Azadeh Alimoghaddam: Hello,I got a flat tire on the road. I was close to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor (about 10 miles away) so I gave them a call. The lady in services who picked up the phone was NOT helpful at all. She said they don’t have my tire and they can have it tomorrow but they don’t have time to fix it for the next 5 days!!!! Ridiculous!!!! She even didn’t tell me about roadside services and free towing to the dealership and the Uber voucher that they give. I also asked about the recall on my car and she said I the recall was already closed which was not a true statement.She made me feel bad. Not helpful whatsoever.I contacted Mercedes Benz of Novi which was about 40 miles away and received a five star service from them! Never going back to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor.

He was incredible to work with, helping me understand the order process, keeping me updated through the entire process and when to plan for delivery. Liam was the complete opposite of what I thought a car purchase experience was going to be. He listened, didn’t assume, and no pushy sales person style. I will definitely be buying future cars from Liam, as he made the entire experience a memorable one for me. Thank you for such a great experience Liam. Kathy M: I cannot believe how frustrated I am with this dealership. I purchased a brand new 2023 GLC last week from the dealership. I picked up my new car and after 10 miles of driving, the tire pressure warning was on. The next day, there was another warning saying "Cooling system malfunction. Service requested". I was able to smell something was wrong. I had to send my car new car back on day 2. I cannot believe this is a new car with full inspection. I called the dealership and expressed my concern about this new car. The dealership cares nothing about their customers. They were trying to downplay everything. They said that it is so normal for new models to have malfunctions. Excuse me? Are you trying to talk people out of purchasing new models? Then why did not you say that when you tried to sale the new model to me? They are so nice to you to ask for more money. But once the contract is signed, no one cares about the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor to anyone.

I can't say enough about the integrity of the organization - there was an issue with the my initial purchase and they truly worked with me to get things back on track. From General Manager Dan Wilson to the AMAZING sales professional Susie Arrow, this dealership is unparalleled in the industry. The just focused on making things right, I can definitely say they did that and more. I am a customer for life (driving past 4 other dealerships to get to MB Ann Arbor)!! Can't say enough about them - truly first class!!!

I didn`t buy a new Mercedes, nor an expensive used one, I might say was one of the cheapest we would find in their store. Even with that, they provided the best service! I went there with a pre-approval loan from a specific bank, and they were the ONLY dealer in town that tried to find a better deal for me in other institutions. I need to mention specifically Kevni for his patience and attention to detail with us. Our timeline to get a car was really tight + some other issues. He didn`t try to convert us to a brand new car or lease as others did with us. He just listened and helped. I hope this car last forever with us to make this review even better.

Limei Wang: I bought a brand new BMW 750Li ,2006 from BMW dealer of Ann Arbor . Several weeks ago, l noticed that there were a little bit Leaks of engine oil underneath the car. So I made an appointment to have the car checked and to have the engine oil changed also. On April 28, I sent the car to the BMW Dealer of Ann Arbor . They changed the engine oil and told me that the engine needs work on. The costs would be $15,000.After 20 minutes driving home , I noticed that the warning of the engine oil level was bellow minimum. I added more than 4 quarts of oil to make the oil level right.Since then, the oil leaks were getting worse. I wrote a review to complain. On May 1, l got a message from the director of the dealer. He doubted what’s happened and asked me to bring the car back to check. I am not a technician and I don’t know what could happen to drive a car without engine oil. Worrying about the Explosion or fire,I carried a bottle of 5 quarts engine oil with me. For 13 miles, l had to stop three times to add oil because the warning sign were up again and again. It was driving me crazy and my blood pressure went high. Thanks God , l don’t live too far from the dealer. Otherwise this could kill me. I decided to give up the car. I went directly to the sell’s department and sold the car for $3000.Then l went to the service department and tried to tell the director that the car was here. One receptionist told me the director was out. I told him that the director asked me to come. He called the director and told him that I sold the car to them and the car was in their parking lot. I didn’t even got a chance to speak to the director. I asked the receptionist that are they going to investigate and give me a call? The answer was NO.The BMW dealer of Ann Arbor charges the high service fee but the bad service. Since l bought the car , even under the warranty, I had the trouble to close the some door , sometime, especially during the winter. I sent the car to dealer many times and the problem never been fixed. Before if they needed to keep the car for a while, they had shuttle service or provided a car for you to drive temporarily. After service, they wash the car for you. Now all those services are gone.For the engine oil change and the check up, Lexus charges $97 including free car wash . The BMW CHARGES $125 with more troubles. The sells person are nice but the most service guys who l had met were cold and unfriendly. I will not buy BMW again because of the bad service.

Nicholas Hulm: Go to another BMW - no one here cares or takes any action in a reasonable time. After scheduling my service a week in advance, no one in the service department knew I was coming and after waiting two hours and attempting to contact the sales manager my car hadn't even been worked on. There is no point to scheduling anything here - your car will sit in line with no work being done. You can't get through when you call - it's terrible customer service. WAY below the level of other BMW dealerships I have used.
Lorna Davalos: I have never had better customer service! Dusty Harrison, in particular, is very attentive and helpful. He is instrumental in building brand loyalty. I love the addition of the video walk around they provide to explain issues with your car. Because of this service department, I am very inclined to purchase a new BMW when it is time.
