Tiger G: I love this campus building. So fitting for a business school. And ideally located right in Woodward with plenty of Mobility options. However, i would really hope and recommend that MDOT and the city install a ped crossing at that temple intersection. Much needed considering the university student and LCA attendee populations.

Rita Grant: Waiting on the phone to get an appointment was the hardest part, but once you talk to someone, I got Linda and she was informative and caring. I was told everything to bring and what to expect once I got there. The Hilton office was efficient, clean and the staff of volunteers were Incredible!! Thank God for these people, I don't know what I would have done without them.

Sharde F.: I have gone here the past 3 years or so. They are extremely helpful and good at what they do. Since the pandemic it was hard to get an appointment and when I got one I felt very ill-prepared due to the lack of communication. So its just 3 stars since considering its hard to speak to someone before going to your appointment.Otherwise, in my experience they get the job done. Noone is err... overly nice if you will lol but I mean, they're volunteers so at least you get your taxes done by a trustworthy organization at the end of the day. 🤷🏾♀️Last year (1st yr of covid) I did mine over the phone with them and preferred that over the in-person appt this 2nd yr of covid because at least at home you have access to all the stuff you possibly weren't prepared to have on hand. They give a list online but there's small stuff like what you spent on textbooks and other things that a lay person doesn't think about.'Hope this helps!
Chai Lee: Critical:QualityI have attempted to make an appointment for months. There is no way to schedule online. I appreciate free service, but if AAS has reached the capacity of who they can help they should say so.Since January and everytime I call the woman tells me they are scheduling 2 months out and hangs up. There has to be a better way.

This year is definitely different since the pandemic so things are a little it slow pace... and harder to reach someone on the phone not sure what’s going on.

When I had a difficult time navigating the online site to make an appointment, I called in. I received a response by the end of day. I was assisted in making an appointment. I chose virtual. The process was so easy. I downloaded my tax documents, answered some questions and got my prepared taxes in a few days. Thank you so much AAS!

Judith Williams: Well the Process is different this year, over whelming for me not computer savvy, or a downloader so I found some one else this time and cancelled. AAS asked for 50 pieces of paper to photo. That I couldn't understand why. Anyway see you when things get simpler.

Claudine Payne: No matter how many times you complete the questions or even change your answers, the website keeps responding that you don't qualify. They should have someone st esch location, behind glass for covid, that can let you arrange a drop off of your taxes & complete intake questions. We won't be able to get our taxes done until August at this rate.
Lynda McIntyre: I have been calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks one minute after the phone lines open and everyday the automation tells me the lines are all full. That is impossible when I call one minute after the phones open "EVERYDAY" and it stays that way all day. Whoever is answering the phones there are not doing their job.
