ambrose: Very happy wirh there help trying to find hard to get forigen parts and is knowledgeable about parts and I am more than happy to support there shop
Jeff Smith: Good to see SG responding to concerns. I haven't been in lately but used to use you guys all the time 20 years ago when I had VWs exclusively. Currently working on a sand rail, Porsche 914, and a Westfalia. How is your air cooled knowledge these days? Thanks!!
Shabob Youth: An embarrassment to all mechanics
Steve Black: They moved to a new location. They usually are good but last time they wouldn't warranty mounts because they "lost" our account.
Mitchell H: Not sure why these guy's ratings are so low! Only problem I've ever had was first finding the place! No one else in the area provides the services that these guys do, with all the import parts I could need! Heading in soon for a new CV axel!
Hickling Famille: Called looking for parts. Very fast lookup of parts and everything I needed was is stock. Picked up the same day and prices were about the same as Internet retailers. I could tell guys at counter had a lot of experience. Very happy customer!
Frank: Ordered a gasket that I needed ASAP, placed order on Saturday and was told it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Called back Tuesday to see if it came in and was told they couldn't get it at all. Waste of time, I could have ordered the part online and had it here by now.

Town & Country Auto Parts: what do users think?
Trevor Simpson: I came here and got 4 things the first piece we talked about a good price on a cutt piece and they up charged me double and charged me $200 for a used headlight that is $80 off eBay very dissatisfied with the professionalism and gouging they did please double and triple price check before paying their prices and don't forget it's all used parts but over double brand new parts off eBay
Im Not: Like this place I drove over an hour they have the door for my car same color so I don’t have to paint it . Door look good and service was great . Couldn’t be happier with the result . HappyThank you
Dog Akmen: great friendly and fast service! Always been good with pricing as well. Also have pointed me in the right direction the few times they were unable to provide the parts I have needed. Highly recommend checking with these guys if you need something or want to sell your car

Go Go: Great friendly and fast service! Always been good with pricing as well. Also have pointed me in the right direction the few times they were unable to provide the parts I have needed. Highly recommend checking with these guys if you need something or want to sell your car! .
Nikki Bies: I've been a customer for over 10 years. I check here first for what I need before spending too much for a brand new part. I've always received pleasant and quick service. I highly recommend you call here first before going anywhere else. Pro tip: There's a large number of car stereos for sale in the office. I've never paid full price for a system. 😉
King Kc: Hey great guys came to buy a transmission for my Chevy and they threw in a/c compressor that's what I'm talking about that's customer service thank you guys have a great day.!!@ good service
Paul Good: Very happy with the experience I had hereIt’s way easier then other salvage yards were you have to wait for a long time for help it’s was easy in and out .. we appreciate small businesses in town ..like the new look guys
Mo Salahh: I love these guys they are super friendly as soon as they know I was a small dealer they give me great deal .. I’m giving them most of my business for day on . Thankx Dan
Jeff Snorey: Baught a used engine aparently with unknown miles and has head problems and spark plugs have all broke off due to rust. They said they would offer me 50% refund. The warranty says 35% restock fee but sinse they have to “fix it” they can only offer me half return.look at other reviews obviously they don’t hold to their warranty. It’s been 4 days sinse I baught engine.
Chris Anderson: Called in 4 times to check availability of part before a 2 hour drive and arrived and was told part is not available. These people are very untrustworthy and dishonest. Save your time and go elsewhere as these people don't value your time or business...
Ali Saleh: This buisness should be investigated by the state, one of the most untrustworthy and fraudulent junk yards to exist! Buyer Beware!!
Ana Goodness: These people are super friendly sold my car got the money in few hours after my car was In car accident. Major stress relief plus knowing that my car at safe place . Got other quotes put were not As convenient . Local business supporter .Thank you guys
m ph: I purchased an engine and transmission from them. Installed the pair, and the transmission was bad. I had to remove the transmission and get a refund for it. I am out 10 hours of labor, fluid and programming cost. Car it came out of was wrecked in the front hard. They replaced the broken trans pan when they pulled it without notifying me. I know this since the TCM under the pan had a large chip taken out of it and the fasteners were out of place. That was my first and last purchase from this place.Reply from Town and Country Response: What a strange, and totally false response from you. I personally installed this transmission being licensed by the State of Michigan as a mechanic for 20 years with automatic transmission as one of my certs. Trans was installed using Mercon LV fluid, cooler was flushed, transmission adaptive shifts were reset and the solenoid shift strategies were programmed into the PCM utilizing a Cardaq J2534 connected through FJDS to Motorcraft website. It was installed 100% by the book. The transmission was aerating fluid you sold me, I believe its from a broken internal filter or a bad pump. I have attached pictures showing how hard the car was hit Town and Country Pulled it out of. This transmission should have NEVER been sold in my opinion. You can also see the TCM cracked if you zoom in on the left upper part of the trans. You can also see the aerated fluid in that same picture.
Ali Tomeson: I’m very pleased with their service. Called for an engine when I got three hey help me to load it up in my truck .engine runs good great deal .. thank you guys
Mike S: Best place I buy my engine from .mike the best guy out there.
Packard auto repair: good service - friendly staff
mike 1326: I bought my engine from there, excellent parts working really good. however please call ahead so they know who they are expecting cus they are very busy and that's a good sing . thank you
Dareck Radecki: Called about some car parts and the guy, mike who answered the phone told me I was wrong about the year of car and that I didn’t know what I was talking about, will definitely be going elsewhere
Loretta Hohenthaner: This Auto junk yard was helpful when I went to buyA used rim for my daughters car, I paid and my 120 lb daughter pcame later to pick it . She arrived showed them her receipt they saw she was alone carried it out to her set it on the ground and walked away. She is 16 years old she didn’t know she could ask for help, she struggled in the rain to lift this very heavy rim into her trunk, she said mom he watched me struggle. They saw she was young so I assume they did not care, no respect for my little girl with no adult there. I will do all I can to avoid them in the future because of this.

O'Reilly Auto Parts: what do users think?
sherry steffani: Great staff and helpful workers, very knowledgeable
Lauren Corker: Great customer service
Doug Gordon: Very helpful
Joe Wells: Fast and very helpful team. Nadine saved the day. I have tried recently to order parts online at Rock Auto (thinking I'll save money). But Rock Auto the sent the wrong parts. Now I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. The risk and waiting for online options is not worth it. I recommend O'Reilly, and this location has been great. The team knows their stuff, no guessing on the outdated hard-to-use Rock Auto website.
Sean Nemes: Nadine was very helpful in getting me the correct bulbs and installing them for me.
Kim Connors: Nadine was amazing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond.
Shayy Bandsz: Staff is awesome . Nadine has such a positive attitude and was very helpful.
Lori O'Brady: Nadine was so helpful and kind.
santhosh abraham: I visited O'Reilly Auto Parts earlier today for a battery issue and the guy at the store helped me to resolve the issue. It was a great store with a very friendly atmosphere.
Kendra Jef: Very friendly staff. Last month both of my headlights went out a few days apart. Quick & easy purchase. The staff switched out the headlights for me, not to mention it was starting to rain. Thank you for the positive attitude and great customer service!
Nick Stemberger: Bought wipers the other day while running errands as I usually do when I get my oil changed, etc. so I stopped in. Asked the lady working behind the counter what she'd recommend with my make or model, selected the right size and made my purchase. At this point, the store was slow.Fast forward a few hours and my oil change place replaced my oil and actually did my wipers for me as well. They told me they weren't familiar with these wipers and mentioned something about the J hook on my car. Not needing these wipers, I took them back. When I came back in, I went to the same lady and asked to return. You would've thought I insulted her family to her face. She took the wipers out of the boxes, and staring directly at me showed me how to unclip the wipers saying "SEE? THAT EASY." I told her what the oil change team said to me and she fed me a line about how she would've installed them for me.. The store was slow- that service was never mentioned. She then took down my contact information and signed me up for their rewards program 'in case I needed to return anything else in the future'. This is the only O'Reillys purchase I've ever made (and will ever make). All of this conversation was in a condescending tone to me and I did not respond outside of saying 'Thank you and happy holidays'.I would honestly give this location negative stars if google let me. The cleanliness is the only saving grace here. Find any other place to shop.
Mark Blaufuss: I stopped in to grab a quart of oil today and was met by Nadine. I remembered I also needed wiper blades and she helped me find the right ones for my Audi Q7.But she went above and beyond just finding the right blades - she remembered that my vehicle had a unique attachment point on the wiper arms. She helped configure the right attachment on the new blades and even installed them!Amazing customer service is so hard to find these days and I experienced it with Nadine at Oreillys
Jesse King: Great customer service, wonderful attitudes.
Mark French: Auto parts available seven days a week. Knowledgeable staff, too!
Jennifer Havelka-Smith (niffin): They have what you would expect and the employees are relatively knowledgeable and generally friendly.
N M: The employee that checked me out was pleasant . Thanks for the help
Luke Hoyer: Usually find what I need regarding cars, unless it's particular small engine parts. Most employees are knowledgeable and usually all are helpful.
Mike G: Bought some wiper blades and the guys put them on for me great job
Remo DeSantis: This is a good store for the most part. They do have one employee there that is not the friendliest, I'm assuming most of the bad reviews have to do with that specific employee. Otherwise it's a great store.
Ken Horn: They'll check your gas and fill you up with oil. Sorry, old joke. And take your old oil.
Katherine D.: Troy was very knowledgeable. I appreciate how O'Reillys takes care of it's customers.
