Casey Ruthenberg: Put a fair offer in for a cargo van willing to pay cash. They counter offered and I was prepared to accept. They sold it 20 minutes later. I asked Brandon please don’t sell this out from under me. Let me know. He said “I won’t” “I will definitely call you”. Disappointed in the lack of Honesty. Should have told the buyer he had someone with an offer on the table…who knows he could have had a bidding war…and made more money…

Cevin Moore: To sum is up for me this was the worst buying experience I've had from here. I won't be back @ all I just happen to like the car that is it. The drive there was a waste of time and energy. Not professional @ all and no consideration of people time. I didn't read the reviews until now and I can relate since it happen to me. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. The car I was looking @ was dirty and the inside was dirty. I mean they treat used cars like trash good thing I liked the car is it wasn't for that I would of left the car sitting. This place and the employees need to pull it together and be more considerate of others time. I had to plea pretty much to get a full tank of gas to get back home to Ohio which was 3 and half hour away. Not only that me and my family waiting for two hours and didn't even offer us a beverage. I won't be back that is for sure
Leo Grey: I have to be honest I was a little nervous about meeting Ashton based on the negative reviews but I came in there with expectations that I was to be called if anything happened with the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Unfortunately I test drove the wrong vehicle at first Because the inventory had just been updated and she didn’t realize they were two of the same car (same model different trim) after that I ended up test driving the other vehicle but I will be going in the next day to get a full test drive of the vehicle that I wanted to see. Human error happens but over all I had a positive experience here and some of the prices are fair.
Nathan Dryer: Waste of time. Not only do they not negotiate but they lie and will try and tell you the rest of the dealers in the area don't negotiate as well. Even if the car isn't running right and has a check engine light. It's obviously why their cars sit on the lot forever and never get bought. I will never shop at a Suburban dealership ever again.
MrMojitoguru: Went in and met Ashton, and looked at an Equinox from online. Was told it was available UNTIL we got there. So we were shown a similar Equinox. Got it in mid July, timing chain broke in 2 months and ruined engine. Called and they would not do anything. No help. No split difference. Just a load of "not our problem". DO NOT SHOP HERE. I feel we would've not had the issue if we would've seen the car we wanted. Not only that, the used car manager said this is a known issue on Equinox and never said anything about the possibility. Do Not TRUST THEM!
K Schwemley: Ashton and Mark did a great job getting us into a used Jeep Wrangler. The service department fixed a brake line and mount free of charge even as I purchased as is. They still did an oil change and checked the safety of this vehicle. I would recommend and their prices are very reasonable.
Tom: Do not buy a vehicle here if you’re from out of state and do not use Westlake financial services to finance it if you do! I’ve had a very bad experience with this dealership. They refused to return my phone calls or answer any of my questions after I’ve called over a dozen times in two weeks regarding my plate and registration. My plate and registration has not yet been sent to me and I need my vehicle for business. I live 4hrs/43 mins away and cannot just drive to their dealership. All the company had to do was lie to me about the delay and I would have believed them. They didn’t even pick up the phone and have the courtesy to even do that! I would’ve believed them and would not be writing this review. These people are very unprofessional and so is Westlake financial services that they use. I have bought two other vans in another state with no issues or problems with the dealership or the finance company. This place is a nightmare and so is the finance company. Buy a vehicle here at your own risk. Don’t say you haven’t been warned if you read this.
Farrah: If I could give negative stars I would. Set up an appointment to see a car and told them we had financing ready..they rescheduled several times because they couldn't get the car through inspection and detailing in time for the orginal appointment. Called me to say it was done early and asked if was available last minute. I said yes, and headed that way, it's an hour drive! They were aware of this and I confirmed I was coming to purchase the car. We arrived on time, and they literally sold it from underneath us 10 minutes prior. I was met with the rudest saleswoman I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Ashton acted as if it was just too bad for us, and walked away. Didn't even attempt to make it right! The manager of the whole store was no better. He actually told me that in spite of communication and changing my schedule to accommodate them for for a week, he wouldn't at least wait to show the car after our prescheduled appointment time because he has no shows. I would have bought the car a week ago but they couldn' their act together. Simply put, avoid this place at all costs. They have horrendous customer service. To say they are rude an unprofessional is a massive understatment.
Maria Bryant: I just bought a 2014 equinox here literally a week ago and the last 2 days it has been dying while I'm driving it which is a massive safety issue! I took it in to a shop and it needs over $2000 of repairs. This is such an unreliable, trashy, and unsafe place to buy a car and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever. Please don't buy here, or if you do just beware it'll probably drain the bank.

Keith Lang: I didn't like that they added in nearly $1000 in hidden fees at the end of the transaction. I went down the road and bought one at Varsity Ford, they don't have any. Just remember to add ~$1k to any car they have on the lot and you will be closer to the real cost than what they advertise.

Frank Gibbs: Had a Saturday morning appointment and Dalton called about an hour before the appointment to confirm, I told him I was on my way but would be about 10 minutes late because of storms and construction. I ended up going to the other/larger Suburban location because that was the address on the listing for the truck. Got there 15 minutes after the appointment, Dalton was working with a client--no big deal, I waited until he was done. Walks right past me to chit chat with a couple guys waiting at the door to drive a car (mind you I was in front of Dalton's desk about 8 feet behind his initial customer). Ok, go to the front, introduce myself to Dalton while he's talking to the pair up front. I get the keys, take it for a test drive, back in 15-20 minutes, walk in, all but one sales rep still in the building. Ask where Dalton went, "he'll be right back" they say. I walk back out front where I parked the car, called my wife, talked about making an offer, went back in, no Dalton after being on the phone with my wife for about 15 minutes going over everything. I tell the lone sales rep I'd like to make an offer. "We don't negotiate. It's a company policy and we have the internet so we know we're charging a competitive price"... Ok, that's a new one. They won't negotiate, won't cover any aspect of tax/title/fee/etc, guy gives me the out the door price. Still, Dalton is a no show. So, I left, no follow up from Dalton, waste my time and now less than a week later, listing went from $6490 to $5999. For not negotiating they love to A. change their prices and B. waste people's time with bad service.Long story short: bad service, unreliable sales people, and there's white mold in the carpet all along the bottom of the front windows
David Duncker: They seem like they don't know what they're doing. They insisted that I buy insurance before they even went over the financing plan. I had to go back to sign some documents because they forgot to get me to sign something.And you'll feel the pressure to purchase gap coverage. They'll rush you and pressure you instead of calmly explaining everything you need to know.

Sean Dunn: I had been looking for a specific (used) SUV model for more than month. One appeared at Next Mile over the weekend and I drove down to see it on Monday morning. Not yet detailed, it was in very good condition and I decided I’d take it if they could get it ready for me. Jodi got the sale all organized and had the vehicle detailed and ready for me by the end of the day. Awesome! But I needed a second key, not just one (always check this). Logan organized this for me. Because of the security on the keys (thankfully) and me not being local, it took a week to get it done securely and I was kept informed daily of progress. The overall buying experience was simple and friendly. Well done!

The sales managers hooked me up on my trade and Nick helped me find the vehicle that I've been wanting for the last 5 years (only much newer) thanks Next Mile I'll be back.Edit: after taking possession of the vehicle I noticed, they put new tires on after signing paperwork (it was a few days after signing I took possession) and the battery was replaced with a new one. LaFontaine/ Next Mile has my business even for service. Couldn't be happier.

Ashlee Dunham: I have been looking for a new car for a few weeks, found a great 2016 Buick Encore on Carfax from Next Mile Ann Arbor. Austin was amazing to work with and make sure that everything was taken care of within a few hours. The only slight issue is that the car had a sizable key scratch that was not pictured, and was told it would be painted over, if i came back in a few days. Drove back ( an hour drive) a few days later and the sales guy ( different from the day i bought the car) seemed unaware of what was happening. I was also told that my plate could be picked up that day as well, which was not the case. Could use better in house communication. Overall a great experience, very helpful and friendly.

They appear to have a large inventory, but I was focused on a very specific vehicle, so I didn't look at many of the other cars on the lot.I almost always buy used vehicles and will definitely stop in and see Brandy again should the need for another purchase arise, I'm also happy to refer family and friends to this place as well!

darrel james: Bought a cruze from here didn't know it had an after market engine in it.... the inspection people should have pointed that out but didn't. All four tires had plugs in them and had to be replaced.Seemed to be a hassle to get the spare out of him.All kinds of cooling issues... had to replace fan, thermostat,sensors etc...and now a blown gasket and I only ever put full synthetic oil changes in it.Car didn't last a year after putting well over four grand in it.... had two engine oil leaks that had to be fixed as soon as I got it etc...nothing but a 7000 dollar problem.

They asked me to come in for an appointment on a Saturday, earlier than I'd offered to, I accepted. They confirmed 2 hours ahead, but when I arrived early, and waited until well after the scheduled time, the door was locked, no one was around and my texts and calls were not immediately answered. The OPEN light was on but no one was there.I was later asked by text later how my experience was! Well they implied I had the wrong address or arrived at the wrong time. I work nearby and they had confirmed! It was ridiculous and a waste of my time. They never tried to apologize in any way

adriana garrett: i purchased a car here in january and by the end of february i had to put in over 1500$ of work into it. never came with a spare tire or the part to take the tires off. whippits in the backseat, all the previous owners stuff in the glove compartment. clearly was not cleaned or looked over. had no oil in it AT ALL. im very disappointed and was going to trade my other car in here but will NOT be back.

I was from out of town and had been looking specifically for a older model Liberty. and ran across them from the sales guy ( Sam ) on Facebook Marketplace.. Since I was 100 mile from the dealership Sam went above and beyond with sending me many photos of the Jeep.. When I finally made the trip for a test drive the Owner and Sam greeted us and we talked about the Jeep and sent us on a test drive. After the test drive I mentioned a rattle noise when hitting bumps.. Being mechanically inclined I knew it was nothing major.. They wanted to take care of this before I bought it ( never had anything like that from any other place ). Turned out to be a broke exhaust hanger and they took care of it.. even though it was a minor issue that I could have repaired at home.. they wanted to take care of it before I took the car..There is no BS with this place.. They are straight forward with you and no pressure from neither the salesman or the owner. I've bought several cars in my 35 years of driving.. I've never bought a car from a place like this that was 100% straight forward with you and no pressure.. Also because I traveled so far.. they filled up the gas tank so I didn't have to stop on my long drive home... When I need another car... I'll definitely be checking back in with All Star Motors. Tim R: Bought my low-mileage used VW Jetta in a very clean and excellent condition 3 years ago at a great price. The owner was very helpful and honest in helping me find the perfect car. I'm still driving it today, and loving everything about my beautiful Jetta! They talk straight to you, no BS, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Very comfortable working with them, and will go back to them when its time to upgrade. At the end of the day, I got a great car at a great price in a no-pressure friendly atmosphere. Can't ask for more!

r l: car advertised as "excellent condition", in reality, at best it was average condition. body had poorly disguised damage, air conditioning had foul odor, interior was dirty with substantial accumulation of food crumbs under floor mats, enough pet hair to wonder if the car had been cleaned for months and generally a sloppily maintained auto. simply told business owner i wasn't interested, he got into car, drove away and it was a messy mass of squeaking car. there was absolutely no sales pitch and no offer to show other cars..had the distinct impression he couldn't wait to get away from me. this is an outfit to avoid.the following is the response i was received from the business owner: Nice review R.L. Maybe you thought the car was a 2016 (which also, if you look at 2016s...you are going to find an enormous list of imperfections)....However, being that it is a 2006 (manufactured in 2005)...and is now approaching 2 decades old...of course it will have it's share of imperfections.I'll just have to assume you thought it was a 2016 lol considering your very bizarre review based on your unbelievably unrealistic expectations (thinking a 20 year old car would be the same as a brand new car).The only problem deserving of a "one star" is that your expectations are not in tune with reality.Definitely a 1 star customer that will be blocked immediately. Feel terrible for anyone that has to deal with your window shopping.Use my advice and text this next time:"I am unbelievably picky, I have unrealistic and absurd expectations, I compare the car to the shape of a brand new car and do not want to see more than 1 or 2 differences between new and 15-20 years old. I expect as close to perfect as possible. Please be up front, show me every minor microscopic imperfection that exists compared to zero mileage brand new from the factory."Had you wrote that I would have immediately known the type of customer you are --- 1 to be avoided at all costs.
Edward: Great service, informative, and patient. These guys are selling used vehicles and if you’re not buying new it’s especially important you do your own research. You have to know what you’re buying if you want to know what to expect. I bought a good priced truck from them and I am happy.
Abdelrahman Awad: BE AWARE!! NEVER buy anything from this business! The seller denied taking responsibility about a lot of hidden issues with the car that were NEVER mentioned in the AD!! I reached out to him and he literally denied everything!! I guess a small claim court will be last resort!!

William: Beware! Bought my 16yo daughter's first vehicle from these guys. Test drive was fine. Less than 100 miles later the trans lost 2nd, 3rd and 5th gears. Called them hoping for little love and got nothing. Ran scope and trans had a long list of codes. Asked them if they do a complete inspection on their vehicles and was told "sometimes". Wouldn't be surprised if these guys had a direct account with Slick 50! My fault for having trust in my fellow man.
