Sandi Brunner: The worst customer service EVER!!!! There is no live person. They want everything automated!!! I need to talk to billing!!!! I say "billing" and I get automated payment prompts!!! I want a cheaper bill with what they save on normal human customer service! Worst experience ever!!
Stevie katrinic: If I could give Comcast 0 stars for their service I would I've been paying for their internet service for about 4 years now never had a problem with my box never had an issue with my internet and now all the sudden it's not working when there was a technician in the area the other day working on the poles and that has nothing to do with my box apparently even though my box has been working all this time and when I called I was told that dude was a source of the problem now I go in today to see about my internet not working and I get disregarded by a very rude young man in there saying that I need to replace my box even though there was a technician there causing the issue. Never felt so disregarded don't know why they have people with such a little experience out front like that when they can't even handle social conversation.

It’s been out for the last hour and when i try to speak or message an actual person i get put on hold for 20 plus mins or redirected to another message bot. Customer and general service sucks for the price you pay

Matt McLincha: Service is mostly OK. Prices not so much. The big problem with Xfinity is they've started blocking WiFi based security cameras. Obviously a way to force you yo buy a camera through them. I had to setup a secondary WiFi network, and of course no connectivity issues. This is b.s. I should be allowed to use whatever devices on the network that I pay way to much money for. Get it together Xfinity, remember your no longer the only game in town!
Amanda Smith: If I could give zero stars I would.I have been with Xfinity for 11 months, my bill was supposed to be $89 a month but had been informed by a chat rep that I have been billed $119.00, my payments have been due before I get paid, so I call in to set up payment arrangements or payment agreements and they turn the service off before the payment date or attempt to take the payment early and then shut off the service anyway. I call to complain, and nothing happens. There have been times that they shut the service off before the payment date we agreed on and when I attempted to use the chat options it would not let me until a payment was made so I called them and still could not speak with someone until I made a payment which then over drafted my account. They have done this EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME I call to complain, and nothing happens. This last time they shut the service off a day before the agreement date and I was on the phone for an hour and a half waiting to speak to a manager who did nothing to help me. I have been charged reconnect fee's even though they shut it off before the agreement date. When I call and explain that I have proof of the agreements they tell me that they don't see it from there end, but I get a text and email conformation every time. I have been charged for technical support to come out and fix the internet connection when it was supposed to be free. Today I called to cancel my service and they refuse to shut it off until bill is paid in full. I have paid for things I should have but they still want more. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and will be going from there. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY

Jordan Little: Wish I could give it zero stars but I cant. Been having a problem with devices pausing and not even being allowed to connect to the internet. Called a rep and didn't help what so ever. Went down to xfininty got a new router and everything and didn't help either now I'm stuck here paying for internet I can't use because they did something on there end to pause my equipment. Yes I made sure my devices aren't puesed at the stupid app and everything. If someone is paying for stuff you shouldn't touch or even do anything with it because it was working fine couple weeks ago not I'm without internet or anything since they did something on there end. Great work xfininty really love it -_-.

Pacman Cherveny: They might have long waits but it's your fault for not making an appointment but if you ever had the pleasure of meeting Van you'd give this place 5 stars too. I'd give the place 10 stars while he's on the clock. He should really be marketing for you guys cause he'd be great at doing that
Ryan Sweeney: Absolute insanity. I just need to pick up some equipment and I've been waiting for 45 minutes so that the same problems that I came in listening to can still not be resolved. Not a single person here cares about expediency. The manager came out and made sure to insult me by telling me my options of driving 40 minutes to another one or having it delivered.

She did say people could leave their equipment there and go if they didn't need a receipt so I did. Hope they take care of it okay. I had a quick question but they wouldn't answer it until it was my turn. I had like 12 people ahead of me. So I just left. Won't go back again if I don't have to. I miss the way it used to be before the remodel.
kismet rebeccarocks: After waiting 50 minutes in line I was finally called to the counter! There were 10 customers there and only one knew about making an online appointment . You need to promote that better but in the mean time get some seating for the elderly and disabled !!
machine man710: This place is a joke. Horrible service, no staff, slow as molasses. If needing to deal with this store you better have the entire day free, bring snacks, bring your own chair or you'll be sitting on the floor.
Dennis Sweet: Spectrum is terrible if you own a Motorola spectrum service and Motorola do not get along and every time you get an update you have to call or go to the spectrum store to get it fixed. And spectrum doesn't seem interested to fix the problem with Motorola phones so I fixed it I went to T-Mobile
Troy Keating: The employees don't know what they're doing and need more training. It doesn't help that they have to master all the Spectrum services instead of being departmentalized into a specialty. Wouldn't recommend doing anything here except exchanging equipment. Also make an appointment or you'll be waiting for hours.
Joani Stapleton: Not just an internet store now it's a phone business. No where does it say set an appt online. thank god a lady there said she'd been there 2 hours before being waited on because appt came first.i just need to returned my deceased father's cable boxes. Won't go in there again.
D1NO Foxracer: Spectrum is trash and their customer service garbage as well. I was treated terrible inside the store while waiting also. Tried to drop off their equipment on two different occasions and the wait was well over an hour both times, maybe a quick drop off counter or something similar is needed. Tried to get corporate to email me a return label, but they refused also. Finally had to drive way out of my way to visit a UPS store and mail it back to them. I'm trying to change providers so I don't have to deal with this horrible company again.
The Worm Hole Talk Show: The customer service representatives here were very rude. They lied right to me. Tried telling me it was cheaper to pay $10 a month for 3 years then just keep my $200 phone. Manger tried to pretend he didn't see or hear anything... Go to Fenton they are better.

The kiosk to sign in was not working and I had no choice but to go to counter to let them know I was there for my appointment and was reprimanded like I was a danger to her. I use spectrum for phone, tv, and internet and am now looking elsewhere.
Amanda Evans: People are helpful if you ever get to talk to someone. It's very crowded. I waited 2 hours and finally left. Came back the next day and had 4 people in front of me before they even opened. More stores and more people are needed.

Nell K: Saturday, only 2 people working and a line of 8 people. Not waiting for hours to add a new service, ill go to another cell phone provider. Charter needs to properly staff their store, you'll continue to lose business if not.

Anthony Randazzo: I traveled to the offices in Davison, Mich. and Fenton, Mich. To return a cable tv box and a modem. Reps take way too long to service customers. Davison had two "chatty kathy's" that served three customers in 50 mins while I was there. 2 reps in fenton service 2 customers in 10 mins. Sorry Fenton, the 2 syar would be an average of both company stores.

Madi Saari: Came in to grab a new modem since ours was outdated, and Jon was extremely helpful and we both had a good laugh about our espresso habits! He helped explain the setup since i vaguely understood the concept already, and told me if i had any difficulties i could contact them and they’d be happy to assist! I highly recommend this store! Chris was also there and was super kind as well! One of the first places i’ve been to in the Fenton area where i didn’t feel an overwhelming sense of judgement, you guys rule!
Marry Rose: Walked in to see about cell phone service with spectrum. Not a very good sales staff. lady was judgmental and not very welcoming right from the start. Rudely pointed out I had to have my phone paid off… it was and has been. And you can only get cell phone service if you sign up for auto pay. But hey the location itself is great and the store was clean. Wish my sales person took time to tell me the benefits of having cell phone service with spectrum instead of just pushing me off.
