The TERRIBLE _: When it's open for the Halloween season it's an awesome place to shop.

Briefing_Galaxy: I absolutely adore this place. I've been coming to the same location every year since about 2018. It just opened back up and I've already went twice! They have great Halloween Decorations, Masks, Costumes, Props, etc. And just standing in The Store gets you into the halloween spirit! I totally recommend coming! It's great! It does get crowded every Mid-September and the whole month of October though!

Kristen Bullock: No dressing rooms, So we decided to set shop up in the open, (over there clothing of course). We had multiple staff say we could purchase and return if needed. (Mind you we had 2 children with us) who didn't know what they wanted to be. We were not going to purchase 7-10 costumes to return a day later. Then the staff decided to hawk us as if we were thief's looking to get away with a overpriced costume.. After they decided what they wanted ($129.00) later the cashier say we will accept returns up til Wednesday. Mind you ot was Monday.. SMH..They do have a wonderful variety, and cool displays. But don't think we should have been treated that way!My opinion.

Cherrybomb: I bought a hello Kitty balloon for my 21st birthday and loved it. Sadly during my party it flew away so I decided to get another one. While I was at the store a female employee with blonde hair who blows up the balloons gave me a replacement. She made my day and I was on the verge of crying. thank you so much to that employee ❤️

Jessica Smith: Purchased a costume and face paint using 15% off order coupon. Couple hours later returned to exchange costume for a different size. Was charged 15% more during exchange. I asked why it wasn't an even exchange for the same item, just different size. Was told it's not possible. Looked at receipt and it was returned and then rang up as new. I said I want an even exchange not a return, they said that's what they did (but charged me 15% difference). Finally just paid it and left. Will not be back.
Cyberpunk Eddiegordozen: A dreadful place went in looking for party supplies for a specific party couldn't get anyone to help me or even look at me until I was walking out of the store would not recommend to someone who needs help finding stuff I didn't see a single worker out on the floor

The inventory was still being stocked and set up but it was nice that they let shoppers come.in and look. Ataff was friendly and ready to help. We came in just to get ideas and will definitely be back!

Jill Thompson: It's early in the Halloween season & that said things may not be fully brought out yet. Therefore another trip more into the Halloween Season may be warranted. As a store however the one in Burton is a bigger store & better laid out though still mostly costumes & less decorations. For now Spirit Halloween is a let down compared to years past with a barely likeable selection this year. The main items seem to be (from the movies) Hocus Pocus merchandise or Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise as seeming to be the bigger theme draws the stores are going for this year if the bigger ticket items like the animatronic characters aren't to the liking or in the budget of the customer.
Adrian Mesker: I'm not sure how anyone could leave a negative review of this store. The prices are comparable to other stores considering they usually offer coupons. The store associates are extremely nice and helpful. The selection is great and the store is clean as well. I found a costume I liked but they didn't have it in the right size and the associates were able to order it from another store without any hassle. The costume arrived in only a couple days. As long as Spirit Halloween keeps coming back to Defiance, I will be shopping there each and every year.

Nate T: had to edit my review. they moved into the old blowing alley next door on Miller road next to a cigar loungeand as soon as you walk in you get hit with cigar and cigarette smoke so bad it makes you ill.I'm actually allergic to cigarette and cigar smoke and I ended up having to hit my albuterol inhaler because it took my breath so bad and made me ill.My wife and my daughter both were complaining about headaches for about an hour after we leftnot to mention all the prices are astronomical nowthere's hardly anything for a dollar mostly everything is 3 to $5, even the junk that was a dollarwhat is a dollar is kind of a joke. they moved to a new location and prices just skyrocketednot worth even walking in there anymore
Denise Kenel: I know his favorite place to go for party stuff everything you can imagine is in the store they're not in their old building they're in their new building right behind it the old bowling alley across from Italian gardens on Miller road please go in to visit it's a wonderful place to buy everything you need for a birthday party or any party the balloons are great

They have a large variety of things for parties, gifts, household needs, it's an amazement of items and they don't fool you. If it doesn't have a price on it, it's literally A DOLLAR!!!

The moment she picked up the phone it seemed like I inconveniencing her. And when she told me she had them I was excited. So I said thank goodness cause I have looked everywhere. And I hear her mumbling “I don’t care”. So I respond “yeah I know you don’t care, but thanks anyway”. Sorry that I made you do your job. If you don’t like it they are help wanted signs everywhere.
