As a regular customer who has always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and quality of service at Starbucks, I was taken aback by the discriminatory and rude behavior I encountered during my visit on [may 19].On the aforementioned date, I visited the Starbucks located at [Store Address]. I entered the store accompanied by my service animal, who is an essential part of my daily life due to my disability. To my utter dismay, instead of being treated with respect and understanding, I was subjected to embarrassment and humiliation by one of your representatives.While I was peacefully working on my laptop, a Starbucks representative approached me in a condescending manner, making me feel as though I was doing something wrong by having my service animal with me. Not only did this incident make me feel singled out and discriminated against, but it also left me questioning my worth as a customer and as a human being.It is essential to note that I was not causing any disturbance or inconvenience to other customers during my time in the coffee shop. I merely wished to enjoy a cup of coffee and engage in my work, just like any other person. However, instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was made to feel like a burden and an outcast.Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the lack of accessibility provisions at the Starbucks location in question. I observed that there is no handicap button on the outside of the door, which makes it challenging for individuals with mobility impairments to enter and exit the premises independently. Additionally, there is a notable absence of designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities. It is highly disappointing to witness such oversights in a company that prides itself on inclusivity and diversity.To exacerbate the situation, the representative who confronted me also complained about my car being parked in the 15-minute parking zone, which happened to be the only available spot at the time. This incident further added to my frustration, as I was left feeling as though I was being reprimanded for circumstances beyond my control.As a customer who has enjoyed Starbucks' products and ambiance for a significant period, I am deeply saddened by this experience. I have always regarded Starbucks as a place where individuals are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances. However, this incident has shattered that perception and made me question whether Starbucks truly values all of its customers.I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I sincerely hope that you will investigate the matter thoroughly, provide appropriate training to your staff members regarding disability rights and inclusivity, and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. angel: Accidentally placed an online order to a different location and realized when I entered the shop. Despite it being 15min to close the staff took great care to solve my problem and get me everything I had ordered. Didn’t have the cash on me to tip, but I am very appreciative and will make sure to have it in the future.

Dana Foster: 40 minute wait for a cold brew. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about my drink because my food order was cold from waiting so long. The worker said, “oh, we’re about 20 minutes behind food orders, so just wait.” I said I’ve been here for 30 minutes and asked her to check my order under my name and she said, “just wait 20 minutes.” I went to the register and they didn’t care either. After 40 minutes, I got what looked like an iced coffee. I asked the incompetent worker to remake it and it was still wrong and tasted like smoke. Please train your staff to handle customer service better. I frequent this location a lot and it wasn’t even close to being as busy as it normally is. A cold brew takes 20 seconds to make, not forty minutes. Terrible customer service from staff working today.

Google Account: Nice quaint place with soft music but average coffee.I ordered the dulce coffee which is priced at $5. I liked the coffee art on it but the coffee itself was average at best.

Arash Yunesi: Cozy little place for coffee lovers. If you are as geeky as us about real coffee and fine pour overs this place is the perfect spot for you. The pour over we tried was the best I have tried in the US. Very smooth and flavorful. The staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and eager to help you out or just chat about coffee aromas and origins.

No one is here, they don’t open until 11 now, which is silly, because most of their business seems to be mall employees…. They had all the teas out… not refrigerated. Around the back, huge bins of premade tea. Starbucks used to make this fresh daily and refrigerate it, so this seemed yucky. I Dont know what’s going on with this location these days. Won’t be back through.

Was in the mall and walked down to SB to get a snack and coffee. 3 ladies behind the counter, so you weren't shorthanded..One says, "We don't open till 4 (PM)..Seriously? 4pm.? Then at least fix your website. Don't say you' re open (like a real business) when you're not..(And, you're paying 3 people to stand around and tell customers, we're not open for 4 hrs?).I understand malls have fallen on hard times. gem: the most rude starbucks i’ve ever been to. the workers all roll their eyes at everyone, HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM! they’ve messed up my orders multiple times and have no manners. the worker with the green hair, rocky i think, slammed my baked good on the counter after i told them it wasn’t out. everytime i visit this starbucks i am disappointed by their service, even though it is close to my place of work i will gladly go out of my way from now on to go to a different coffee place.
