Krystal McConnell: Patrick is by far the worst person I have ever interacted with. He made me and my mother feel uncomfortable as if we were doing something wrong and would not help my mother who has dementia and did not understand his questions.I would avoid Huntington bank all together.
Ky Thomas: The guy Patrick who helped my elderly mother and i is the most inconsiderate and demeaning person I have came encounter with. My mother has dementia and needs things explained to her and over the years her signature does not match as perfect as it did years ago. But to look me in the face and say I don't know what your trying to pull here but I'm not authorizing any transactions. I mean wow. I will be pulling my mother's money out of your bank as soon as I can and will never do business with you again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone. Hopefully this is not the practice of all Huntington employees.

Bradley McCormick: This bank is slow. No matter what branch you go to. Most of the people are good people. They seem to need better training for customer needs outside of deposits and withdrawals. They also need to hire more employees. For a bank as a whole, if I wasn't locked into there loan I would go somewhere else
BB: It says on the door open 9-5pm but get there at 4:40pm and all the doors are locked. Waste of gas especially at these prices. Ridiculous.
Michael Balen: This might be the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. We have a business nearby and use them for our banking and we plan on at least 30 minutes just to drop off deposits. Not sure what’s going on here but I don’t seem to have this problem anywhere else. Plus, the customer service is below average.
Shannon Keahey: I don't usually leave bad reviews but I'm really disappointed with this bank. I've tried to open an account twice now, and both times they said a teller wasn't in to do that. No teller at a bank?🤔I need an account so my husband and I can transfer money to each other, otherwise I would have given up. The second time they told me a teller wasn't available I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I arrived to a closed lobby and HUGE line for the drive thru. I thought about waiting in the drive thru until I sat for 10 minutes and no one moved. I called them to let them know what happened and left a voice mail. No one ever called me back and it has been over a week now. I guess I'm sticking with Elga. Really annoyed!
Dillon Wells: DO NOT trust them with your money. I went there 2 days ago to get change for my work. Lobby was closed and I had to wait in the drive-thru line for an hour and a half (not an exaggeration). I gave them $241 to make change for my drawers ($100 for one drawer and $141 for the other). I got back to the store and realized they had only given me the change for one drawer and shorted me $100. We tried to call numerous times without an answer so I had to drive back up there and wait in line for another hour and a half just to be told they couldn't help me and they would have to check to see if their system balances out. Never heard from them. Went back in today to see if the issue could be resolved and the man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that their system balanced out and that they can't help me. I requested that they check the cameras to see what happened because I know for a fact what I gave them and what I received back. I was told that they don't investigate these issues under $500 and there is nothing they can do for me. I am convinced they either put our $100 in someone else's envelope or pocketed themselves. Our store will be finding another bank to do business with. Never ever trust them.

Covid has made things really difficult for everybody and I hope to see everyone open up for in-store business soon. It's time to get back to as much normality as we can now. This location is at the very corner have the Genesee Valley Mall hand across the street from Panera Bread and Faith Christian Store Etc
The Legend: I went there today to get $40 worth of change for my job, left with no change! They could not do their job in looking up the business account and because I did not have two forms of ID, they refused to give me change for $40 dollars.I’m there 3 to 4 times a week making deposits for my job, but they couldn’t give us change for $40 without 2 forms of ID! That’s crazy!So I recommend banking at Chase. They were able to give me the change with no hassle and great customer service!

It's not like there's a line waiting outside of this place.Have to make appointments to do anything really, but also have to worry it might be cancelled. I advise going to the one down the road on Court St, it's the one I'll use from now on.

Ty Shackelford: My husband & I have been with this bank (joint)for 4 years! We really loved this bank and this location. Never had a problem! Tellers/account specialist/managers were always proffesional and extremely friendly with us. Today however, was the worst experience ever and lead us to the decision to remove our money and close our accounts out. A teller (apparently new) by the name of Laura was extremely prejudiced, unproffesional, and a bad customer service representation for the bank. First, she was not discreet with our information or the amount we were trying to remove from the bank. Mind you there were customers behind us. Secondly she was extremely biased and prejudiced towards reasons why we were removing the money and where it came from. She then, flat out lied and said she could not give us the amount we were asking for because the bank did not have the funds (Isn't that the main reason to go inside a bank, instead of atm?!?!) She then proceeded to treat my husband as if he was forcing me to take the money out of OUR account. Basically trying to force me to sign up for alerts that would go to my phone and not my husband's. When we stated to her several times that alerts from both cards goes to my email and my husband's phone. Eventually she agreed to give us a smaller amount but shoved the money in my husband's hand without counting it. We left feeling so disrespected and judged. Thats not the last. As I stated before we have had this account for 4 years we have never had any blocks , holds or withdrawal limits to our debit cards. However today after leaving the bank, we could not remove certain amounts of money without a fraud alert being sent out and supicious activity block being put on our account. With all that being said we will not be staying with this bank, and will take our services elsewhere. New bankers BEWARE!!!.

Jennifer Curtis: Spent a good chunk of time on my day off to go in and remove a deceased family member from the account. Signed everything....a month later they are still on the account. I've tried for over a month to get info on a direct deposit that goes into the account. I was told they'd put in a ticket, never heard back. I'm trying to sever all ties but can't without all the info to move things to a different bank. Sad when hiring an attorney crosses your mind because a financial institution is so difficult to deal with.

Maybe the internet isn't for you: Came in to speak with a banker regarding some issues with my account. Banker tried directing me to the 1800 number. I had already explained to him that I would like to speak to someone and was willing to wait. I don’t want to go thru an automated system. That’s why for the first time in about 4 years I physically came into the bank. Not impressed with customer service....please listen to your customers instead of brushing them off.

Khaled Khirfan: Regret coming here always a wait, staff are nice, but since the ATMs seem to always be down or "technical errors" you end up having to come in. Ridiculous almost worth driving to the next closest one.
Laura ramirez: Went through the teller drive through. Shorted me $100. I triple counted and sent the money back. They agreed that they counted $100 short in the envelope after sending back, but said their count was right. They had a manager “watch” the teller recount her drawer and said it was correct. I had to leave $100 short. The manager never spoke to me, just said to leave my information, also never giving me anything to write it on. I went into the bank to speak face to face, the manager was on a call and would take 40 minutes. So I left and attempted to call back without success.Moral of this story, don’t go through their drive through as you cannot prove their negligence in properly counting money. Management couldn’t care less in their errors.Find another bank!!!
Church Secretary: I have been trying to get in touch with a person to answer a quick question and it's terrible how many options I had to listen to on the phone, how many numbers I tried calling, all to be hung up on by the Robo-machine! Our store is located in Swartz Creek and they shut down the bank here to the regular customer base which has us driving to this location now. He has banked with Chase/Bank One for many years and has had many hiccups of late with this place!!! I'm thankful I don't back with Chase nor will I ever.....

Todd Dennis: The branch is so unprofessional. They shorted our company change (we needed $50 in ones and they gave us $40 wrapped in a 50 band. We called immediately to report he problem and they would investigate.... 10 days later they have done nothing. Worst bank branch I have ever seen!
hibi jibi: What I assume to be the bank manager just close the door in my face without explanation at 11:51 a.m. April 8th 2021. This branch leaves a lot to be desired, like being open. Headed to Grand Blanc to talk to their manager and actually get anything done today.
Lexie Boss: Their atm will not withdraw your money and you will have to file a dispute. Mine has takin months. I’m pretty sure they are scamming because it has happened to multiple people in the last couple months.

Julie Parks: Worst Chase location ever. Whomever is the new manager is horrible. In order to see someone you have to have an appointment, there is nothing posted anywhere indicating an appointment is necessary. The only sign posted states that you have to check in at a teller.
jason thornton: Just went into the bank to tell him I have not seen a replacement card after waiting a half-hour in line and was told to call the number on the back of the card or go online and request a replacement seems like they should be able to do that at the bank perhaps I should be with a credit union

Teril Cooper: Terrible service. Came infor a cash advance for mt extra debit card andthe last impatiently helped me. Rushed thru the transaction then literally threw my money at me and walked away like I didn't have a question. I promise if i had more time on lunch she would have gotten some action taken against her. First and absolute last time i give them business. I rather go to the hood than go to here again.
