Sky Twichell: I love the warmth. I've found many churches to be very "clique-ey" but this one everyone literally greets you with warm open arms. They are very accepting, fun, welcoming, charming, friendly, (not just the fake welcomes but they invite you and continue to check in with you as real friends, real people who are full of love even when it's obvious you have little to offer-they expect nothing in return, they're just beautiful people), and educated. I LOVE that they go by direct translations in the Bible and make the stories clear and easy to understand. A lot of times I read the Bible and wonder ok but why did God make it a point to have this happen? Why was that such an incredible moment that God needed it in the Bible?? The pastors ALWAYS explain it thoroughly. I'm not left with too many questions by the end of service. They go by the Bible and are very open. Ive only been going here and there over the passed few months but I highly recommend this church.

JB: I was driving to the store because my son was asleep and ill and needed medicine on Sunday and so I had skipped my own church that day. I passed this church on the way noticing folks going in to worship. I continued on down the road and pulled into the store parking lot. It was then the Lord told me to turn around and attend their Sunday Service with His emphasis on my leaving a love offering. I am an unusual fundamental Baptist who loves to amen, praise God, and lift hands when touched by God's Spirit and so I felt very comfortable in this church that was not Baptist. I liked that they read from the KJV, though I noticed a flyer had NIV, which I tossed when I got home. The praise music was livelier than this Baptist is used to, but the spiritual quality of it was very enjoyable. I am not sure their doctrine or mission statement or their specific denomination, but when I entered this church with a beaten, worn, and defeated spirit, I left feeling pleased I was not only obedient to the Lord but also uplifted by the warmth of the friendly folks there and the encouragement from God Almighty to keep pushing on. It just felt very real. Aside from the influence of my own schisms, I have to say it is definitely a local assembly of believers.
