Nanette Nette: First gas station I pulled into from the freeway. I had to pee so bad. Attendant said no, i could not use the bathroom. I didn't care if the bathroom was gross; my eyeballs were floating from holding it so long from driving and after putting in a full tank of gas in the car. I just wished the attendant was nice about saying no especially after I spent some money. I understand not wanting to share your bathroom with strangers.Just, please, be kind. Ah, well.

Alyssa Chappell: The gentleman who was working in this store was rude as hell! The store was completely empty and my family and I were standing there waiting in a line for the restroom. We were not being loud, rude or obnoxious . The clerk comes and tells us we need to wait outside to use the rest room so the other customers can get through. Mind you there was literally no one else in the store but us. I am 100% confident as to why he asked us to do that. I’m not one to throw the race card but it was obvious for me in this case. My family purchase gas and we intended to get snacks and head back on the road. After that experience I will make sure to never stop in there again!

Ryan Bondy: Been coming to this store for about 7 years. Worked with many different staff who always know their stuff compared to other places I’ve been and help me with my complicated account. Zach A helped me through a very weird account situation today and made sure multiple issues were taken care of. With all carriers issues come up, it matters that people can understand your situation and actually help you when needed. And this store has always been able to do that! Love walking in here to ask my questions instead of calling the national customer service as well.

Guy Murphy: Dan & Zack are truly professionals at their jobs. Personable to a fault and humorous. We are a retired couple bringing in iPhone Model 6's. Got a good laugh. They treated us with respect and the upgrade, a twofer, was perfect for our budget. They had us up and running in about an hour. Paperwork, humbug. Even synced my iWatch to a separate SIM so easily. This is one excellent T-Mobile store. Hope they're around for the next upgrade.

Jeffrey Duart-Digon: I came in to this location to resolve a billing issue the staff damaged my brand new iphone and messed with my SIM card putting it into her personal phone giving them access to my text messages and information which is a total breach of privacy. Also the sim was reinserted into my phone incorrectly now my phone will not even work. I will be calling to talk to the owner tomorrow
Praneet N.C.: Had a pathetic experience over the phone. Called the store to enquire about getting a new device and line. The lady on the call put me on hold for over 20 minutes without sharing any further information.
Petr Kovarik: Stephen is great! Professional, yet enthusiastic, knowledgeable, yet not overwhelming with too much info, anticipating, yet not pushy. He helped set up my OnePlus 8T phone and it helped that he actually had one himself. He can set you up and train in no time!

I wanted an newer upgrade. Staff Gregg suggested ONE+ 7 PRO. I went with that model.I couldnt be more happier with this staff suggestion. I am HIGHLY pleased with the professional attitudes ans attention to the customers needs. I was on top of the detail in-case questions were asked. I would term this store a 10 based on my outstanding communication/understanding with any of the staff...readily eager to make problems right and my questions answered.

Alyssa Sopanarat: Did not have a positive experience when trying to switch to my family's existing T-Mobile plan. They constantly asked for the same information I did not have when I was clearly confused and didn't have this info on hand. The two people helping me did not seem like they wanted to genuinely help me or help me understand the process. I will be switching at a different T-Mobile store to avoid them. I feel bad since the owner seems to be a really nice dude from other reviews.
