Waited in the drive thru for almost an HOUR and they were serving people who cut ahead of everyone and went through the closed lane. Absolute bull! This branch is the worst I've ever seen. Why am I even using Huntington?

We got there at 3:59pm, but apparently they close at 4, which is not what their website says or what they said when we called them. The teller was extremely rude and refused to help us even though we got there before they closed. Would not recommend this location at all. We will not be going back there again after being disrespected. Horrible customer service.

D Starr: Drive Thru only (due to COVID-19) 3 lanes open but only 2 tellers. The 3 lines were wrapped around the building. After over an hour I FINALLY make it to the front of the line and a SIMPLE check only deposit takes almost 15 minutes. I'll drive down to the Huntington on Hill Road (near Fenton Road), yes it's a farther drive from my place of business BUT I've never had to wait in a line for drive thru. Yes, it may also be difficult to make a left out of but I wouldn't have to make a left. I'd make a right go back over to 475 North and go back to work.Here is an idea Huntington...if you have 3 lanes open, have 3 tellers and make the lanes specific:I Know What I'm Doing & I'm readyI Have NO Clue What I'm Doing & I'm NOT readyBusiness Only

Michael Rendon: I don’t understand the low ratings here. They’re always friendly and very helpful. I mean it’s a bank... but it’s the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Transactions are always very transparent (no mystery debit card charges waiting to invoke overdraft fees like some other banks - CHASE!!) deposits show up on time, plenty of online bill pay options, great app. And most importantly the people here are not judgmental and they really do want to help you with your finances, you just have to ask. By the way- Dort Federal can kiss my a**. I’ve been with Huntington for a few years now and I’m sticking with them. Great bank and this branch on Hill Rd. is solid.

Christine A: Do not use this bank/ATM if you're not a Huntington member. We just lost an ATM card in the machine and were originally told we could get it back after the technician retrieved it, even though it wasn't a Huntington card, if we left our contact information and had a photo ID when we returned. We emphasized the importance of getting the card back, that it was issued by our employer and is how we got paid, and were then told it would be shredded! The manager who was called was rude, impatient and unprofessional. We work hard to keep a roof over our heads and food on our table and now can't access our money until our employer issues us a new card. If shedding non-Huntington cards that their machine doesn't return is bank policy it should be made known before you use their ATM!

Pure laziness!And I went there a few times around noon, and they're closed! What kind of a bank completely shuts down for lunch??? Laura ramirez: Went through the teller drive through. Shorted me $100. I triple counted and sent the money back. They agreed that they counted $100 short in the envelope after sending back, but said their count was right. They had a manager “watch” the teller recount her drawer and said it was correct. I had to leave $100 short. The manager never spoke to me, just said to leave my information, also never giving me anything to write it on. I went into the bank to speak face to face, the manager was on a call and would take 40 minutes. So I left and attempted to call back without success.Moral of this story, don’t go through their drive through as you cannot prove their negligence in properly counting money. Management couldn’t care less in their errors.Find another bank!!!

Church Secretary: I have been trying to get in touch with a person to answer a quick question and it's terrible how many options I had to listen to on the phone, how many numbers I tried calling, all to be hung up on by the Robo-machine! PC Thomas: The workers at this branch are great but the management is lousy. They change daily from the lobby is open then closed, and now the entire branch is temporarily closed. If you are incapable of running this branch then close it down and save Chase customers time and frustration.

The drive thru teller, whom I didn't get her name, was horrible. Our store is located in Swartz Creek and they shut down the bank here to the regular customer base which has us driving to this location now. Since doing so I've never have been treated as poorly as today. I did inform my boss how awful this location was today. He has banked with Chase/Bank One for many years and has had many hiccups of late with this place!!! I'm thankful I don't back with Chase nor will I ever.....
