Caroline Schmitt: One of my favorite coffee shops in Ann Arbor! They have the best and most unique selection of drinks and always have yummy pastries. I really want to try their fun latte variations like butterfly pea flower, ube, and jasmine because everything I've had from here has been amazing so I know that these would be amazing too. Lab's ambiance is also great. Super cozy, delicate, and cute with friendly baristas. It's a perfect spot for meeting up with someone or doing homework.

The pour over we tried was the best I have tried in the US. Very smooth and flavorful. The atmosphere is enjoyable, but there are so many patrons on their laptops which I am becoming accustomed to in Ann Arbor, but still don’t care for. It’d be fine for a take out.

Dottie: I love coming to the Rosewood location versus Liberty as it is quieter, easier to park, and you have more room outside to sit and enjoy the weather (no matter even if it is raining) & your coffee. There are 3 sizes to the cappucino now for everyone’s needs - the small, the next size up from the traditional, is like a latte but with a stronger coffee flavor. They use Calder’s dairy and Oatly for oat milk - the best brands for dairy and a milk alternative in my opinion. You can taste the difference! The baked goods are consistently delicious - a little on the pricey side which is why I would give 4 stars but 5 stars for taste! I like that they rotate bakeries as well. The staff are kind & friendly - I’ve never had a bad experience. I like that I can ask them how they are and that they do the same - even if it’s a busier day. Those little moments of connection are precious and have helped me through some challenging times & this place was a source of comfort where I could escape. It’s quirky, eco-friendly, and yummy. If you come to AA, you have to make a stop here!

Ernest Kovach: Some of the baristas are nice , others are cranky and snooty .There are too many homeless people sleeping in this store, most happen to be strong, young ,lazy ,and are sometimes violent.They are all unemployed, and they get mouthy even if told kindly or assertively 2 or 3 times to wake up or leave!It's like they treat Starbucks as their free hotel, some snore . Then the police are called in thankfully and only then do the sleepy street people scramble back to the streets to lazily beg for money all day instead of looking for an honest job.

The latte was fantastic - it has cardamon, brown sugar, and cinnamon. I was concerned that it would be too sweet, but it was perfect! The tea cake is incredible!The barista was very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. He was able to tell me what flavor I should be expecting with my drink! I highly recommend this cafe for anyone in the area and anyone visiting!Parking: This is in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor so there is plenty of parking. Depending on times, it may be free or paid.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, this business is not wheelchair accessible. I am not sure if they have an option to add a ramp to the stairs outside. But that would be a beneficial thing to add to allow all patrons to make it into the cafe.Dietary restrictions: There is an option to substitute alternative milks for an extra 75 cents.

Not only did this incident make me feel singled out and discriminated against, but it also left me questioning my worth as a customer and as a human being.It is essential to note that I was not causing any disturbance or inconvenience to other customers during my time in the coffee shop. I merely wished to enjoy a cup of coffee and engage in my work, just like any other person. However, instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was made to feel like a burden and an outcast.Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the lack of accessibility provisions at the Starbucks location in question. I observed that there is no handicap button on the outside of the door, which makes it challenging for individuals with mobility impairments to enter and exit the premises independently. Additionally, there is a notable absence of designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities. It is highly disappointing to witness such oversights in a company that prides itself on inclusivity and diversity.To exacerbate the situation, the representative who confronted me also complained about my car being parked in the 15-minute parking zone, which happened to be the only available spot at the time.
