GIVE 365: what do users think?
Nigel Berry: Our company participated in the Adopt-A-Park program for the first time in 2019 and had a GREAT experience! Melissa and her team were always prepared and not only provided guidance for the tasks but also did a great job of providing context for the work. Give365 is easy to work with and we look forward to participating again next year. I highly recommend the program for groups large and small.
Neal McKenna: I love volunteering with with Give 365 and will keep doing so! I've been able to plant gardens, clean gardens and parks, design and paint murals, and dress up in fun costumes and give out candy at Trick or Treat on the River, which is always so fun and rewarding. It's also great to spend time and volunteer alongside such friendly and hard-working folks like Melissa, Mike, Erika, Jessica and everyone else. Become a Park Steward! It's a great way to see what's happening in the community, get to know other volunteers, and feel healthy and happy after doing some helping.
Carol Whitinger: Volunteered with a group from work and had a lot of fun! The job was simple and there were plenty of yard tools for everyone to join in. The fact that they also supplied water and snacks was a big bonus. Looking forward to another outing.
Jipu Wang: Went volunteering in the Adopt-A-Park program with American Nuclear Society at University of Michigan. Great experiences!

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Pilar Vick: Wonderful place
Hockey Mom 7: The RMH in Ann Arbor was a true blessing for our family when we lived too far away from the hospital when our newborn child was critically ill. We were offered room/board and meals for as long as we needed for many months. I was Nursing and the staff arranged for a breast pump and mini fridge in our room. When our child passed away, we were treated with kindness and compassion. Bittersweet memories for sure. The house is clean, welcoming and quiet. A true Godsend. Thank you RMH, Ann Arbor.
Marcus Haney: This place is a huge stress reliever for families with kids who need care at CS Mott. Great accomations for those going through a stressful time
Chay Anaman: Very kind staff, it is a beautiful place and they are very helpful with anything that you may need. Definitely makes things easier when you have a baby or family member in the hospital.
John Crawford: Clean, quiet, and organized. The staff is small but friendly. Dining area, lounging area, gaming area, pantry area, and laundry area. Masks required in public areas, temperature checked daily upon entry. Overall I really love and appreciate this Ronald Mcdonald House.
Deborah Ann Lott: These are angels of mercy. Before we asked...we had what we needed! God Bless Ronald Mcdonald House.
Tammy Cook: Very warm and hospitable place and employees VERY THANKFUL FOR THIS PLACE!!!
Ali Bazzi: I can not say enough good things about the RMHC of Ann Arbor. When our son was born and spent a few weeks in the NICU, their facility and staff helped make the experience more manageable. Everyone I interacted with was kind and understanding.
Austin Hughes: Thank you.
Chris Besonen: Great cause! We are so very grateful for this place. They have made things a lot easier with our new son being in the NICU for over a month now.
Lacey Frost: Absolutely amazing! I'm so thankful for this place with everything my son is going through i know I can come here and relax for the night.
Mikki Sharp: Great organization with truly caring people.
Robert Bilotti: Amazing organization doing amazing work.
Jodi Huebner: Beautiful place and the people are so welcoming and helpful!
Deborah Lott: Ronald McDonald House was so kind and sweet to my family during my son's illness. Everything was quiet and tranquil, but everyone had a smile or encouraging word for you or your child. No TVs in the room, but we were always so tired when we finally got to lay down, we didn't care about the television or lack thereof. I loved this place. This -home away from home. They are truly Angels of mercy at Ronald McDonald House. I'd like to publicly thank all the employees and the moms and dads who were praying for their children as we prayed for our Son.
Seth Barton: This place will always have a spot in my heart. They helped my family out immensely while my son was in the NICU. We give a little back every year and will always support this organization.
Jason: Awesome work
Den Bid: GREAT place
Lindsey Roy: WONDERFUL place w wonderful people
Tammy Wood: Very nice place. Great staff. Made a lot of friend.
Alexander Zeisberg: I’m currently staying at the in hospital RMHC rooms at Motts. I almost cried when they told me this was a free service. Our kids in the ICU and was having moments where a full resuscitation team needed to be around them. So sleeping in the ICU didn’t seem to be practicabale and actually seemed in the way of our child’s treatment. I was thinking of getting some much needed sleep in the car so that I could be close and I could take shifts with mom but instead was told to contact the social worker and they set us up with a room down the hall from our child. Absolutely amazing and much needed. We are either taking shifts and getting wonderful sleep in the room or watching our baby heal.Thank you to anyone that supports this organization. It has truly been a blessing and was much much much needed. I was having a sleep deprived anxiety attacks where I felt like I was walking on a small boat in the ocean. It was very weird and I desperately needed sleep and I feel so much better after two nights of sleep in a quite private room. Also they have a no guest policy which is wonderful. It is so hard to not only manage our sick child but coordinate other people seeing them and then interacting with those people....it’s alit. I really like that I can go to a room and sleep and not be disturbed. It is wonderful.Thank you thank you thank you. Truly has made a difference in our child’s care. Helping the care giver is so important and I appreciate your insightfullness into this.Thank you

Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley: what do users think?
Janice Falls: Amazing prices you can buy almost everything here to furnish your homeI love it .
Jenny & Alex: NOT A RESTORE! I googled “Habitat for humanity restore” and this place came up but it’s not a restore. The nearest restore is located at 6241 Jackson in Ann Arbor. I hope this helps people not waste their time coming here and thinking this is a restore where you can purchase home improvement products because this is not that kind of place. Cheers!
Taylor Family: Make sure to call before they open of you want to save items. They say they cant hold next day items and they only accept holds after 10 am but even if your the 1st person in the door they will not honor 1st come 1st serve, because they allow people to call and reserve items before they open. But i assure you they will tell the person standing at the item at 10am on the dot you called at 10am too and the sign for a hold was also placed on it at 10 🕵🕵🕵🕵
Kyle Thornhill: Outstanding organization with great staff and volunteers!
alma blackburn: This is one of the best non profits in Washtenaw County. They do so much for our community.
C H: First of all thanks to business and programs like this that help others.. I enjoy the few times I've been to the store even if purchase nothing to browse. More people need to stop by to check things out or know they can donate. Running a business myself advise. Ask customers to give you reviews when still in store. It has helped ours.
Miss Cochise: They call you to promote themselves, but they never mention if their workers coming inside youry home have been background checked or not?
