Autumn Van: This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at Body Arts & come knowing the exact size of gauges and lengths that I need. After the second time of getting the incorrect length, I call to see what they can do and the owner blamed me and constantly said he doesn’t know what length I needed if he doesn’t see the piercing. I told him multiple times I told them exactly what size I needed and still I’m at fault for getting the wrong length. Worst service, will never recommend. (will do the opposite)

leon burgman: I visited this location yesterday with my fiancée looking to purchase a new set of plugs for her as a gift. I dealt directly with the owner and he was able to determine the exact size she needed without even asking. He had over 200 different selections in just her size alone! We’ve visited many different body jewelry shops and have never seen one that had such a large selection on site without having to order online.It was very clear that the owner was experienced as he was able to recommend the right material for her skin. We were so satisfied that we purchased an additional three sets!Thank you Body Arts for an awesome experience and we will surely come back soon!

I decided to try this store since it looked like they had everything, and well they did. Not only did I get professional and courteous service I also learned a few things about my piercings. I was quite amazed that you could actually get personal service from an owner and not the typical spiel. He was very good about how long and indecisive I was an even suggested a few different things. I will definitely be returning considering the amazing deal I got and now that I know what I’m actually looking for because of the owners time and knowledge that he shared with me. Definitely a very happy customer and will be returning soon!

Chloe Toth: They shouldnt even get one star. The employ who was probably in his 50s was very rude. I told him exactly what gauge I needed for my nose and he kept yelling at me and being very rude and was telling me I was wrong. It got to the point where he asked me to come over to his drawers so he could show me the gauge sizes which I already knew and he threw them at me. Keep in mind they are metal. Soon after that he asked me to pull my nose bone out ao he could see the gauge for himself. When he saw it was indeed the gauge I had told him in the first place the man grew very angry with me telling me it shouldnt be that guage. (It was streatched a size up so I could have real gold) He continued to yell at me. Once I discovered they didnt even have the diameter I needed for my nose so the hoop wouldnt be too large he claimed that it doesn't exist when it does I've gotten that size hoop before. I walked away because he didnt have what I needed. Later I decided I should get his business name because he was very rude yelled at me, didnt apologize when he discovered he was wrong, and literally threw metal at me. I asked for his business card he said one second then later lied and said they dont have any. Then he began to try and offer me something for free instead of again what he should have done just apologize for being very rude . He claimed his name was Tony but that probably was a lie too. No 40+ grown man should be yelling in a 17 year olds face and acting like he doesn't know how to behave when he is wrong. I would tell anyone considering going there to avoid business. He dismisses anything that you say to him and acts very cocky as if he is always right and when he is wrong he doesn't apologize or even acknowledge it. All of his stuff is just surgical steel which shouldnt stay in your body indefinitely. I will be trying to contact the people he rents his middle counter thing from because he should not be working there if he cant even conduct himself in a professional manner.

My fiancé went up to the register and talked to the guy there and was told nope we can’t clean your pieces and we can’t resize the watch. But you can take some soap and water to your pieces at home. Didn’t offer to inspect the diamonds in any of our pieces. Meanwhile I’m browsing around looking at stuff and no a single sales person came up to me. They were all huddled together on the tablets. Overall very disappointed.

I called on a Tuesday and expressed my frustration with our current (online) jeweler, we had been completely let down and were a week and a half away from engagement photos and still hadn't had my ring back. I went in that Thursday and discussed options for getting my ring properly done (correct band and size), Ryan and Victoria went over my options with me - I didn't even have the ring back but they were able to get moving on the process. In less than a week they designed a new (very similar) ring, got me in the correct size, and had it back to me days before my engagement pictures. My fiance and I are forever grateful for the empathy, kindness, and reliability Abracadabra has offered us and we will never go to another jeweler again!

Amanda Vogelsang: I was looking for a jeweler to set some side stones in my engagement ring and I visited several jewelers for quotes. Abracadabra was far and away the best. The staff were so welcoming, gave me several options, and were very transparent with how they priced it (prices were very reasonable). Other jewelers were very sales-y, gave me high prices with no explanation, and were a bit judgy that my ring was moissanite, not diamonds. Abracadabra was also the most responsive in their communications. I just picked up my ring and they did a perfect job, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Jessica Carroll: We had such an amazing experience with Abracadabra and would definitely recommend! We went in back in January, just to check it out. I was thinking I would want a custom made engagement ring, but didn't know at all what I wanted, as I'm not a jewelry person. Vittoria and Courtney were amazing! They spent so many hours with us. The first day we checked out rings, and I was pretty overwhelmed with all the different decisions that would need to be made. They were so good about letting us take a break and come back. When I came back, I told them about an idea I had for an engagement ring. They spent another couple hours talking it out and sketching some quick designs to get an idea. After that, they sent us our sketches, and a couple weeks later we went back in to check out stones. And again, they spent a couple hours with us playing with a bunch of different stones to get the right look. Through the shutdown, they kept in contact with us, and although the mold was done, was happy to let us wait until we could see it in person, at which point their safety protocols were on point! They kept in communication until the ring was done in August. Again, an amazing experience, wonderful staff, and would highly recommend and will go back myself!

Devin Day: Do not service your pieces here unless you want them to come back damaged. I brought two quartz watches in for battery replacements, and the person who serviced them scratched both case backs in multiple places. I brought them back in to address the scratches, and they brushed the machine finish on one to a point that it is now very dull and scratched-looking. Moreover, there are now smaller though more apparent scratches on the sides of the watch case, and my leather band was additionally damaged--no doubt when someone was trying to rub out the original scratches. Very dissatisfied.You're better off sending your watches back to the manufacturers or buying the tools to do them yourself.

Charlie Moon: This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to! I was at Briarwood mall looking for an engagement ring. After going to a couple stores and not having any luck I went into the Diamond Factory. When I walked in I was greeted by Victor. After showing him a few pictures of the style ring I was looking for not only did he have the style ring at the store he also told me that they could modify it any way it needed to be modified. The ring was perfect exactly how it was. I just had one small problem, I knew my future wife's finger was small then a size 7. He put an adjustable clip on the ring so she could wear it until we could come back to have it sized. When we came back to have it sized we were greeted by Victor and his friendly smile. He congratulated us on our engagement and we could both tell he was genuinely happy for us during this exciting time in our life. He told us it would take around a week to get it size, less then three days later he was calling us to let us know it was done. I think what I am most impressed with is that Victor and the rest of the team at the Diamond Factory are not your typical jewelry store that is trying to make a sale. They are trying to help people make a special moment as special as possible. Now that I know of the Diamond Factory I will not even think of going anywhere else.

Victor patiently spent time with me on numerous occasions talking through all of my options, working with my budget, and helping understand my vision. He showed great care in ensuring that I was truly happy with the finished ring, & it turned out perfectly. I so appreciate the attention to detail, time spent with me, flexibility, kindness, and of course my beautiful ring that I will cherish forever!

I called many other shops and Diamond Factory was the only one that picked up which told me a lot about their customer service vs their competitors. They also asked me to bring in some design ideas that I liked. I thought they would help me find something similar, but they told me that they would just build a custom setting for me. Why find something similar to what I want when they can just create exactly what I want! So excited!

Bryce Pederson: Went in for an engagement ring based off of a recommendation from a family. Not really knowing what to expect, I was blown away with how helpful victor was. We gave him a slight idea on what we wanted for a ring, and he immediately showed us several rings that were similar to what we were interested in. After some time, we decided on what was going to be what she wanted and had him get started on putting it together. We had a vacation planned for just 2 weeks after we picked everything out, and not really expecting to meet the date victor did everything he could to get us the ring in time. If you are interested in any sort of jewelry I would definitely recommend the diamond factory in Ann Arbor.
