David Renner: It's sad that simple transactions cannot be made when their computer system is not functioning. When you drive from the other side of the county only to find out that you can't make a $5 purchase, it would seem that my information could be hand written and entered at a later time? And people wonder why programs aren't being utilized. We think that technology is better but quite often it is unnecessarily the demise of a good idea.

Steve L: I’ve had to come here two times to ask about food licensing. Both times have been negative experiences. The receptionists did not supply answers but instead just repeated to look on the website. They were annoyed with me asking any questions and were more worried about me ringing the bell than answering any of my questions. Very unprofessional and rude.

Ken Rosengren: Had two home inspections by Mike and I continue to be very impressed by his work. No detail escapes his eye, this is definitely the guy you want to hire when buying a home. Our realtor complained that he took too long and was too thorough; if that's not a positive endorsement for Mike I don't know what is. We had both inspection reports the next day and the reports are very detailed. Great communication and he showed up early to both inspections.

Jason Jones: We had an inspection done on a house we were going to purchase. From everything we had looked at the house seemed a go, and a good fit. Thankfully for us Patrick at IIG did our inspection and helped reveal issues with the roof, foundation, water damage, etc that would have cost us more money than I'd like to think about. Patrick was very thorough and also very patient and informative as he would show and explain each thing he had found. I would recommend IIG (especially Patrick) to anyone buying a house in the area, and make sure to be there for the inspection, you'll learn a ton! We did not end up purchasing, yet the cost of the inspection was the best money we've spent, as it saved us many thousands in the long run!

Kathleen Marinan: As a first-time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect from an inspection, but after our experience with Pat from IIG left me very impressed. He provided a thorough review of every aspect of the house. They were able to come out on fairly short notice to fit our schedule, took pictures of any and all potential issues, explained what he found both in-person and in a very detailed report shared afterwards. He spoke to what he knew (which was substantial) and recommended clear follow-up steps for more specialized knowledge where he thought it would be helpful.
