Lynette Holliday: I am giving the stars for this location and the staff. Alan was very helpful. I do not have the best experience with the major carriers of any of these expensive services. The wait was long because of the carriers process, but during the wait, the staff was pleasant. They were also knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean. Despite a couple of unpleasant customers, the staff maintained a pleasant atmosphere. Would go back to this location again.

Rosalind Hardeman: Went in the store three times . First two times was not even acknowledged. Went in a trip time was greater. I told the associate that the ONLY reason I purchased the item need was because my car was being towed to the dealers. I will never go there again.
Jenee Moore: I came in to just pay off a balance. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, it almost as if they hated every time the door opened. The two reps worked with the same 2 customers for an hour and had a lobby full of people waiting instead of trying to multitask. It was really disgusting. If you have a customer who is loading a phone with phone numbers, you can’t take a payment really quick? It’s literally 5 people just standing around, no updates on when we’re being helped or anything. I felt like I was ruining there day by trying to pay my bill. I will never step foot on this horrible location again.

Caleb: Devonte (hope i'm spelling that right) answered every question I had over the phone regarding their mobile hotspots and their data only plans. I came in and Chris set me up and talked me into buying the hotspot. Then, when I had technical issues, and 30 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile Tech support got me absolutely no where, I called up here and Jasmine had my problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic team there.
Chalmus Mckinstry: No stars for T mobile today they drop the ball sent me a replacement phone for the phone they sent to replace the broken one the one they sent was broken so they sent me another one wan me to pay 5 dollars which I shouldn't have to pay because they sent the broken phone if they would have sent me a working phone I wouldn't be in this predicament
Crystal House: The manager Leo and customer service representative India was extremely helpful during my visit. From the moment I walked in, Leo was energetic, welcoming, comical, and kept a positive and vibrant demeanor the entire time (even though he received.a negative phone call). This was a ruff day for me since my phone was water damaged. However, Leo helped lift my spirits. I also watched him use the same energy with all of the other customers who entered. This would encourage me to send all of my friends and families to this particular store. Thank you all for a great customer service.

She made the process extremely seamless unless AT&T bounced us all over customer care trying to get my number switched… I am so happy to make the switch, and I couldn’t think of anyone else better to help me out! I highly recommend giving her a call if you are in the need of switching services !!

If you are trying to help an older parent or relative make a change, do not send them to this store. The reps in this store are not adept to dealing with an aging customer. Customers of a certain age need everything to be made plain. Any charges need to be explained up front. And do not try to upsell them. This store is strictly for someone who knows how to speak Sprint's language. This may not be relevant for everyone, but their customer service style made for a very frustrating experience for my mom and I.

vermon thomas (the vermonator): Horrible service both with T-Mobile and the insurance company that repairs your phones. I sat in the lobby waiting on my 1:00 appointment for 20 minutes before I was approached by anyone either T-Mobile or the insurance company to repair my phone. They told me my appointment was canceled and apparently my fault for sitting in the lobby waiting on my appointment and would not honor my repair although I was still there. Told me it cancelled and reschedule it. They told me they were busy repairing phones which is why I scheduled my appointment like they they're only ones that are busy. Sprint corporate / T-Mobile needs to cancel or close down this store as they have offered nothing but horrible service to their customers. Very poor attitudes in that customer driven but we have to pay these high cell phone bills for their service doesn't match.

It was a birthday present for my daughter & it didn't make it even though ordered way in advanced with same day delivery. Worst experience ever!

I called corporate only to be told I can only get a refurbished phone that I bought 3 months ago brand new I have sent this phone back 3 times just to get somebody else's refurbished junk it will be a year this April since I bought the very first phone I will not recommend Cricket Wireless to anybody when I took the phone to the UPS Store to be sent back for these refurbished phones they told me these phone come through there all the time they have since discontinued them I should have gotten my money back and then allowed to purchase another phone.

Sun Shine: The Family and I visited Cricket on Thursday in search of phones. We had first visited TMobile however, the deals even with zero money dwn would've still been outrageous not including the monthly bill.. Needless to say, don't believe the hype! We decided to check out Cricket. I myself was a little skeptical but Turned out to Be the Best Move! Darrius, the Store Manager assisted us and provided us excellent service. He actually went above n beyond because due to tight schedule we didn't walk into the store until 6:57pm n the store close at 7pm! Yeah, I know! But we needed phones and I'm so grateful he chose to service us because he could've came up with any excuse to say, "No we're closed" BUT he didn't So Big Kuddos To You Darrius! He was patient and gave us a great deal and in the end The Fam walked out HAPPY!!!
