I’ve been here several times and we always have an awesome experience!Today we had the “no horsin around this morn” it’s a grilled breakfast sandwich with deli Turkey, scrambled eggs, Munster cheese, horseradish and tie jam. Don’t let the horseradish scare you!! It’s AMAZING!Staff are always so awesome and accommodating!

Mike Finton: What a gem of a cafe tucked away in Grand Blanc! From the cool vibe of books and maps to the unique individual coffee cups this place started off strong. The food didn’t disappoint either. All locally sourced products that hit the flavor bell. Fresh eggs and banana French toast and tasty home fries. Everything was wonderful. Service was friendly and informative, will return to try the sandwiches and cocktails.

Joshua Joseph: I showed up at Grafted Root Eatery at roughly 11:50am EST on 03/30/2023, the place was busy but not crowded. The wait staff was quick to seat my dark skinned Middle Eastern father and I (important for later).We got a nice table and ordered two cocktails. The two spicy Bloody Mary's could have passed for a virgin drink, less than 1oz of Vodka. The amount of Tabasco in the bottom was uncalled for. The lemon rind was at the bottom of a glass that was filled to the brim with ice. Who includes a lemon rind in a Bloody Mary?!Now to talk about the food order. My father ordered eggs over easy, toast, and home fries. I ordered a Turkey Reuben. Our order was placed, we waited 30+ minutes.Two other parties were sat and were served very similar food to our food order. One person was served eggs benedict (eggs and toast), with a side of home fries, and the counter part of that person also got breakfast items that were quite similar to my fathers order as well.The other party that was sat well after us was served their food before us. They ordered lunch based food. Sandwiches to be precise. I ordered a Turkey Reuben, odd that these people were served before me.Then I noticed, my father was the only dark skinned person in the restaurant. To clarify, the other people that were sat, ordered, and were served before us were not dark skinned like my dad.Our drinks were sub-par. Our food, take a look at the pictures. We asked for our food to go, and this is what occurred.I paid my $54.06 bill and tipped well (20%).Also the health department might want to take a look at how they are preparing drinks and food. No gloves. No hand washing between drink making and customer cash handling duties. They were answering phones and writing orders down and going right back to BARE HANDED drink prep and food running. Again NO gloves.I am absolutely appalled that this place thinks it is okay to treat people like this.What started off as a happy lunch with my dad turned into an experience of service negligence or straight bigotry.Subpar drinks, substandard food (see pictures of the food packaged by their wait staff), and smiling poor service has been a great disappointment. Very enlightening.Vegetarian options: Veggie - Veggie soup covered with Parmesan was on their daily board.

Dustin Braham: oh my goodness i love this place!!! heard they seasonally have zucchini bread French toast, which i hope to try sooner than later lol i had the lunch special sandwich which was absolutely amazing. unstuffed cabbage soup was great too. got talked into the bread pudding. not that they had to twist my arm lol they had me at freshly made. quaint little place with incredibly friendly staff. look forward to my next visit :)Parking: plenty of parking. located next to McDonald's in a small plaza of you will.Wheelchair accessibility: be a tight squeeze once you get through the door, but i have no doubt the friendly staff would be more than willing to accommodate and rearrange as needed.

This food the service the people it is all amazing. We go down south a lot for food and this is right on the same level as Restaurants in different areas this is a Hidden gem. Great music. Alyssa Fortelka: 100% DO NOT GO! It was so bad, we left before drinks! First off, we reserved a table for a large party weeks before the event and even called to confirm the day of to which they just gave away to some other party before we got there! They wanted us to sit at multiple booths back to back but that’s clearly not what a party would want to do when you came to socialize together. Then they offered to put tables together but because our party was too big for two tables together, a couple people had to sit at a neighboring booth which was extremely awkward. Plus the host was a very rude man. My husband and I were the last to enter out of the group and as we were walking to the table, the host was very short with us and almost shoved the menus and silverware to us (which surprised me wasn’t at the table already since most places automatically bring the whole table those things first). We ordered drinks to which never came within 20-30 minutes of waiting. The place seemed very dirty and ran down and at that point, we didn’t want to risk food poisoning so we all cancelled our drink orders and left after 40 minutes of this. We had to search for a last minute place for our birthday dinner. Very unhappy.

Celeste Lord: The flavor of the food speaks for itself. The building, plating, or use of plastic doesn't reflect the price of the food, but hear me out. The owner is very friendly and cares deeply about feedback and the quality of food. The hennesy salmon was AMAZING and the broccoli was perfectly roasted. Also best yams I've ever had. Service was super quick, and the dj created a nice lounge atmosphere. I'm giving 5 stars because the food was that good and the customer service was excellent.

The young man server was so worried that we were going to be mad about forgotten butter he couldn't carry that he thought we we're going to yell at him. Relax we got great food at good price with great service and dine in to sit enjoy ourselves. I wish more people would give a chance and relax it will get better

Sassy’s Confections: Absolutely the worst experience ever! Food came out cold my steak omelette came with a tablespoon of meat on top with only hash browns inside! It was supposed to have onion, green peppers, tomatoes and it had nothing but hash browns and cheese! My other family member’s order was completely wrong as well! We will not be going back, walked by the kitchen it was so dirty absolute filthy and garbage all over the floor. We waited 45mins to even get our food. The store manager I watched sit at a table for over a hour while his whole crew fell behind sad! If I didn’t have to give a star in order to leave a review I definitely would have! heavenly high: It was in the middle of the day. we walk in and there's no one to sit us and so we went to sit are selves a guy told us no so we went back up to the front and waited there is no sign to say please wait to be seated or seat your self and so we waited and the waitresses were just standing around doing nothing and there were only 4 tables in there so we walked out.
