Melissa the funeral director and all the members of her staff were absolutely a blessing during such a difficult time for myself, siblings and parents. From the initial phone call, to face-to-face meetings, up until the very end of the process; the kindness and thoroughness of these individuals was above and beyond. In addition to the people, the location is gorgeous; an enormous Victorian era building on a quiet street. Add into the equation that they are one of the most reasonably priced in all of Genesee County. Thank you Melissa and staff, keep up the excellence.

Cynthia Skinner: Flying in from out of state to see the remains of my love one. Very, very poor workmanship on the body facial features and didn’t look like herself at all. Evidently, they didn’t look at a picture of her and to say you knew her personally. She was black as a patent leather shoe. The staff was on point and I would never refer them to anyone. Terrible work.

Tammy Warren: On April 27, 2019 we laid my Father to rest. Moon made the difficult process very smooth. Seeing I was traveling back and forth making arrangements from another state. And want to have closure soon. Javonda and Curtis was amazing in helping me through this process. We had no insurance and Cremation just was not an option for me. They gave me a great package to fit my finical budget. My Dad looked amazing!!! The obituaries looked great the musician Jeremy they referred was top notch. Mr. Jones was the perfect person to assist us during the service. The patient Mr. Moons staff showed my family from the many phone calls I made and dropping by from the start of this process from 4-18-2019 until the final day 4–27-2019. Larry Korpi: First off it is a funeral home so it is not as much fun as one would think, but it is a fair price and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The treat everybody like you would like to be treated, we have been dealing with Plumb-Smith Funeral services for many years. Yes I know they are charging more than you can get coffins online but the service makes up for the money you may save.If you need this type of service this is a good place to go.
Dan Flowers: Plumber Smith funeral home my Uncle passed away On April 7th they waited to do the funeral on April 16th they treated his body poorly They never came in to talk to the family we called over and over again to get his ashes back but they told us we had to get the money up to bury him at the cemetery and they still have the cremation

Pamela Bentz: Brady Smith has been wonderful to work with! Unfortunately I had to bury my brother in January who died in Tennessee and it was wonderful how much he helped me in many ways including getting him up here. Now I need to bury my mother and he has made this so much easier than other ones I have dealt with! I would highly recommend this funeral home! They are extremely kind and will help you through the entire process. It is hard enough to go through the loss of a loved one but he makes it so much easier! Thank you again Brady! Andrea Benton (brigirl2002): this place sucked. the guy pushed cremation on me for my mom. he never even saw my point of veiw and i was told they would work with me yea right. he wanted the full amount before he would do any thing. which for me at the time was hime asking me to chose my place to live over my mom getting cremated. so i would never go to this place

Angie Lynch: I have never had to do someones job for them my moms paper work sent in a month later after i tell staff how no music no working mic for the preacher at service no donation box nothing i asked for was there but preacher staff is under trained all and all ty to the preacher and me and family went good everything else a mess the cremation place played her song for her sad just sad should of been done only thing she asked for was not at her service for her sorry mom it hurt me to my core i wont go back cheap but nope
