Rilie Nall: Just drove halfway across town as fast as we could to get to this location by 8 pm when they’re supposed to close. Pulled up and walked to the door as an employee playing on his phone motioned to us that they were closed. As he sat at the front entrance to just tell us they were closed. It is 7:42 pm. He looked right at us and wouldn’t let us in.

C JONES: We were rushed to make payment by the young lady behind the register. We were still looking for merchandise to purchase. Only the young man with the afro was friendly. I'm sure we won't return.

hmgbobby: Stopped in to purchase a pair of shoes I won in a raffle. Online says they open at 10am. I showed up and they said they weren’t open until 11. 11am rolls around and they still have not opened. The employees are literally standing around doing nothing. There is now a line of people waiting. Avoid this location at all costs. They shouldn’t be in business if they don’t wanna open their doors. They finally opened doors at 1115am.

Janine Jones: I walk in to the foot locker on 8 mile & Gratiot and i had bougt some shoes from another store because they we're uncomfortable plus i walk on my floor to see if they would fit good and they was not so the manager Christian said i can't give you the money back but get store credit but then the other shoe was not comfortable either so he was the best EVER he gave me my full refund back i was So so so Happy, so i would recommend people to that store on 8 mile and gratiot he was Awesome Thank you
