angel: Accidentally placed an online order to a different location and realized when I entered the shop. Despite it being 15min to close the staff took great care to solve my problem and get me everything I had ordered. Didn’t have the cash on me to tip, but I am very appreciative and will make sure to have it in the future.
Dana Foster: 40 minute wait for a cold brew. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about my drink because my food order was cold from waiting so long. The worker said, “oh, we’re about 20 minutes behind food orders, so just wait.” I said I’ve been here for 30 minutes and asked her to check my order under my name and she said, “just wait 20 minutes.” I went to the register and they didn’t care either. After 40 minutes, I got what looked like an iced coffee. I asked the incompetent worker to remake it and it was still wrong and tasted like smoke. Please train your staff to handle customer service better. I frequent this location a lot and it wasn’t even close to being as busy as it normally is. A cold brew takes 20 seconds to make, not forty minutes. Terrible customer service from staff working today.

Ernest Kovach: Some of the baristas are nice , others are cranky and snooty .There are too many homeless people sleeping in this store, most happen to be strong, young ,lazy ,and are sometimes violent.They are all unemployed, and they get mouthy even if told kindly or assertively 2 or 3 times to wake up or leave!It's like they treat Starbucks as their free hotel, some snore . Then the police are called in thankfully and only then do the sleepy street people scramble back to the streets to lazily beg for money all day instead of looking for an honest job.

I entered the store accompanied by my service animal, who is an essential part of my daily life due to my disability. To my utter dismay, instead of being treated with respect and understanding, I was subjected to embarrassment and humiliation by one of your representatives.While I was peacefully working on my laptop, a Starbucks representative approached me in a condescending manner, making me feel as though I was doing something wrong by having my service animal with me. Not only did this incident make me feel singled out and discriminated against, but it also left me questioning my worth as a customer and as a human being.It is essential to note that I was not causing any disturbance or inconvenience to other customers during my time in the coffee shop. I merely wished to enjoy a cup of coffee and engage in my work, just like any other person. However, instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was made to feel like a burden and an outcast.Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the lack of accessibility provisions at the Starbucks location in question. I observed that there is no handicap button on the outside of the door, which makes it challenging for individuals with mobility impairments to enter and exit the premises independently. Additionally, there is a notable absence of designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities. It is highly disappointing to witness such oversights in a company that prides itself on inclusivity and diversity.To exacerbate the situation, the representative who confronted me also complained about my car being parked in the 15-minute parking zone, which happened to be the only available spot at the time. This incident further added to my frustration, as I was left feeling as though I was being reprimanded for circumstances beyond my control.As a customer who has enjoyed Starbucks' products and ambiance for a significant period, I am deeply saddened by this experience. I have always regarded Starbucks as a place where individuals are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances. A woman that ordered way after me, had got her drink before me. 2. I saw a guy order a Mango Dragonfruit and did not put the mango or color into it. 3. I also heard a guy trying to order a venti iced water but did not allow him to buy iced water that size to save for other people to buy an "actual drink" that size. 4. I ordered a pink drink and they did not put strawberries into my drink. Not only are the fruits not in the drinks but also they are super unorganized and such a waste of my time and money.

Daniel Smith: On our weekend sports travels, we went through the drive through this afternoon and we had the most enjoyable interaction with a Starbucks associate I’ve ever had. She was extremely polite and engaging and made us aware of looming changes to the rewards program (she let us know that we ought to use the stars we have before changes require more stars to redeem an award). Beverages were good too but it was the hospitality of this associate that made it a 5-star experience.

Nyah M (BUNNYnotFUNNY): I have mixed feelings for this starbucks. i’ve came here plenty of times and im only writing the review because it’s not busy and somehow my mobile app order isn’t ready. I got there at 2:25 (two minutes before it said on the app estimated time for pickup) and saw my pastry done, but my drink wasn’t done until 2:33.. I don’t like my pastry sitting there when I got it to enjoy my food altogether. Staff on most days are nice but sometimes i really question what goes behind the scenes on non rush moments

Kira Brehob: I work nearby and come here for my lunch break every so often. In my experience, the staff have been extremely friendly, and while the wait can get to be too long for me to want to go through the drive-through, this doesn’t seem to be because of the staff. The employees are always multitasking and doing lots of things at once in order to get things moving as efficiently as possible. I have been here quite a few times and have always had good experiences.

April Pokemon: Update: Staff works for Kroger, not Starbucks. They were closed again today but not rude to me this time. This Kroger has major staffing shortages. The problem is Kroger. Go to another Starbucks run by Starbucks.This is my second time in the past two weeks that I’ve been turned away from this Starbucks on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. The first time the barista was unpacking boxes and said they couldn’t take my order because they had no help. The second time the barista was making two frozen drinks at 2:55 pm and said they were closed and wouldn’t take my order. Both times not friendly or apologetic at all. Like I’m bothering them because I want to place an order during their open hours. It’s possible they are just short staffed. But I don’t like the way I’ve been treated. I was standing there patiently waiting to order both times and hadn’t said a word. I’m sorry this barista doesn’t like their job. Customer service doesn’t seem like a good fit for them.

Tony Khalil: The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Their is one employee there that just ruins the entire shop. He doesn’t want to be there and take 20 mins on one cup of coffee. He looks for any reason to close for a while and he is very unsanitary. I don’t know how corporate allows this craziness. I’ve tried to go 3 times in one day and each time he closed down for a very dumb reason. He closed down for an hour to clean up a spill. A small spill!!!! I’m done with this location.

Chris Yates: Location does not follow hours. Often closed one to two hours before scheduled closing with no sign posted. This seems to be a repeat issue. Kroger tells me that employees are leaving early. I was told by the Starbucks district manager that understaffing is to blame, yet I work full-time at an "understaffed" retail store with only one manager and one other employee. Just because my store is understaffed, that doesn't mean I can leave my job early. This needs to be fixed.

Today, I ordered my drink (a latte) and saw her write my name on the cup for a hot drink. Somehow, a lemonade came out for me. I told them my correct order, and they then made an iced latte. When I said that I didn't ask for iced, the person went off on me about how she couldn't have known that and I should have said I wanted hot. I still wonder what happened to that original cup for a hot drink...

Alan Grabill: This little coffee shop was so cute! I am in town for a few days visiting the University of Michigan, and some one told me this was the best local coffee shop in Ann Arbor. While I haven't tried any other shops, I must say that I highly recommend this one!

Around the back, huge bins of premade tea. Starbucks used to make this fresh daily and refrigerate it, so this seemed yucky. I Dont know what’s going on with this location these days. Won’t be back through.

gem: the most rude starbucks i’ve ever been to. the workers all roll their eyes at everyone, HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM! they’ve messed up my orders multiple times and have no manners. the worker with the green hair, rocky i think, slammed my baked good on the counter after i told them it wasn’t out. everytime i visit this starbucks i am disappointed by their service, even though it is close to my place of work i will gladly go out of my way from now on to go to a different coffee place.
