Dr. Michael Treysman: Purchased my wife's additional wedding ring attachment from Medawars when we first moved to Michigan. Wife is very happy with the ring and we are always eager to return to Medawars to purchase more items. At the moment we are both in search of his and hers Rolexs and have not had the best of luck. Nicole G: If I could give this a zero I would! Don't buy online! I have been wanting a couple ring for many many years so my husband purchased a couples ring from Zales for Christmas. On site it said said delivered by Christmas! He ordered 1st week in December. Ring didn't show up til 4 or 5 days after Christmas! When he tried to reach someone they told him he had to do it all online. Online they have you TEXT! He got nowhere! When it arrived the boxes was broken and smashed. My 1st ring from Zales was an horrible experience. NOW 23 days after having this ring their is a stone missing now! Nothing should be wrong with this ring already! No stones should have falling out of it if it was set correctly! I'm so upset about the whole experience starting from Christmas day when it wasn't under my tree.

Crystal Hurteau: Walked into this location with no idea what I may find. I honestly felt very negative that I would find anything as I went to several other jewelry stores on this day with nothing but long waits and no luck. The two ladies working were very nice and attentive, but not pressuring. In less than 20 minutes I had found a band to go with my original wedding ring and I had it purchased and on my finger ☺️ Could not be happier. My original ring also came from Zales so nothing but good service all around from my end.

Leonard Cox: They always have a sign with their hours, but are never open. Must be out of business. Closed at 4pm, when sign says open 11 to 6. I've had this issue with them several times. So if you have a ring that needs cleaning and inspection every 6 months, this is how they can void your warranty. Never shop Zales again.

She expressed that, and even pointed to the place on her ear. We waited for our turn. We picked out the piercing. She even got her ear prepped and the instructions of care afterwards. Then we were told that Claire’s doesn’t do ALL cartilage piercings! Well, here is an idea, don’t advertise that you do cartilage piercings then, or be more specific! What a waste of time…..

charles owens: I bought a necklace from here and needed to pick it up on the 23rd. Kay Jewelers is the only business in the mall that their employees don't care enough to show up. I had to purchase more jewelry so my girlfriends Christmas wasn't ruined. I will never shop here again. Everyone I have told feels the same way. Gave 1 star because I can't give 0.I have to update this. They had a busted water pipe that made it unsafe to enter. When they were able to enter for just information, they called and gave me options on how to get my necklace. I don't usually jump to conclusions and couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks for going out of your way during the holidays to ensure I would get my necklace.

Josh Schroeder: I brought my woman a promise ring and she absolutely loves it other than the fact that the prongs seems to grab onto everything. So with that being said I did a return because there wasn't another ring that really caught my eye. So the day I go into to return the ring I'm told that they don't have enough money in the register and that I have to wait until they send a check they the mail.. but me wanting the money quicker so that I can get my woman the ring she wants, I called up there the following day and ask if I can just come there so that they can refund the rest of my money in cash so that I don't have to wait for the check. And she said no.. knowing that I want to get my m woman another ring. It made me really upset.. c'mon Kay's you have to do better than that
JR: They were the ONLY jeweler in the mall with good customer service and not just looking for a quick sale. When you're buying wedding set to last a lifetime and spending a considerable amount of money, you want to understand quality, warranty, and weigh your options. Jerry was great.

Called when we got there to check in told them the spot we were in they said ok and hung up before asking our name so we called back and they said our info pops up when we call so they didn't need our name so we thought all was good. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our order. We contacted support and they we told we didn't check in. Support was helpful and not long after they appeared. During the time we sat there only 2 cars ahead of us were helped and only about 5 cars total in the pick up spots including ours.

Rachel I: 🔴 🔵Purchased a Stearns and Foster’s mattress with frame from JCPenney‘s at Burton MI location.❌❌❌Associates badge number 0068.!!🔴🔷 !It was an awesome awesome deal but unfortunately, the experience afterwards wasn’t so wonderful. Received two emails during the finance process and said it could not be granted. The first situation, the phone numbers were incorrect because the sales person put in the delivery person’s phone number which messed up my accounts. Then two days later I got another email stating that they can’t process that order. Another half hour of my time spent solving what the salesclerk posted incorrectly. the billing address was incorrect changed to the delivery address. My account was very messed up. Been a Devote JCPENNEY for over 30 years👠👢👠👢SO 2weeks later the order was processed.
