Kj Jane: Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.
Mikhail Macherkevich: I don't like The Home Depot, because consultants in any location try to ignore you! I always have to look for these consultants all over the huge store in search of help. When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Any way the Ace store, the consultants are simply the best! In all Ace locations, consultants will approach you and offer their help! Ace has the best customer service!

Zach Miller: Ordered 3 items, a bed w/nightstand, chair and bar stools. Paid for delivery. Rep states bed wont be in for 2 to 4 weeks but everything else in stock and can take home myslef or wait for the other items for delivery. I chose to wait for delivery, which is why i paid for it bc i cant carry bu myself. On day of delivery, driver shows up and states does not know where chair is and to call the office. Also noticed when i looked at my receipt i was overcharged for furniture protection and advised CSR rep, Tina who said the prices on the internet are not the same as in store and you pay more in store for furniture protection. Definitely feel like i was overcharged and taken advantage of and also paid up front when they didnt comply with their end of the contract.
Madeline Unuvar: KayCee was great to work with. She was kind and patient with my parents and I while we were looking around. When I came back to purchase, she remembered me & was quick to get me approved for a credit card and get the order together. 10/10 would recommend working with her & Tina & I will be back in the future.Updated May 2023, they said I was getting 60 months interest free and they are charging me apr instead. I will never ever in a million years return to this location and I am returning everything immediately.

Joe Blackmer: Tomkins hardware was always a good store. It was sold and is now a Gilroy's.
Anthony Ellis: Under new ownership right now and they are renovating so it's kind of messy. Looks to be a lot of new things coming. Will be back for sure.
Randy Oryszczak: What is shame Tompkins was a great hardware store was very knowledgeable staff now that Gilroy's is taking it over the prices have gone up two-and-a-half times and they close 10 minutes before closing

Denise Spencer: This use to be a great store but now that Gilroys has bought it out, not so much. Just had 2 20lb propane tanks filled and they only put 4lbs of propane into each tank. A 20 lb tank holds 4.6lbs of propane. So beware you're getting cheated .6lbs every 20lb tank your getting filled.. ride off.
