Reginald Smith: I rented a 30’ RV and customer service was great over the phone. The actual rental center was too busy to answer the phone most days when I tried to call and schedule my appointment time. They delivered RV between the 1pm - 4pm hour so that was great even though I tried to leave earlier. The RV itself had a odor of a dog and the shower door was not on track and needed fixing those are the only two things I wish had been taken care prior to my departure. The RV serviced its purpose and I had no problem for a trip that was over 1600 miles. One recommendation is that they find a way to build in more phone charger ports that can run without running the generator.

Zack: If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and the RV I rented was beyond NASTY!! Do not rent from them. You can buy a RV from camping world world for less then you can rent one from here.

Lisa Marie Chambers: DO NOT USE America Car Rental! Reserved a Jeep Wrangler for pick-up at the Cancun location, it was not available upon on our arrival so they gave us a different SUV with License Plates/Tags set to expire in 3 days! We were to drive the SUV back to the rental location to exchange it for the Jeep IF it came in. Told us to call the day before so we stopped at the Tulum location 2 days before and they said they would get the Jeep and call us when it came in. Never got a call and phone calls to the Tulum office were never answered. By this time the tags had expired and we would be driving around on an unlicensed rental car so it sat for our entire vacation. We Whatsapp'ed customer service to no avail and upon returning the car to Cancun, they said they could not do anything there, we needed to contact customer service. We've attempted several times with no response from Customer Service. We were charged for a vehicle we never received, forced to drive an illegal vehicle and have not heard a single response from Customer Service.

The staff at the Westland, Michigan Cruise America were incredibly helpful in getting it replaced. They took the extra steps to call Traveler's Assistance to get confirmation on replacing the mirror, welcomed us to their location at a mutually convenient time, and were timely and thorough in fixing our issue. They provided great service and even offered us bottled water while we waited. I highly recommend this Cruise America location - they were friendly, thorough and timely in their assistance solving our issue. We were back on the road in no time! This business is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Price seemed fare...I didn't feel nickle and dimed. RV was clean and well kept, although alignment was off. Overall, we would be happy to rent again.

This Jayco was perfect, everything was in flawless condition and looked and worked like brand NEW! Ryan has definitely maintained this RV in the best possible condition. Something that was questionable to us before we rented the RV was if we were able to drive the RV. With all the cameras equipped to help ease the drive on this RV it almost makes it easier to drive than my regular sedan! If you're wondering, this RV is super easy to handle!Ryan was great help throughout the entire booking process. Upon arrival to pick up the RV he was ready to get us on our way as quickly as possible while being extremely detail-oriented. He was prepared with a complete guide to operate the entire RV and ALL the features it offers. Ryan even took the time to show us everything the RV and how to operate the RV and answered any questions we had. Tremendous!When returning the RV it was quick and easy, drop the RV off and head on our way! While using the RV we caused some issues caused by people in my party which were handled with the most professional attitude by Ryan. Ryan works with his customers and is extremely fair if something did not go as planned! Thank you.I highly recommend this RV to anyone in search of one, it is perfect for all ages and many different excursions or events! We planned a road trip with the RV and ended up at Electric Forest and it was the perfect fit for us! We will definitely be back Ryan and Family, thank you so much!

Roger Davis: I came just to see the selection of RVs. I got a great education and determined that they really didn't have anything that I wanted. If you go real high-end you're pretty much have to order them from the factory. I believe they were well-stocked 4 items under $200,000. The salesman was very polite and accommodating. I like the fact that he answered my questions intelligently get to the point. I would definitely give them a try if you live in the Detroit area and are looking for more of a trailer that a large RV.

daniel kidd: Our family of four rented a 19' Sportsman camper for a week from them. It was last minute and they were the only game in town. We saved 30% from what other big internet business places charge. Instructions were clear, and came in handy at times (take notes if necessary). Very happy with the way we were treated and counciled.We drug it around way up north for a thousand miles with a 2020 Yukon. It pulled OK, but would do way better with a weight transfer and sway bar system incorporated from what I've been advised.1st time camper advice that I'd give would be to arrange the camper and camp ground well in advance. Site set up takes time and patience, so hang for a few days in any spot to make it worthwhile, don't jump around like we did. Also, look at online site maps and pictures when searching for an ideal spot within the campground, near a lake, river or woods if possible.We will rent from Shelly again, THANK YOU!

Kip Bennett: I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible in every way and I didn't even get to rent one of their vehicles. I called and asked about availability and price. The lady answered my questions. I called back to reserve and she said she would call me back to complete. 4 hours went by and I called back. She said she was waiting for the owner to approve my rental and she would call me back when he did. They closed at 6 so I asked and she said I would hear back before then. First, why do I need an approval to rent something you told me was available? I didn't do an application or anything that required approval at that point. I only wanted to pay so I could finishing planning my trip. Anyway, I didn't hear back that day. I called one more time just before they closed and got voicemail. I left a message asking to be called back. I never received a call. I called again the next day and got the voicemail again. I had waited until lunch to call to give them time to respond to my last message. Well I never received a call back either time. From that point on every time I called nobody answered. The voicemail was now full too so I couldn't leave any more messages. Well it's been 3 days now. Not at any point was I rude or short in any way. I was excited to book. We I took my business elsewhere. I will NEVER go there for anything and will NEVER recommend them to anyone in the future. I'm in sales and this was about as bad of an experience as you can get. I can only imagine what would have come up if I had actually paid them. I would recommend they get a better person answering the phones, maybe someone that is organized enough to call someone back if there is a problem. Anything would be better than throwing away money like she just did.
