K J: Came in for a consultation and xrays to see about braces (got none of these by the way). The doctor said "I think someone else would be a better fit for you because I don't think he could handle what I want to do" based on how my son (7yo) didn't like the feeling of the chair going up. He didn't even try to help or give any guidance. Just walked in and threw us away. Then gave me some referrals for specialist he thought would be a good fit, but if they are anything like him (Mason Haddow), I have to decline. Rejection is God's protection.
Caprice Dennis: I had an appointment scheduled at 8:00am, for them not to even open up until 8:30am. Wasn’t seen until approximately 9 am and was told I’d have to wait until about 10:30am for the orthodontist to get in and complete my appointment by doing my fill-ins. Awful experience!

Huffy Brewster: I went in because I was experiencing tooth pain whenever I chew. The Dr came in and looked at X-rays of my teeth from 6 months ago, tapped on my teeth, and told me to use a medicated toothpaste and different mouthwash. I also questioned the black line on my back tooth(which I just had my cleaning a week prior) she said that was from a silver filling I had and I explained I’ve never had silver fillings before. Overall I’m still feeling the pain and it’s getting worst. I tried this dentist because of convenience, but overall I’m not pleased with my visits or service. It just seems like it’s rushed and my teeth aren’t cleaned to my preference.

Patricia Parko: I would give 0 stars if I could. I called and made an appointment and gave them all my information. I was told they weren't sure if they took my Medicare insurance, I told her I got their name from my insurance company. They called to cancel me with no explanation, I rescheduled and was told they would verify my coverage before I arrived, when I got there I was told they can't verify coverage until you arrive? I've never heard of that. I arrived at 2:00, it took until 3:00 to get the answer. Of course they took my insurance. I called my insurance company after and they told me that was ridiculous, At 3:00 I was called and found out there is no hygienist, the dentist does the cleaning, there was one and there were patients in every room. Staff kept interrupting, she spent maybe 10 minutes and then put paste on my teeth, got called out and then an assistant came in and said I could rinse and go!? The staff was nice enough, just not organized or professional. I asked to speak with the dentist before I left and they said that was not going to happen!? Also the office was not very clean. I do not recommend

She perceived to clean my teeth then the pain sent in and she continued to clean even after seeing that it was causing me much pain she care little to none about my pain. She then finished l was in this chair less than 15 minutes out the door this is the worst dental appointment in all my 54 years of living. She showed no compassion and little concern of pain she cause she said nothing to me after this was so unprofessional

rach wiggs: Lazy, careless cleaning.I’ve been regular on dental appointments since a child. I have children now, and my previous dentist retired so I tried this place. First visit was for my daughter at 2 y/o. The dentist was very impatient and easily frustrated. Second visit, I scheduled our entire family (pure necessity) and between a 1y/o, 3y/o, mom and dad, the wait and xrays lasted longer than all of us being “cleaned” combined.The dentist did our “cleaning” which consisted of a lazy look around the mouth and a half done polish with the power brush. No cleaning around gums, flossing etc as I’m normally used to.Don’t waste your time.

After following my treatment plan, my dentist returned my Beautiful Smile with Flexible Partials. After completing the process & it was time to see my partials, and she put them in. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL, AND LOOKED SO MUCH LIKE MY REAL TEETH!! My Dentist knew I was concerned about them looking natural & not like I had partials... I looked at myself in the mirror, I couldn't hold back the tears. I was so HAPPY that I could smile with confidence again!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!
Gayle Baxter: I visited DD 8/31/2020 on Mack & Alter. I made the appointment after work and was accommodated within a week. I waited less than 4 minutes to enter the office. I was called into the dental chair quickly too! That was all good, however the professionalism of the office manager Ms. Portia and Carlese the medical dental assistant was excellent. Now onto the passionate and extremely knowledgeable Dr. Parsons. She was gentle and caring. She knew this was my first doctors visit after COVID-19 re-opening. I was put at ease by the entire staff. Dr. Parsons and the dental assistant practiced the highest cleanliness and visual sanitation practices. I was very pleased on every level. Upon leaving my visit I was financially assessed for my next visit so I have no hidden costs at my next appointment. Thank you Dr. Parsons and staff.

Miss TA: Dr. Sumera Khalid is such a blessing to have as a dentist. I really appreciate her. She looks out for her patients and really cares about them. When she was working on my teeth she took her time and did not rush. I've had a chipped front tooth for about 4 years and every dentist that I saw just cleaned my teeth and sent me on my way. None of them ever asked me if I wanted my tooth fixed or my fillings replaced. Dr. Khalid actually fixed my chipped tooth and replaced my fillings that were old. I was so grateful for how she made my teeth look. I would recommend Dr. Khalid for anyone who wants their smile to be bright and healthy.

One of the cracked teeth split in half they had to take it out still have a piece of the tooth left in my mouth after telling them for over a year I want this tooth out the had to remove the other cracked tooth. I don't like to smile anymore thanks to these people. Then they have the nerve to call and set an appointment for me and THEN tell me unless I pay the balance of my bill they can't see me. I wouldn't bring a dog down there for them to work on. Tried staying thinking they would at least try to help me get partials but the just kept me waiting. I guess to pay more money. I'm so finished with these people and very upset with the way I look when I open my my.#whydiditrustyou

That wasn’t the most scary point...As I sat outside the office, I was approached by security (maybe I was in one place for too long) and I said “yes, I’m supposed to be here, but the lady inside WONT COVER HER FACE”- I was left alone, no issueAt that point, I stood/shuffling back and forth as I watched unmasked from the nose uncovered to the flat out open breathing (no mask in site)I went to an area where there was nobody around me... there I watched an un masked lady ask a “Security Officer” where the men’s bathroom was. Face to face, no more than 6 inches apart.DOUBT ME?This all happened between the times of 11:00 and 11:15 in the area of the subway East of the dental center.Guarantee there is security film that backs my claims...I was called in to drive a patient at the last minute... so I was unprepared for the half a$$ security...next time!? I’m FILMING! ! !And feel lucky, I didn’t mentioned the homeless dud, who came in, and picked up a “I’m healthy” sticker off the floor, and slapped it on his shirt.You guys are a mess, and I don’t feel safe at this medical center...your security is junk, they let “chinstrap masking” and “I refuse to wear a mask” mentality, to run rampant.

I didn't want my mom exposed to the radiation if she had X-rays taken recently which is why I called. She said the last time she had them were back in 2015 but that she had exams and braces done. How are you doing a complete diagnostic exam without the X-rays? Mind you the last time she had a cleaning here she said it was extremely painful. Honestly their services are not ethical. You are better off going to Campbell dental affordable prices and up to date services.

He didn't come in the room once, just stood at the doorway at my back. His only offer was to pull my tooth, without even looking in my mouth. I was near tears and said it doesn't hurt I can't pull this tooth. He walked away and the nurse brought him back. She argued he could crown the tooth, he said I was going to get an infection and he'd see me in a few weeks when I lost the tooth and he had to pull it. Unless of corse I wanted a root canal, finally another option.It was unpleasant so I left. Emergency appointments are wack, first 2 patients at 1pm or something weird. Never going back again.I got a second opinion at another dentist. Turns out my tooth was fine and all I needed was a filling not a root canal! Avoid this place!

IM NOT A ROCK IM THE ROCK: Id had bad teeth for awhile and was always afraid to go to the dentist when i finally went to AFFORDABLE DENTAL. My experience was great and the pain was minimal. I only wish i had gone there sooner. Best dentist out there.
