Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

lilly: I ordered a package and it came with the delivery man was very rude and threw my package on my porch, and then rudely got in his car and left. I had a great feeling that my package was damaged so I opened it to see and only the box was damaged. I tried reaching out to the store I tried calling, but nobody answered. And so I called again and still nobody answered and then I took the receipt to see if they put any number on my receipt but a number on my receipt, but there is no number on the receipt so I could call. I definitely don’t recommend a Store because they won’t answer the phone. If you have a damaged package I don’t recommend the store for ordering. Otherwise everything there is good it’s not bad they’re shoes they’re crocs they’re Nike everything there is very good it’s just don’t order from the online because they would just throw it on your porch porch. They won’t come put it gently on your porch and I was only worried if my package like the shoes were damaged or anything but I recommend the store for buying from there like going to the store but not from ordering online.

Never heard of any of them and most their store don't carry. Coupon is pretty misleading. DSW needs to do better.

I only wear ASICS so it wasn’t a big deal ordering online, well I wore them for about 6 hours and I was in tremendous pain ( had to go home and change shoes). I wasn’t going to return them but my daughter reminded me that we’ve seen pretty bad shoes in clearance and I only wore them for a few hours and honestly they weren’t bad at all. So I decided to take them back and tell them exactly how long I wore them well needless to say they wouldn’t return them. The reason I’m so upset is because DSW is a million dollar company and they couldn’t eat $65. So dissatisfied with them. Although I still purchased another pair of ASICS I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

When I came back to the register to complete the purchase, the original clerk was gone and “manager” Kristie said that the original clerk, who set my items aside, did it wrong and that it’s going to be an extra $9. Kristie had a bad attitude and was rude during the checkout process. If I wouldn’t step out to grab a pair of socks in a first place, I would have gotten the correct sale price. It’s really not a matter of $9. It’s just very unprofessional of Kristie to change the price on my items in just a few minutes. Her being rude on top of this made it even worse.

I ordered some shoes online and when I received them, they were worn! I took them back to the store and when I say I received the best customer service I am not exaggerating. Erin De Francesco: At checkout the cashier typed in the item number instead of scanning and told me the total was the original price when there was clearly a clearance sticker on the box. I told the cashier it was on clearance. She gave me a weird look, scanned the barcode on the box this time, and corrected the price. No apologies for nearly overcharging me by $28. I don't think she would individually benefit from this so maybe the managers are telling them to price gouge with a promise of a percentage of the profit. Just make sure the cashier actually scans the item at checkout.
