Ariel Dudeck: This store looks like a back stock room, its messy and always has things all over the place in the aisles and walkways, its very unorganized and just seems very run down inside there, I was going to take my dogs to get groomed there but I will not with the sight of the rest of the store.

Graceful Wings: A friend went in the store yesterday and two conures for sale. No Conure toys. The cages were nasty and moldy. THIS OUGHT TO BE AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL BIRDS IF YOU CANT TAKE CARE OF THEM IN THE STORE!I have a picture of the two cage. Nasty water. These birds will be sick if they aren't already. PETCO is getting worse and worse and the prices are RIDICULOUS. Before the pandemic they were 250-350. $ 899.00 is outrageous and uncalled for.THE TWO HANGING LINKS ARE NOT TOYS AT ALL. They can't even play. They just sit there day after day. SHAME ON YOU. Whomever the manager is, NEEDS TO BE FIRED. There are plenty people that love to work. GET RID OF THOSE WHO DON'T GIVE A FLUP ABOUT THE BIRDS. They are NOT like cats & Dogs. They need toys. Something to chew!I hope the government stops you from selling precious birds.

Hannah: Trying to book through their app makes it impossible to get both of my dogs groomed anywhere near the same time. I’ll go somewhere else then because not only is that obnoxious it’s incredibly wasteful. Why would I drive there twice and why should I have to take time off of work to be able to get both dogs groomed in the same day? Scheduled one appointment for 3:30, scheduler showing 14 available times including 2:30 and 3:00 appointments still available. Go to schedule other dog and only 7 available with nothing after 1:30. Cancel appointment and go back in all 14 afternoon times available. I’m just go somewhere that cares about efficiency.

Toni Leonard: Lately I have been so dissatisfied with the way my dog has been cut a now I’m paying 70 dollars for my dog to get a messed up cut . They never answer the phone or call you back when u leave a message. So unprofessional. I recently took my mom dog an she came out looking worse when they got through. Plus my mom dog has been whining like she got hurt. I will never take my dog or my mom dog there .
Dakiem Daniely: Expensive but very convenient. Twice as much as my mom and pop spot on almost everything and not the same quality at times. Very close to home and decent hours of operation though... also worth not having to drive the distance pay for gas or risk the drama.

They also offer grooming services and a self serve dog wash! Cleo the cockatoo is also a big hit. They frequently have events in the store with puppies/dogs, and sometimes even pet photo shoots. It is always a great experience going there!
becky briskin: They really curate which dog foods they carry and know everything about the ingredients, where they’re manufactured, etc and helped me pick the perfect food for my poultry intolerant pup. They have so much experience & knowledge, and make the community a better place with fun events and weekly nail trims. The employees somehow know every dog in the D by name and truly care about your fur baby.

Micki Miller: Cute little store for dog and cat needs. I love that this is within walking distance and my dog loves to explore everything within her reach, opposed to big-named stores where she usually doesn’t seem interested in checking out anything. I have yet to buy anything here that hasn’t been far above average in quality and prices are good too. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly, plus they have Apple Pay, which is helpful since I don’t like to carry cards or cash on me while my dog and I walk. The only negative is I feel there are too many options within such a small space and it just feels a little crowded.
