Priscilla Vincent: Chase is always a good place to go. What a great Bank. Unfortunately, this particular branch, is in a nasty little strip plaza. The parking lot is in horrible shape and I think it's in a very bad area of Flint.

Khaled Khirfan: Regret coming here always a wait, staff are nice, but since the ATMs seem to always be down or "technical errors" you end up having to come in. Ridiculous almost worth driving to the next closest one.
Laura ramirez: Went through the teller drive through. Shorted me $100. I triple counted and sent the money back. They agreed that they counted $100 short in the envelope after sending back, but said their count was right. They had a manager “watch” the teller recount her drawer and said it was correct. I had to leave $100 short. The manager never spoke to me, just said to leave my information, also never giving me anything to write it on. I went into the bank to speak face to face, the manager was on a call and would take 40 minutes. So I left and attempted to call back without success.Moral of this story, don’t go through their drive through as you cannot prove their negligence in properly counting money. Management couldn’t care less in their errors.Find another bank!!!
Church Secretary: I have been trying to get in touch with a person to answer a quick question and it's terrible how many options I had to listen to on the phone, how many numbers I tried calling, all to be hung up on by the Robo-machine! Very frustrating! Even trying to upload this comment was not working properly (maybe they are censoring the messages before allowing them to be posted).
Aman Shukairy: The absolute worst branch. I avoid coming here with good reason.
J Zimmer: My elderly father, who has been completely deaf for the past 7 years was assisted graciously to make some adjustments to his accounts. We appreciate the genuine helpfulness we received!
PC Thomas: The workers at this branch are great but the management is lousy. They change daily from the lobby is open then closed, and now the entire branch is temporarily closed. If you are incapable of running this branch then close it down and save Chase customers time and frustration.
Brenda Crowl: Didn't have a banker available for transactions until another week. Poor management. Should have at least one person who's qualified in each branch, even if you need to wait until finished with previous customer. Poor customer service!!
john doe: The only bank that won't allow customers inside.The drive thru service is extremely slow.Business customers have preferential treatment.The lanes are extremely narrow, and the equipment is dirty and old. It's an overall bad experience.
Samantha Yeager: Mike is amazing to work with. So helpful, and patient with the needs of the customers. I had some account issues that just so happened to hit on Friday at 4pm. Mike had it all taken care of by 9:30am Saturday. Highly satisfied with this branch and the help I received from the branch manager ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elizabeth Failing-Dill: I was just at this location for my place of employment getting change for our store. I was treated like I was a criminal. The drive thru teller, whom I didn't get her name, was horrible. Our store is located in Swartz Creek and they shut down the bank here to the regular customer base which has us driving to this location now. Since doing so I've never have been treated as poorly as today. I did inform my boss how awful this location was today. He has banked with Chase/Bank One for many years and has had many hiccups of late with this place!!! I'm thankful I don't back with Chase nor will I ever.....
Bhart96: This chase is a joke. There are only two bankers who take there candy time with everything. I’ve waited over an hour just to get my credit score printed off. Go to any other chase.

Kimberly Freese: The most friendliest and polit banking experience I’ve had. I’ve banked with them for many years and they have always been understanding and reconciled any obstacles that I have had. Top rated for business as well!!
Cathy Amore: had an appt at 4. was left sitting there for almost 30 minutes. The banker i had an appt with was helping someone else. He could have gotten one of the other two bankers sitting there to help me if he was busy. I had other commitments. couldnt sit at the bank all day. i left and went down to another chase branch to get my request taken care of.
Liliana: I lost my debit card and came in to order a new one. The lady then takes my phone and tries to set up Google pay for me to use the ATM instead. I NEEDED A NEW CARD the chase app was more helpful
Clarence Winkfield: Every time I've been there they've refused to provide service and I'm profiled as if I'm trying to break the law. Will never do business there again until they hire a staff without bias.
David Gonzalez: The staff was rude and unprepared, i asked to be helped with changing my pin and was told if i really needed to do it at that moment, they were even disrespectful with one another not what i would expect from chase.
RML: Visited this branch today and was serviced by teller Cindy Gillette ! She was amazing she performed the transaction efficiently and accurately!!! Cindy was friendly and professional and a . NihaoThe globfather: Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received from a bank, instead of helping an upset customer resolve issues that are affecting every aspect of their financial life they feed me lies and told me the exact opposite from what i was being told on the phone from their specialist that were actually allowed to override the branches decision then they proceeded to lie and tell me things werent noted on my account that i could visibly see they were. Ill be filing a complaint with corporate not only just over the management but tellers too. Ive used chase for 10 years and i have never once though my bank would upset me this much over absolutely feeble things. Just read the comments about this place not one good word about this branch.

Cynthia Watkins: These ladies work hard to service our north side of town. They have long lines and still have a great attitude. There always helpful and gives great banking information. todd Wilson: Worst bank I’ve ever tried to deal with when you call any branch you get the same phone recording with no options to actually speak to someone plus they have several branches list as open on google but when you get there you find out there closed I wouldn’t have even giving them the one star rating I did but it was the only way I could leave a comment so actually I would give them a zero star rating

Since this was a partial check for $300 I didn't want to open an account this week.Not only was inside not open, I was charged $10 to cash a check out of my works bank!!!!!To top it off she gave me 3, $100 bills without asking what denomination I wanted.I am not getting my planned account here next week, OR EVER NOW!

They are not supportive of local businesses or business owners, even though I have used them for my personal banking for years. They misrepresent their business and are dishonest with their customers. STAY AWAY.

Todd Dennis: The branch is so unprofessional. They shorted our company change (we needed $50 in ones and they gave us $40 wrapped in a 50 band. We called immediately to report he problem and they would investigate.... 10 days later they have done nothing. Worst bank branch I have ever seen!
hibi jibi: What I assume to be the bank manager just close the door in my face without explanation at 11:51 a.m. April 8th 2021. This branch leaves a lot to be desired, like being open. Headed to Grand Blanc to talk to their manager and actually get anything done today.

Julie Parks: Worst Chase location ever. Whomever is the new manager is horrible. In order to see someone you have to have an appointment, there is nothing posted anywhere indicating an appointment is necessary. The only sign posted states that you have to check in at a teller.

Ty Post: Ive used them for years and had nothing but problems Don't trust um they tried to keep half my check saying i dont have enough money in my account to cash it went to elga and they cashed it no problem and told me they had no idea why they couldn't cash it and give me the full amount i called and asked customer support and they gave me the run around definitely done there

Phoenix Zudell: Chase ATM is a great place if you need to grab money and a flash, transfer money or simply just get a balance. there may be a fee if you are visiting Chase ATM and that is not your actual banking institution but you can get cash out either way. It's in a very convenient location if you're on the southern part of town and it's in a really lighted area for security and is just a really good place to grab some quick cash out of your account or maybe transfer some money from your savings to your checking or whatever you might need to do and a quick / safe manner.
Scott Haney: The bank is closed, but the drive up is open on the side of the bank. Confusing at first, but saved me tons of time today!
