Bruce Popejoy: Stopped in as my mechanic ordered me a part. Friendly staff, answered my questions and a good price.

Ken Siegner: Mask Nazis. Used aggressive tones immediately when I walked in, they would not accept any explanations of written exceptions, as always I was cordial and used a normal tone of voice. I was rudely pointed towards the door, hand in my face, told to get out, they called the police.
John Tyrrell: Great shop when i need something for my Jeep. Always courteous service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I needed an adapter for my water pump and they gladly pulled one off the shelf for me to verify fitment before purchasing.
K. Rutherford Thomas: Better quality and lower prices??? I am thrilled. NAPA is crushing it! Counter staff actually know about vehicle repair/maintenance! Order via the app, pick up in store. Most of the time, same day.-1 star: limited store hours can be challenging and the app is kludgy.
Kimberly McAughey: Called a store on Carpenter first.Even though they had said they would install my wiper blades if I bought them there, "boss" said NO.Went to Napa. William Keating: The technician on duty helped me diagnose and fix non functioning running lights on a new trailer caused by a burned out fuse I hadn't located on a 2020 Ford Explorer. Provided same day service and replaced the burned out microfuse at no charge. Unheard of in todays culture.
Robin Demarest: Steve assisted me in pricing on removing the roller on my Curt A16 that I really do not need (installed by RV dealer). Rather than me purchasing the legs from etrailer and asking InstaHitch to install, Steve receives a dealer discount from etrailer and the overall price for parts and install was very agreeable. Ryan was my installer; he took very good care of my truck and has a great sense of humor. I will return to InstaHitch for future upgrades/changes. Thanks guys!

RG: Brought my own hitch (purchased from etrailer.com) to InstaHitch Ann Arbor to be installed. Was ecstatic when they agreed to do the work immediately while I waited. I agreed to a $300 installation charge (!). All appeared to be in order until I inspected the car more carefully upon arriving home. Should have done the inspection on-site. Both rear wheel opening mouldings were improperly installed. Tail lamp trim improperly installed on left side; it actually fell off. Rear fascia improperly installed ... makes contact with liftgate. I corrected all of the above items myself; thankfully, nothing was actually broken, just shoddy work with terrible attention to detail. So much for saving a chunk of my time by taking the car to InstaHitch Ann Arbor. Should have just taken it to the dealer's body shop and left it for the hitch to be installed.
Jasper Z: Fantastic service and fast! The only thing is no one wore masks there (this is a pandemic review)... which honestly, with mechanics probably doesn't make a difference... but it is unsettling when it is the mandate indoors. I was able to socially distance and I really don't think it made much of a difference with the interior of the car as the mechanics will have to touch it with either bare hands or gloves. Both options will leave the car the same amount of germs (touching other surfaces with a clean glove) and it's unreasonable to ask them to wash their hands in a way to really keep it safe... so yes, I took away 1 star for not even trying to look like they're complying... but in reality I don't think it really mattered for mine or anyone else's safety. Just wash your hands when you get home and wipe down your car after seeing ANY auto service, not just these guys.
Lori Roome: They do great work here, are fast and efficient, and are honest enough to not gi e you a line of BS if they don't have what you need. They'll get it for you but not string you along with talk or try to sell you something that's not right.
Jason Smith: Tried uhaul first and after two weeks and two canceled appointments due to the hitch not being there, one of which where I dropped my vehicle off and they called to tell me to come back and pick up my car. I then called Insta hitch and they had my hitch in stock and set up an appointment two days later and it was installed. Next time I’m just going to call Insta hitch first since they get results.
Anna Caflisch: Wonderful experience working with this company. We needed a hitch installed on our new car and were quoted an outrageous amount by the dealership. We decided to look around and found these guys. I can't say enough good things! Incredibly reasonable pricing and were able to get us in quickly. I will absolutely be coming back for all of our hitch/towing needs in the future!

Friendly and helpful the whole time, they fixed the difficult issue with my trailer hitch wiring and they did a very professional quality job. The issue was stopping me from using my boat! Cal Munson: needed to recharge my 2008 Accord A/C but had never tried before. One of the employees went to shelf and handed me a can with a gauge for $48. Got home and 3 weeks later watched a youtube video and to my relief saw he'd nailed the correct product R-134a Thanks!!

G L: Freon is a crazy ripoff. 12 oz for $30 at Oreillys. Their competition is WAY cheaper! Autozone is 11.99 Walmart 9.83 advance auto 11.50. What a scam!I asked the guy at the counter if they had any that was less expensive and he said no but they had some that was more expensive.
Andy Tanguay: Nice people working here. Not always the case at an auto parts store. Very friendly and try to help. What else can you say…they have parts for your car. If I had one complaint is they should have at least automatic exit doors. You’re often leaving there with your hands full of heavy stuff. Give a brother a break. Both directions would be great when you’re hauling a battery or something. But exit would be best. Could probably get that together with a windshield wiper motor and some handiwork.

When I came to pick it up, no one in the store could find it and had no record of my order. What a waste of time. I don't want to order everything off Amazon but when service is this bad what am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just order it from Amazon since they made it impossible to get locally.
Michael Bell: O'Reilly had what I wanted at an acceptable price. It was quick & easy.I picked up a container of McGuires Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer for detailing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The associate that helped was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.
Bill Horner: Even though with something very simple with wiper blades being placed on the car ray and the other employee working on Thursday at 11:30 aM did an excellent job. They greeted everyone coming into the store and they were very helpful in getting my blades switched out without any issues or complaints. Nice job guys.
