Rusty (Rusty): Second and last time using this car wash machine took my money but power washer did not work and usually you can at least get a refund at some of these places, but not here. No one answers the phone and there’s no dropbox for emergencies waste of money. Don’t care if it’s $2 or $200.
One10 2Ten: Put $5 quarters in, machine took them. I can hear the pump turning on inside but no water.

L.A. Picasa: I would give 5 stars if the shampoo machine was in working order. Otherwise, good place to clean your car, onside and out. They have detailing available but make sure you call ahead of time to get scheduled in.

Scott Fitzpatrick: 3 stars for always being open and operating. I have only used the place twice so its a small sample size but the stall I picked unfortunately had a hole in the hose. As soon as I put the quarters in and aimed the spout at my car when the water kicked on I was drenched by a spray from the damaged hose, there was no way to shut it off so it sprayed me until I finally wrangled it. If I lost hold of it could have damaged the car or gave me a pretty good thump. There was no out of order sign or warning. If the business fixes it or at least puts up a sign let me know and I will update the review.

Steph: Fix your infrastructure. Placing a waste treatment plant on the eastern border of the city it services so residents of Ann Arbor don't have to smell their own feces when you refuse to fix your plant, is not OK. If this plant were located on the west side of Ann Arbor and their residents were down wind of it, it would have been fixed by now. Instead, residents in Superior Township have to smell this foul and unsanitary odor all throughout the year, ruining the quality of life in this area. Disgusting.
Paul F: I was able to do a small group tour led by Kyle. It was extremely informative and showed how professional their treatment process is. I was comforted to know that they have plenty of capacity supplemented by a mind for redundancy and preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend that anyone who might be slightly interested in a behind the scenes look stay on the lookout for the next open house.
