Stevie katrinic: If I could give Comcast 0 stars for their service I would I've been paying for their internet service for about 4 years now never had a problem with my box never had an issue with my internet and now all the sudden it's not working when there was a technician in the area the other day working on the poles and that has nothing to do with my box apparently even though my box has been working all this time and when I called I was told that dude was a source of the problem now I go in today to see about my internet not working and I get disregarded by a very rude young man in there saying that I need to replace my box even though there was a technician there causing the issue. Never felt so disregarded don't know why they have people with such a little experience out front like that when they can't even handle social conversation.

Matt McLincha: Service is mostly OK. Prices not so much. The big problem with Xfinity is they've started blocking WiFi based security cameras. Obviously a way to force you yo buy a camera through them. I had to setup a secondary WiFi network, and of course no connectivity issues. This is b.s. I should be allowed to use whatever devices on the network that I pay way to much money for. Get it together Xfinity, remember your no longer the only game in town!
Amanda Smith: If I could give zero stars I would.I have been with Xfinity for 11 months, my bill was supposed to be $89 a month but had been informed by a chat rep that I have been billed $119.00, my payments have been due before I get paid, so I call in to set up payment arrangements or payment agreements and they turn the service off before the payment date or attempt to take the payment early and then shut off the service anyway. I call to complain, and nothing happens. There have been times that they shut the service off before the payment date we agreed on and when I attempted to use the chat options it would not let me until a payment was made so I called them and still could not speak with someone until I made a payment which then over drafted my account. They have done this EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME I call to complain, and nothing happens. This last time they shut the service off a day before the agreement date and I was on the phone for an hour and a half waiting to speak to a manager who did nothing to help me. I have been charged reconnect fee's even though they shut it off before the agreement date. When I call and explain that I have proof of the agreements they tell me that they don't see it from there end, but I get a text and email conformation every time. I have been charged for technical support to come out and fix the internet connection when it was supposed to be free. Today I called to cancel my service and they refuse to shut it off until bill is paid in full. I have paid for things I should have but they still want more. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and will be going from there. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY

Random Rebecka: I wish I could give them a good review I've been a customer about 5 years but really I can't. Price is decent but the internet crashes a lot. Usually you can count on it every storm and slows way down in the evening. I really don't mind that but it has affected my kid turning in school work. They are kind on the phone but you can never reach anyone for billing or service problems ever without calling a ton, and if they have billing issues they never tell you. They will let my service continue a few months and then turn it off with no notice at all and when I call them then tell me I owe for multiple months which several times I don't even think is accurate. I appreciate the leway but if they would send a text or call letting me know it would never be an issue. Then when I do get ahold of someone and pay they never turn it back on without having to call again and hope to have someone answer or even have the ability to leave a message. If you are okay with it being semi undependable but no cap on data when it does work maybe it'll work for you. Just tired of being disappointed and never able to count on it. I pay bills online and have been late on payments due to this stuff too.
Alicia Simpson: The connection is great, we havent had any issues or outages, even during storms when other ISPs strugglw. It will slow down at times if all the devices for all 8 people in our home are being used at once, which is rare.

Sharon Pratt: We have been with Invisalink for several years. We pay $85 a month for the worst internet service EVER! It is as slow as dial-up. You call customer service and get a recording to unplug your router (which you do) and you ask them to call you back and CRICKETS! Our upload speeds are always around 2 or less and our download speeds are the same. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! You cannot do anything on the internet with speeds that low. As an educator having to teach from home this year it has been a nightmare. Mr. Tebo and his crew lack professional business skills and they will not be in business much longer with Starlink on the horizon unless things DRASTICALLY change. DO NOT BUY Internet form this company you will regret it! Read the reviews from others, this is not a one time disgruntled customer.
Ashtyn Prater: Would NOT recommend to anyone. Stay away from this company. The lack of customer service over and over again was astounding. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected by a company that I AM PAYING! We canceled our service because one; we found a cheaper option. Two, the connection went out every time it was windy, and working from home I could never use this internet to get on virtual conference call without being disconnected or the service failing. So, we decided to cancel because this internet is not cheap, and like any person would, if you are paying for a service that is not up to your standards you cancel. When I called to cancel, I was disrespected to the point where the owner was yelling at me over the phone while I stayed calm explaining why I do not want their service and it should not be an argument. When I aligned up to get this internet, I was also told there would be no contract and I could cancel any time. The owner asked what internet I wanted to switch to and when I told him he said that is the worst internet available and that I will be calling him back begging to get his internet back... He also told me I signed a document saying I agreed to the two-year contract. I then asked him to email the signed contract to me. When I received the email of the documents, I signed by signature was NOT on the page where it explained the 24-month contract. Also, without notice when they came to get their equipment I was at work and the dispatcher called and I could not pick up the phone (didn't know why they were calling). I then listened to his voicemail and he said that his crew was coming to pick up the equipment sometime today, I was caught off guard because it is the middle of the month and I have paid Invisalign through the end of the month and we asked them if we could take the equipment off of our roof ourselves and bring it back to the office and they said yes as long as it was within 30 days and not damaged. I called back 30 minutes later, and they had already been to my house and taken the items. I was not happy, and this is Not something any homeowner wants to deal with during work. Giving 15 minutes notice for arrival with no previous communication is Not acceptable. I know internet is hard to find in rural areas but DO NOT use this company!!

timothy sands: Been a customer for several years now. 90% of the time, the service does work fine... until summer, when I need to fight the line of sight through trees that are across the field towards the farm I get my service from. But the issue I have most with this company, is they punish customer that pay there bill month after month but are not on a contract... $10 more per month to not have a contract, forcing people into contracts is class-less!! I understand the contract when I first signed up... Now they raised the price on top of that with no notice that I received, saying the price will be going up. Service is NOT worth the $85 per month I am paying for your tear 2 package... I am now looking for another source for Internet.

Brett Meyer: This is the best option for rural internet in the area. You have to keep in mind that it's wireless internet so naturally you get some variation in speed but over the last 13 years I've used them, it keeps getting better. Its far better than any of the satellite services and dsl. I've had a good experience with customer service with any issues I've had.
Sherry Yale: With a rurally remote residence, internet was not available from many companies. I chose Invis-A-Link due to its speed so my son can play video games online live with his friends....my understanding is that this is one of the most demanding uses of internet. It works great for him. Additionally, my boyfriend did a speed test and said this is one of the fastest internets he's seen. Sometimes everyone in the household is on the internet at once and it continues to work. At installation, Invis-A-Link did tell me there are limits to what it can do when there are multiple people using the service at once, as bandwidth is not infinite. I have rarely noticed this, not to the point of being a problem. There are times that the weather with the trees on my property can disrupt service (this may have happened twice briefly in the past year, which I have found comparable to prior internet services as well) and I was given the heads up of this possibility during installation and what to do about it (trim trees so the signal can get through). I don't think I have ever had the service go down at Invis-A-Link itself; not sure, maybe once during a bad storm if that, and I have had it for over a year. The customer service reps that I have dealth with have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Invis-A-Link has always been very straight forward with me and they know their service and what it can do. I am very happy with it and can confidently recommend it. I am not an employee....lol....just an appreciative customer.

ピクセルDarling: The worst ISP I have had. I was promised up to 300-600 mbps, yet everyday all day I get 5, maybe 10 if I'm lucky. But let's not forget, you may not even have internet for a full day, hours, or just literally off and on all day. If you just want to browse the web, then sure its fine, other wise, netflix, gaming, on demand, youtube, you can forget it. Let's not forget the subpar installation. They didn't wire the cables were I asked, and barely secured the cables. I had to re-wire where I wanted them. If you could give a negative star rating, then it would be a negative 5 star.
Dan McCaul: Editing my review. Much more pleasure able experience the past few months. Although I’m still disappointed in website, I know they can come up with a overall better site, but that’s not what’s important. The internet service has been much better. Their on-call tech support helped resolve an issue and convinced me that the internet connection was solid and it was a router issue, which is everything I could ask for while being on phone with tech support and he was able to explain everything in a why it is this way and why it does this fashion. Think his name was Jeff, so shout out to Jeff for being awesome at his job.

Dennis Sweet: Spectrum is terrible if you own a Motorola spectrum service and Motorola do not get along and every time you get an update you have to call or go to the spectrum store to get it fixed. And spectrum doesn't seem interested to fix the problem with Motorola phones so I fixed it I went to T-Mobile

It doesn't help that they have to master all the Spectrum services instead of being departmentalized into a specialty. Wouldn't recommend doing anything here except exchanging equipment. Also make an appointment or you'll be waiting for hours.

Tried to drop off their equipment on two different occasions and the wait was well over an hour both times, maybe a quick drop off counter or something similar is needed. Tried to get corporate to email me a return label, but they refused also. Finally had to drive way out of my way to visit a UPS store and mail it back to them. I'm trying to change providers so I don't have to deal with this horrible company again.

I use spectrum for phone, tv, and internet and am now looking elsewhere.
Amanda Evans: People are helpful if you ever get to talk to someone. It's very crowded. I waited 2 hours and finally left. Came back the next day and had 4 people in front of me before they even opened. More stores and more people are needed.

Lynnea Harding: Do not use this company. After having MULTIPLE connectivity issues, I finally disconnected and went with Starlink (thank goodness they have availability in Fenton). Have emailed them SEVERAL TIMES to cancel my account, however, they NEVER reply and sent a bill. NO REPLY to any voice mails either. HORRIBLE customer service.

I have never seen a company that doesn’t return calls or complete service.Your customer service is severely lacking and this service itself is horrible. Drops out constantly can’t get any signal at all. If you do try to call to have the service fixed. You can’t get in touch with anyone.We have since canceled our service ask them to come out and collect their equipment and they still took a payment out and we are disputing it with our bank right now .Do not go with Tri-County wireless awful company office service. No customer appreciation just bad bad bad all the way around.

Amy Brown: Service has gone downhill significantly in the past year. We are currently without service for a full week and the company is not responding to our requests for updates/status. Multiple attempts have been made to contact.*UPDATE 2/15/23 - Our numerous attempts to contact the company included text messages, service tickets, Facebook messages, and phone calls. There were only two text updates provided during the outage and both promised restoration dates that were not met. The outage was over a week long and the ghosting (non-responding) from anyone at Tri-County Wireless is unacceptable. They did issue credit for the outage this time. But there have been more intermittent outages since the major outage. It's just not a great service like it once was.
Cory M. Whitney: Absolute garbage of a company. Sadly, the owner was very friendly and seem like a great guy, but the service was absolute junk from day one. The owner showed up and sat in my driveway for two hours, turns out he was trying to reprogram some antiquated equipment because he ran out of the correct satellite head he was supposed to install on my house. He promised me he would be back as soon as the shipment came in, and would swap it out. That was four months ago, within those four months I’ve reached out to this company more than a dozen times, I have opened tickets, I have left voicemails, I have sent text messages, I have sent emails, and I received absolutely no response from anybody. For four months, I tried reaching this company, and for four months we were ignored. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Angela McAlister: Have been experiencing intermittent outages for the last three months, increasing drastically in frequency. Have reached out multiple times and received little-but usually NO response to troubleshoot or resolve.Wouldn’t recommend if you need even semi-reliable service…ours is to the point of going out daily (sometimes for an hour, often for several hours).I’ve given this company countless opportunities to rectify, but unfortunately they don’t seem to be interested in servicing or communicating with their customers.I use our internet for business purposes, so feel the need to warn those who this would affect outside of minor inconveniences. Buyer beware.
doug kaylor: new equipment installed, internet is now really fast, thanks tri-county wireless. I would have given 5 stars but I want to wait a month to see if the great speed and coverage continues .
Greg J.: Not very reliable, last month I lost service over 8 times that I had to write a support ticket with a lost of service for over 24 hours.The month before I had several days without service.Lost of service was not during any weather events - just their equipment.Even after their equipment update this month service was out several times.As a customer who pays for the Business service plan I expect to have internet without interruptions.

Wes Morris: We’ve had a lot of intermittent internet problems lately. However, Haley came out from TCWireless today and figured out the issue. After having resolved it, we now have good internet service in working order. Appreciate the helpful service!
