Rita Salib: First of all no hand sanitizer in that place no good service i tried to exchange coin the teller kept on telling me this missing a dime and that is extra after that I went to chase Bank they took the coin no question asked not even asked for my driver license, I thought iam doing them a favor for the shortage of coin very disappointed 😢 😞 😕

Ruth Toppi: I went in bank asking if I could get or buy a money bag. The tellar asked if i had a business acct. I said no. Another tellar stood there and said" the money bags aren't just for anybody! I replied Anybody, and walked out. Then I call Fifth third in Durand. Which I asked if I could get a money bag, she told me she will have it for me ,when I go there Thursday. Durand 5 star. Ty

Maybe the internet isn't for you: Came in to speak with a banker regarding some issues with my account. Banker tried directing me to the 1800 number. I had already explained to him that I would like to speak to someone and was willing to wait. I don’t want to go thru an automated system. That’s why for the first time in about 4 years I physically came into the bank. Not impressed with customer service....please listen to your customers instead of brushing them off.

Jerod Gordon: The place is open on Saturdays but it's often busy and I've had issues waiting for a Yourride with my mom. Plus one of the staff was completely rude to me about two years ago. It's great that it's downtown and that's pretty much the only reason I go to this chase

Mary Gusha: I drove all the way over there but there was no place to park. Seems the parking spaces are provided for the other businesses. Lord knows I don't need a tow. I did however read that it's wheelchair accessible I guess if you don't need to park. I'm going elsewhere. It's just too much of an inconvenience.

hibi jibi: Zero response to placing an ATM downtown that is accessible during closed hours. I've been a Chase customer since I was 12 but am moving my money due to poor customer service at this location.

Michael Ewing: The Branch Manager was a douche-canoe. I have always been a fan of Chase, but not this guy. I went to a different branch—they were helpful.

Dorothy Gae Davis: Manager Rick couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I am not a Chase customer but he helped me with the account of a deceased account holder and even printed me free checks so I can pay bills for the deceased.

Jerry Rule: The branch manager, Rick is very unprofessional. Two foreign students had their accounts closed for no reason causing them late fees on their accounts. DO NOT BANK HERE. I am closing my accounts and advising all who bank with Chase to switch banks

Cathy Amore: had an appt at 4. was left sitting there for almost 30 minutes. The banker i had an appt with was helping someone else. He could have gotten one of the other two bankers sitting there to help me if he was busy. I had other commitments. couldnt sit at the bank all day. i left and went down to another chase branch to get my request taken care of.

Liliana: I lost my debit card and came in to order a new one. The lady then takes my phone and tries to set up Google pay for me to use the ATM instead. I NEEDED A NEW CARD the chase app was more helpful

Clarence Winkfield: Every time I've been there they've refused to provide service and I'm profiled as if I'm trying to break the law. Will never do business there again until they hire a staff without bias.

David Gonzalez: The staff was rude and unprepared, i asked to be helped with changing my pin and was told if i really needed to do it at that moment, they were even disrespectful with one another not what i would expect from chase.

RML: Visited this branch today and was serviced by teller Cindy Gillette ! She was amazing she performed the transaction efficiently and accurately!!! Cindy was friendly and professional and a . GREAT asset to Chase and this branch! Other employees were great But Cindy was outstanding!!! Thank you Cindy!!!

NihaoThe globfather: Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received from a bank, instead of helping an upset customer resolve issues that are affecting every aspect of their financial life they feed me lies and told me the exact opposite from what i was being told on the phone from their specialist that were actually allowed to override the branches decision then they proceeded to lie and tell me things werent noted on my account that i could visibly see they were. Ill be filing a complaint with corporate not only just over the management but tellers too. Ive used chase for 10 years and i have never once though my bank would upset me this much over absolutely feeble things. Just read the comments about this place not one good word about this branch.
