SS Leo: Stay away! This store is full of untrained folks. I went here to get an iPhone on Black Friday deal. They provided wrong information about the offer and after doing everything they asked in person coming into the store, involving even the store manager, they messed up my promotion. They didn't even know about what phones they have in stock. During phone activation, they abruptly disconnected my service and further messed up my promotion. If you go to the store to confront them and get it sorted, they will ambush you and make irrelevant questions to confuse everybody.I escalated it with xfinity customer support and they applied the offer. However, now Xfinity support asks me to call every month to get promotion applied. Tell me again, why should I use Xfinity services ?

The price hike and all its equipment, regional, sports fees etc! Their bundles, a joke where are the savings/discounts?? Last year I returned 2 digital converters, lowered my internet speed, went to basic channels, cut back on DVR recordings to only 20 hrs just to try and and save some $$. Now, with Jan 2023 price hike, right back up to what I was paying, almost $200.00/mo!!!! It's shameful re price gouging n greed. Esp when I'm a senior not into Netflex, HULU, prime, or all that streaming stuff. James: Was in Ann Arbor for vacation, and felt the need to start my day with a jolt of caffeine. After a bit of looking around, I decided on Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea to kickstart my engine. I ordered myself the Roasted Pistachio Latte, with almond milk to make it vegan. The drink had a really nutty flavor, but softened just enough by the milk to be a lovely, warm sipper to wake up to.The atmosphere inside felt just as warm and cozy as the drink in my hand, with local art along the walls and comfortable seats to cradle you close. By the time I finished my drink and headed out the door I was more than ready for the day.

This sweetwater coffee & tea shop will not disappoint. Can’t speak on all that they offer, but the coffee is great. First time coming to this chain store. Much preferred over larger chains.

Despite it being 15min to close the staff took great care to solve my problem and get me everything I had ordered. Please train your staff to handle customer service better. I frequent this location a lot and it wasn’t even close to being as busy as it normally is. A cold brew takes 20 seconds to make, not forty minutes. Terrible customer service from staff working today.

Also, the portion sizes are huge for the price. If you order the biggest size of drink, it will come in a comically huge sized mug, like a soup bowl. I'm not complaining. You will get a LOT of drink! One of my most favorite coffee shops to relax in.

Anna Bowling: Went during the power outage for a rapid pick up on my way out of town- while it was busy, the employees were so kind and communicative about the whole issue. Yes the business is unusual, but the managers and staff did a phenomenal job working through it. Food was made right even with a ton of orders (amazing and fresh too!). Went last week as well and the kindness was present then too. As a former Panera worker in a different state, this one goes above and beyond for satisfied customers. This is my favorite one I have ever been to!

Jennifer White: We came the other day, and they were out of iced coffee and stated “they don’t make it” …the sugar-in-the-raw was empty, they were nice, but they were in no way busy and had four people working, so not making iced coffee and not stocking sugars was odd. No creamer was out and when my husband requested it, they handed him a nearly empty carton with maybe a tablespoon of creamer left in it.We came today to kill some time before an appointment and did a nice mall walk. No one is here, they don’t open until 11 now, which is silly, because most of their business seems to be mall employees…. They had all the teas out… not refrigerated. Around the back, huge bins of premade tea. Starbucks used to make this fresh daily and refrigerate it, so this seemed yucky. I Dont know what’s going on with this location these days. Won’t be back through.

Azia Martinez: Never opened, I walk up to the counters many times with 4 or more people and they say they are closed for short staff. I do however love one guy with shoulder length hair. I always forget his name and he always makes my day!!! He’s the mvp of that location

gstevegreen: Meh! Can be good, but if you go at the wrong time you’ll think I’m in the wrong place, 30-45 min for drinks and if you watch you will see 15 other people touch every cup lid waiting on the counter.

Bill: It's noon on a weekday. Was in the mall and walked down to SB to get a snack and coffee. 3 ladies behind the counter, so you weren't shorthanded..One says, "We don't open till 4 (PM)..Seriously? 4pm.? Then at least fix your website. Don't say you' re open (like a real business) when you're not..(And, you're paying 3 people to stand around and tell customers, we're not open for 4 hrs?).I understand malls have fallen on hard times. But you're sure not helping. ...one more reason never to set foot in Briarwood again.

gem: the most rude starbucks i’ve ever been to. the workers all roll their eyes at everyone, HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM! they’ve messed up my orders multiple times and have no manners. the worker with the green hair, rocky i think, slammed my baked good on the counter after i told them it wasn’t out. everytime i visit this starbucks i am disappointed by their service, even though it is close to my place of work i will gladly go out of my way from now on to go to a different coffee place.

Kimberly Vaughn: This is truly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 5 employees: 1 making drinks, 1 refilling containers, 3 chatting.

Chelsea Michelle: The new management is HORRIBLE! The workers seem a little racist (hence how they was looking at me when I walked up). They don’t know what they’re doing. My drink was so milky and disgusting. They shouldn’t have opened up so soon because nobody there knows what they’re doing! I’m disappointed.

Veronica Bullard: Follow MePrompt, friendly service.They weren't out of espresso, milks, flavorings, or coffee either.They have everything I came to get.A coffee that everyone loves to hate, especially in Italy and throughout europe where they call it overrated, burnt, flavorless trash but I'll give them a good rating anyway out of my own ignorance and inexperience with the real, authentic, perfect cup.The best way is to leave out all of the sauces, syrups, and flavors and get a single or a double shot.That way I can save calories and get that buzz I want.
