Arbor Teas: what do users think?
T: Great tea, very fresh and tasty green tea. shipping is very fast.
dani: This is where we get all of our tea. We are avid tea drinkers and the quality that we've received from Arbor is really exceptional. The packaging is fantastic and does in fact break down in our compost. We also get a little hand written note in every order. Just an all around lovely experience shopping with this company. I only wish I lived closer so that I could go in person. : )
Vi S: An absolute favorite of mine. Fantastic quality loose leaf teas. Organic, caffeine-free, fair-trade, and rainforest certified options available.Immaculate plastic-free packaging. Nice hand-written notes with your order.Fantastic, speedy, and forgiving customer service. Big thank you to L for helping me with my recent blunder in sending my tea to my old home address.I can’t recommend this company enough.
Terry Bu: I've been ordering from Arbor Teas for about 2 years now. The quality of their organic loose tea leaves is literally unmatched as well as the amazing taste of their gyokuro green tea, black teas, puer teas, golden yunnan, sencha, oolong and many others. I cannot recommend them enough and as to the taste, I feel like you can taste the quality difference from the very first sip. Writing this as I'm savoring some real umami from their gyokuro this morning. They are also very quick with shipping and amazing with their packaging. These tea leaves cannot be compared with my local whole foods or even the local tea shops nearby.
B Orns: Received everything safe and secure! Purchased a large selection of tea and I'm loving them so far. Excellent customer service and plenty of delicious options :)
Trevor Cunningham: My wife and I love Arbor Teas! Its always delicious and the service and business is great. We feel good supporting a business like Arbor Teas. Love the notes. Thanks Arbor Teas.
Amanda Doyle: Amazing company! They are so thoughtful with every order, and the tea is exceptional quality. Highly recommend!
Genevieve Guzmán: A generous selection of the finest organic Chinese, Indian, and African teas in compostable packaging sent USPS Priority with a smiley face. What more could we want?
Lisa Pool (Lisa Pool, LAc): Received my first batch of teas, I purchased the sampler. I'm having my first cup and it is amazing! I also go thr loose leaf tea strainer and it worked amazing. Highly recommend, excellent quality and service! Can't wait to visit in person.
Jake Wakefield: Ordered quite a bit of chamomile and decaf earl grey and was very happy with my order. Not only that I LOVED that the entirety of the packaging was backyard compostable. I wish more places would do that. Will definitely be ordering more from them when the time comes.
Tiffany: Best tea shop ever. Quality and freshness is far superior than my local co-ops. They go out of their way to find the best from everywhere.
Ami Alger: Super cool that you can pop in to sniff and nab testersSolid selection of teas. Adore the eco friendly, compostable packaging
Tony Shingler: My favorite tea is from here. Malsha Chi.
norma stilwell: Best place to buy tea. Great service and variety.
Connie Kubinski: Best tea shop ever, have been buying from Arbor Teas exclusively for years now! The sample sizes are perfect for people that want to try lots of different tea without the commitment of buying larger bags. You really can't beat the prices for being fair trade and having compostable packaging. Their website is easy to use and very informative about the different notes each tea has. Everyone in Michigan should be so proud to have this business located right here in our own backyard. Keep up the great work!
Eden West: I love Arbor Teas! Their selection is vast and always delicious. It’s nice to buy samples and try many different types!
Ken Williamson: Awesome tea, fast shipping, and all with a personal touch! They had exactly the tea I wanted and I'm looking forward to ordering again next. Thanks so much 👍
Vasiliki: This is the best organic tea company. I ordered Gyokuro green tea and love the taste. Great customer service and they delivered it fast. Highly recommended!
nd68: I've been a customer of Arbor Teas for a little over a year now, and couldn't be more pleased. Their selection of products is great, the teas are wonderful, and the service is always friendly, prompt, and top notch. A+ all the way.
Allison Vorthmann: I've been on a plight to not only be more eco friendly but reduce the plastic in my life as well. I recently was appalled to learn how much plastic and particles can be found in your average tea bags. I tried looking locally for a good loose leaf tea place but the prices were outrageous and the tea wasn't even organic (I can justify paying more for organic but when regular tea is pricier than organic than I know something is wrong). I first tried Arbor Tea about two months ago and I loved it. I love that they have sample sizes! I ordered again from them this month and they included a personal note in my order (so cute!) and I tried a few new teas. I wasn't a huge fan of one of the new teas I ordered (personal taste not anything wrong with it) but I had only ordered it as a sample size so I didn't even feel bad for not liking it. PLUS all of their packaging is compostable which is amazing. I currently have five different teas from them that I keep in my cupboard and drink! I can't say enough good things about this place!
George Bogart: Order on line to get tea and pickup at door.

TeaHaus: what do users think?
Adrien Hello: Amazing tea and great deserts, the tea tiramisou was absolutely amazing!
Suzette Wanninkhof: Amazing! The teas are so flavorful, and the staff is friendly. Note that high tea is at a separate event space a few doors down.
Lillian Hazel Pearce: I LOVE TEAHAUS!! If you like tea to any extent, you need to stop by. Even if you don’t like tea, you need to stop by. They have many delicious treats (some that are vegan ! like the banana bread pictured here) apart from tea… although the tea is (obvi) delicious. The vibes are so nice. Most of the seating asks that you don’t bring out your laptop so it’s the perfect place to be with your friends /read/ play games, etc. and the staff is so sweet.
Michal samuel: Wonderful community space. Great selection of teas.
N Kal: Overall cool spot but they don't allow laptops even if you are a paying customer
Kevin Bailey: I love teahausIt's just really easy to relax and talk to your friends there the environment is so welcoming.Kinda wish they had another bathroom and a little more seating but they make do with the space they have
Emily Dyer: Amazing time with Lisa!
Regina Brown: Good energy, I love all the different teas on the wall. Also the people that work their are nice and very helpful. 😊☮💜💫✝️🙏🏾♋🦋😇👍🏾
Emily Briggs: I had such a wonderful experience here this morning, even on a busy Saturday I was treated with kindness and care. The staff went above and beyond to help me locate an item I was searching for, and select a (most delicious!) tea based on my preferences! I can not wait to come back and explore their excellent selection of teas over tech-free conversation with friends!
Edward Bussa: Go for the tea, stay for the experience. Just don't bring your laptop.
Susan Travis: This place has always been enjoyable to patronize as a customer. Now that it’s expanded, it’s even nicer. Lisa, the owner, clearly knows her business and is one of the hardest working people I know. She is willing to do any job in the shop, and then some. One can feel her love for tea upon entering the door, creating a really wonderful experience. She hires only those with the same passion. All of her products are of the utmost quality. Just had the warm goat cheese with crackers for the first time (see below), and was not disappointed. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.
Aurora Bass: A lovely place to hangout with family or friends. This place is so nice and cozy that invites you to relax and connect with other people for real. There’s no wi-fi but they have lots of games and beautiful seatings so you can really enjoy and live the experience. The tea selection is awesome! They have a very big variety and even a small tiny fridge if you want to add some milk to your tea ♥️ which I adored. It was so nice leaving the phone aside and having a good time. Thank you! we’ll be back soon.
Fitore: Super cute spot with lots of tea options (alcohol infused teas and of course regular hot/cold tea where you can pick the tea). Also had their pastries which were delish. Loved it!
Mirarashi: Dex is OUTSTANDING! My husband and I sat at the bar and were treated like utter royalty! On our prior visit we met the owner and were treated just as handsomely. This place is such a gem—the ENTIRE team are gentle and kind souls with a genuine passion for hospitality and above all, TEA!
Shari Mueller: Wonderful service.
Parisa: Large selection of loose leaf tea, tea pots and accessories. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Delicious assortment of treats (highly recommend the large macarons!)Grab a cup of tea to go or loose leaf tea to have at home (or gift). Or order a pot of tea and get cozy on the several couches where you can also play board games, read a book, or catch up with friends or loved ones. Recent renovations have created a wonderful spacious atmosphere , including a bar area that serves fun tea-infused cocktails.Note there is a no-laptop policy, which only brews coziness and community.
Ginny: It's a nice little place, with excellent tea. There's not a lot of seating so it's highly recommended you get there early. The servers were all very helpful and kind.
V&A TV: Amazing!
Jorge Anaya: Tropical flavors are the best ones!
Alok Vimawala: The Tea Haus is amazing. A great selection of teas and a very knowledgeable team to help find the right ones. On my most recent trip, I just described the flavor profile I prefer and they were able to quickly make some good recommendations. They also have a nice selection of tea accessories. Their new space is so much bigger and has a lot more space to sit and enjoy tea and treats
Patrick Forrester: It is a great unique locally owned experience. Its worth visiting.

Ding Tea Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Haifeng Liu: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Mike Reviews: Consistently great bubble tea, and the best I've had in the area so far. Highly recommended if you enjoy milk tea
Suzy Phan: Recommended dishes Taro Latte, Honey Green, Thai Honey Green Milk Tea, Sea Cream, Ding TeaMore
Nicole Slaw: This is my new favorite sit down spot for getting tea. Their yakult drinks are wonderful but I usually go for a hot matcha milk tea with no added sugar. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommended!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Strawberry Yogurt Yakult, Mango Yogurt Yakult …More
Paisley Price: First time I came here with my daughter I really enjoyed it, great service and drink was delicious. The second time not so much, came in a bit later with my son in stroller. Cashier super inpatient, more concerned about their conversation with coworker. Made my drink and as I was leaving noticed them both standing side by side and sort of smirking saying things under their breath. Made me super uncomfortable and honestly didn’t even consume the beverage. It tasted a lot different from the first visit and with the smirking & laughing just decided to toss my $10.00 drink.
H F: Tasty products. A bit on the expensive side.
Tonya: Won’t recommend taro milk tea. Not real taro
Kim Schafrick: Best Boba in town!
Destiny Dotson: Such a cute place I loved all the decor. Insta pics are so cute in their seating areas. The ordering menu is a lot but it’s great that they have so many options so there is really something there for everyone. I came later in the day so unfortunately I didn’t get any macaroons but I’m hoping next time I will get some before I go back from vacation their flavors sounded delicious!
Christopher Demetriou: Quick and friendly. Thank you.
M K: I got a hot taro milk tea with 0% sugar and boba. Bubbles were chewy, just the way boba should be 👌🏻. The drink was a bit sweet for my taste, although I got mine at 0% sugar level. Overall, it's a great place to get a bubble tea.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kaitlin Clark: Phe-NOM-enal. 10/10 Matcha Slush with the golden boba :))))) yum, yum, yyum. Edit: it was a little pricey though :/ ~$8
T P: So went on11-28-22 they said they had no Bobo I had free drink so Got a Monster Lg was gave a Small. Call on 11-29-23 to see if they had Boba was told YES I STILL HAVE A LOT LEFT.. SO made the Hour drive to be told NO Bobo. Like how do you Run out??One day is understand but when Now it's a pattern is not okay.. you should make sure you're stocked up.. Sad wasted a Hour 2days in a row. When some calls to ask say you Only have a Little Not yes we are Good come in.
William Hu: Nice place to get bubble tea
Rusty: Best bubble tea in town, hands down. Kind staff and a spotless, clean facility and restroom. I'd highly recommend Ding over any of the other shops.
Founder Sampson: My drink was spiked with thc, didn't ask for it, but had a great time.
Jeff S: Charged for no ice. Literally, that's not an extra fee mentioned anywhere on the menu .If this business is going to use deceptive business practices to make a profit, I'd rather go elsewhere. It was just 50c or so, still, the quality just wasn't there for me and there's a ton of competitors they offer similar products that I haven't seen do anything sketchy like this. Even though the ding tea shop is chic and has a good atmosphere, I'd rather just go elsewhere. Taro tea and mango black tea both tasted kind of watery. If it was actually good, I wouldn't actually mind the extra slap in the face and rude customer service when this was mentioned. ( I made it very obvious I tipped $5 and after I looked at my receipt and brought it to the attention of the cashier was made to feel stupid)Yeah, not getting my business again
Andriy Massimilla: Good boba consistency.
Grey K: Love this place! One of the best boba shops in A2, hands down. All their flavors are tasty, especially the taro.
Just Me: Very cute cafe, clean bathroom, lots of seating, tasty tea!
Ihudiya Finda Williams: There are a lot more bubble tea shops in Ann Arbor then in the past. The best part is I can try the same tea at different shops. When I tried a brown sugar bubble tea drink at Ding, I wasn’t impressed with its taste or presentation. I will not be back. The shop looks cute though ☺️

Holly Burns: I miss being able to order a Large bro :(((
Bella Li: Their regular size is the same as other places’ large so this is the best deal you can find in town. Flavor is great too. Not impressed with the popcorn chicken but I would like to try the waffle next time. Strongly recommend!!
jime19911: The snows and slushes and the food is good here. I like the Nutella Egg Puff a lot. The service was a little slow getting the food portion of the order a few times but it’s not a huge deal.Recommended dishes Mochi Waffles Nutella Waffle Dietary restrictions accommodated Not sure …More
Rana Siroosian: First time at Quickly. It’s a nice cafe with a nice staff. I’m not a fan of Matcha but I took the risk and I got a Matcha boba latte and I liked it.The prices are reasonable and the service is quick as the name indicates.I highly recommend this place and definitely will go back.
T P: First time my last time I place my order pay for it stood there for 10 minutes before he told me they had no milk like that's the whole point of the drink paid $25 and drinks not to got all stuff needs Sad. A Real Bummer need let people know ahead of time not busy and 2people there so I dnt understand how No One knew??????
flavors_of_my_ kitchen: Highly recommend this place. We have every Friday treats from this place atleast for 15 people. I have tried atleast 6 different falvors of tea which is non dairy and trust me if you love Bobba, you will love this place. Very Friendly and just too good. If you haven't visited yet, you must try out. - Shruti INSTAGRAM ID- @flavors_ofmykitchen.
Pannaphat Scott: If you like Boba with some snack here is your place. The Boba drink just okay but the snack is the one that always invite me back. I love Musubi (Spam with Rice wrap in seaweed and touch up with eel sauce) this is really easy to go to just like small meal it self. Popcorn chicken is great if you eat while it’s still hot plus the chicken have season in it so taste pretty good.
xueqing wu: I hate that "All of our milk tea are non-dairy".I know there are dairy milk options, but they are very hard to find.It feels nothing is dairy milk and everything is water down-ed. Very not inviting. The points I would give is the snacks, they are actually decent. Just the "Milk" Tea.Please provide non-insignificant dairy milk options.
Robin H: Low prices, big serving sizes, but the tea tastes watered down a bit. The pearls are mid at best. The popcorn chicken is lowkey fire though.
Tali Kuperberg: They have so many flavors and options! My favorite boba place on campus.
Sarah Balis: My favorite place to get boba on campus! Just hosted my club’s fundraiser there and they were so kind and easy to work with!

Khurram Rehman: The bubble teas was great! I got a large bubble tea and it was much bigger than I expected it to be. I measured it to be around 30 fl oz. Very good for the price. The donuts were also very tasty and a good price as well. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
fatmah alamidi: It’s a must to try these donuts they’re amazing and very fresh and hot. The service is great I had no idea what to get but an employee helped us out by giving us suggestions. Amazing over all must try.

JT Pedersen: Enjoy coming here in the Summer. Service is good, product is good, streetside parking is generally immediately available (or parking lot nearby). And, the outdoor seating in the courtyard between buildings is very enjoyable. All-new outdoor table and chair settings this season.
Maggie Williams: Such a great space; love their coffee and their staff is always super nice despite how busy they constantly are.
Tahleez Bartels: Delightful and delicious, Sweetwaters has managed to capture both my attention and taste-buds!I was a bit confused on where the entrance to this building was located, but I guess there are two doors that you can enter into Sweetwaters with. One of the doors is outside the market area, and opens into a main foyer that accesses all the other local shops inside the tower. The second door is the main entrance for the café itself, and is located around the corner of the building.Overall, the room itself is comprised of medium-high ceilings with exposed framework, brick, and air ducts. It's both unfinished but somehow put together at the same time. I actually am quite fond of the "partially done" look, It makes the café as a whole feel raw and real. The counter was well organized and clean. The seating was abundant and varied (with both hard and soft seating options). It did feel a little tight on space, but it wasn't overly crowded.Even though a few of my food inquires were met with "no we can't do that," or "sorry, we just ran out," I did manage to find something that WAS on the menu and available to purchase. I don't blame them, however. I had ordered around 4 pm, so that might explain their stock running low. Despite that, the staff were very kind to my friend and I when taking our time to order, and we waited very little for everything to come out.I ordered the Thai Tea, and I was not disappointed. It was absolutely mouth-watering. The coffee that my friend had ordered was also rich and strong (as far as coffees go). We also shared a orange-cranberry scone which happened to very yummy when paired with both our drinks, as well. The pricing was fair in both café standards and in general. I think that the quality is exceptionally high, and the amount of food/drink meets the price as well.I think this is the perfect spot for hanging out with friends, having a "catch-up" conversation with someone, or working on your computer away from home. This café is both quiet enough to get a few words or sentences in without losing focus, as well as being sufficiently lively to have something to catch your eye from time to time when a break is needed. If you're in the area, or you're visiting the weekend's Market place and need a place to sit and enjoy a refreshing beverage/pastry, look no further than the Sweetwaters Coffee& Tea in Kerry Town!
vinod kumar: Tried the Crème Caramel signature cofee for the first time and loved it!
Chef John: Great coffee shop, teas, bakery at Kerrytown Shops next to AA Farmers Market
Dorothy Penner: The barista was super nice and the drink was delicious. 13/10 would recommend.
Mariam Beydoun: Every time I’m been here, the baristas/cashiers have been very socially awkward. I should not have to guess whether or not it’s my turn because the cashier just stares at me. I’m never met with pleasantries or told my total, the cashier just walks away. The atmosphere is alright but there’s a lot to be improved from the perspective of someone who works in customer service. Also I think it’s ridiculous that I paid $5 for a regular cup of tea when I could just buy a box for about that price.
M H: Great shop.
Max Herzog: It can get pretty busy and they are suffering from staffing issues but I still got my drink fast and was able to find a spot to work. Drinks are good, not great, but are better than Starbucks. The environment is noisy but not in an offensive way. It's a nice place to meet up or get some work done, just be sure to check the hours. Because of said staffing issues they have limited hours on some days and are entirely closed on others.
Paul Briscoe: Always great service. Get the "Dreamy" or a regular Cappuccino.
chris raupp: After I asked the workers to make a "extra creamy" milkshakeI heard alot of grunting at first, but then it all went silent then they emerged with a milkshake dripping with droplets of milk and more ;)The taste was immaculate, quite sour but some sweet. It was extra THICK but had some runny parts10/10 service from them unforgettable.
Tripti Bisen: Delicious Scones
Matthew Quemada: The cold brew was amazing. Don't live in Ann Arbor but will probably go again next time we visit.

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Plymouth Green: what do users think?
Frank O'Connor: Really open and spacious coffee shop with a nice menu variety and plenty of happy faces! I wish I lived in the area—if I did I KNOW that Sweetwaters would become my daily coffee stop. The coffee drinks were good. Service slightly slow but they were busy so that’s okay. Parking is tight. The shop hosts occasional other events and there is something for everyone! Lots of comfy indoor seating and there is a good-sized outdoor seating patio too!
Brandy T: Spacious place and super friendly - idk about the other review claiming they had rude energy. Definitely not the vibe we had on a Friday morning. Very sunny, liked the patio. House drip coffee flavor was pretty good, we live in Seattle so it’s hard to compare. 4 stars because they totally skimped us on the honey but would still go back.
BRANDON CAREY: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Elizabeth Davis: Extremely disappointed. Inycollege days Sweetwater's was my favorite coffee shop. I always had the chai made with Oregon chai mix. Now they use some watered down chai brand (Red Moon). What a horrible experience!

Madeline Teresko: The building itself is beautiful inside. The coffee is average but the food is great. I have been coming here to study and do homework for the past 4 years since it is such a good environment to work in. I have gotten more work done here than the library. The staff are relatively young but have always been nice and welcoming. There are regulars and the owners stop by often. The bathrooms are big and always very clean, they also have provided sanitary products! This location has a very small town coffee shop feel despite being in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend!
